Ive been a customer for just over a year and everything has always been perfect. Weve ordered all sorts of products and have enjoyed everything. i love discovering new local businesses and am happy that Smith Brothers give me the opportunity to get quality products while supporting local businesses.

I’m writing this review on 10/23/2021.Got our delivery yesterday and received 3 cartons of milk. Mind you we order from Smith Brothers for our 1 year old daughter. This morning my wife noticed unusual taste to milk and my daughter didnt finish her usual bottle. I checked the cartons and noticed 2 cartons were dated Sept-30. First I thought okay, maybe it is manufactured date. But one was dated Nov-09. So they delivered us two cartons that are outdated by almost a month. This is absurd. We will be canceling the service first thing on monday when they are open. Check your dates before you deliver.

We have the most amazing driver Josh!! Josh thanks for all you do. We see it. We know he knows we have dogs and he shows up EARLY LIKE REAL EARLY like so early people should NOT be up that early early. He always makes a point to tip toe and not wake the dogs that go crazy when they hear people. We always try to remember to leave him treats to get him thru the long days. He is always grateful for them and thanks us on our cameras.THANKS JOSH! You are the BEST!!

Conscientious dairy farming. Good product at fair price.

I dont think Ive ever posted a review, but I felt compelled to let people know. We had this milk delivery service for only 3 weeks. The first week was just okay - milk was warmer than expected. The second weeks delivery the milk was luke warm at best and looked like the cartons had been rolled across the ground - I had to clean them. We figured we would give them another shot. Todays delivery I got a no milk, but a note instead: Unfortunately, the following products are not available for delivery today: organic 1% - sorry I didnt get enough :( Of course you will not get charged. Thank you for not charging me for something you didnt deliver. You made the decision easy to cancel service today. Also, delivery time is not consistent, but for the first 2 weeks I was able to get to the milk immediately upon delivery. So, the milk was delivered LUKE WARM - not good for dairy products.

10/22/21- Our delivery contained 2 cartons of EXPIRED milk (expired for a month)! My 12-month-old baby and I drank it in the morning, and both of us could not drink the milk. Thank goodness my baby has good instinct. Our family wanted to support a local, family business that was careless enough to harm its customers. UNACCEPTABLE!

Few years back we used this service. Stopped using for multiple reasons. Cows are not humane certified, not pasture raised or grass fed. They may even use ultra pasteurization that kills nutrients, and turns soluble calcium into insoluble calcium making it unusable. THEN they took my check and left in the vehicle over night. THE VEHICLE WAS BROKEN INTO AND MY CHECK STOLEN. Few months later checks with my account number but a different name and address hit my bank. Had to close my account, and was given a new one. HUGE HASSLE.In summary, this company is using a retro idea to gloss over factory farming, which produces the lowest quality milk, in addition to irresponsible drivers. Look for grass-fed or pasture raised, pasteurized NOT ultra pasteurized, A2 protein from Jersey and Guernsey breeds. You will then have a reasonably healthy milk.

I just started using this service a few months ago, and while there have been some hiccups they have all been dealt with quickly and always in my favor. Their customer service is the best Ive interacted with without question.Things go wrong, especially in a pandemic, and the true test of a company is to make it right when things go wrong, and this company certainly does. I have had no issues with spoiled or stale anything. The banana bread has no nuts (which I love) and wonderful. Highly recommend!

I’ve had nothing but a great experience from Smith brothers. I love the way their milk tastes. Ice cold obviously. I read a review from a lady named Jin P… She said her milk was spoiling after a week or so in her refrigerator. The funny part was she even admitted that her refrigerator is 44°. Upon a quick common sense google search it clearly states that milk stored at any temperatures over 40° will spoil quickly. This lady was too ignorant to consider that if she would’ve just turned her refrigerator down then that would’ve fix the problem. Instead she made a big old stink over it ( gave smith bros one star) and canceled the service. Some people just drove me nuts. LOL Way to go Smith brothers for making my day every Monday morning when I get my delivery!!! I am a customer for life! Brandan 😎😎😎

Been receiving delivery for years now. We love knowing we can count on fresh milk amongst many other items every week! Website is easy to use to update orders and there are always new and fun things to try. In the rare occasions that an item has been out of stock, weve received a handwritten apology note from our milkman; great customer service!

We love our delivery guy, Charlie. He is so gracious and helpful. We have stairs to the main floor, not a favorite for hubby and I. Charlie will bring the milk to the top of the stairs for us. 🥰

Nice to have weekly deliveries of milk and other breakfast basics. The 6% chocolate milk is amazing!

We order from them and its fun...their gluten free bread has no canola oil in it and their cheeses are great.

We have used this service for over 10 years and it has had a few issues - milk delivery canceled and no make up delivery and extremely rude customer service department when you call in, but overall it has been pretty good. Today I went out to get our delivery and instead of the milk, I received a note saying milk not available for delivery today. Now I certainly get that when they offer other products there may not be stock available, but Smith Brothers is a milk delivery company who today was not able to deliver MILK. Zero communication about it and still making sure we were not charged for it. UPDATE: I received an email on Sunday and they are making a special delivery Monday. Great response time to an inquiry through the website.

My milk was delivered spoiled. My delivery is early in the morning about 430am and I get my milk within the hour. Customer service basically bombarded me with questions and told they dont know how it happened. My milk was replaced but my kids wont drink it now since my youngest got a bad tummy ache. The whole experience was bad.

I wasnt a customer long. My first delivery was good. My second delivery I purchased some pizza begals, they were stale. I found out bakery pick up is only 2 times a month. My third and last delivery I got sour, spoiled milk. Customer service wasnt too helpful when I canceled my service I didnt like the funny quote suggesting I step in cow poop.

We ordered recurring milk delivery from here about one month ago, so far so good.Update . It has been probably two months, these guys have a system and I mean top notch system. Every week they come, no questions asked, no mistakes and I am not sure if delivery guy flys UFO, but you never hear him or see him, magically the products are in the box and there is no sign of him.Our porch has two rock pillars originally the box they brought was to big to fit behind it, I asked if they could give us a rectangular one and bam next week we had rectangular, that we could hide behind the pillar . Thank you guys it is so seldom you find businesses nowadays that are all about being the best .

I have been receiving delivery for close to two years now,, over all every thing is good except the delivery issues,, recently I had alarms installed on my front deck and back deck and now I know when I have someone on my property, so now I know when I get delivery and my orders from milkman, have been coming the night before on Tuesday morning, as I was told so now I know for quite sometime my outsidegave been sitting over 12 hours,, so I called this Monday and talked to a lady and she said bottom line I would have to except the night Time delivery at 10:30 pm or cancel delivery and that is want I did canceled the service,,,, FYI, our Park has no delivery after 10 pm, ask questions

THANK YOU, I wish I could convey my gratitude beyond saying you have a customer for life. Who knew it was this easy to get the freshest milk in town.

Their services are very convenient for us. No need to haud milk in your fridge. You can modify your cart whenever you want.But you need to wait for more than a month to get your first order and after the first order its done.Be careful while opening the carton because it doesnt have bottle kind of opening, you need to tear from both sides of the carton. The taste of the milk is normal nothing extra ordinary.

This is my opinion and experience with this company. I have been a customer for less than a year.The milk and dairy products we receive from this company will regularly spoil before the expiration date and before opening even with the refrigerator at the correct temperature.Deliveries can be anytime on the delivery day so I cant schedule anything on that day if I dont want meats and dairy goods going bad before we have a chance to eat them. Delivery times may have been more erratic and later in the day due to more customers after the pandemic started.But I have to wait around for drivers to show up some days as the insulated boxes the company provides for storing deliveries in will not keep products cold all day or even more than an hour or two in the summer in direct sunlight. The exception is if the product is frozen when delivered then it will stay cold longer than the other products. This may be unique to my porch because it is in direct sunlight for part of the morning.Delivery confirmation emails are not regularly sent when orders are updated and can be received hours/days later (or after a delivery is actually received) or not at all.There are other issues which I will not go into but I will say that customer service is rude, and condescending. This is my opinion of this service. I will gladly use another service if someone can suggest one to me.And when I posted this review Google gave me a message that said it might be delayed so I dont even know if anyone will read this.

Love smith brothers! Had them as a kid growing up in Lynnwood and have always loved the products. Was super happy when my family moved to Marysville and smith brothers was still an option. Been with them for almost a year here in Marysville and have zero complaints! Nothing comes close to the taste of smith brothers milk!

Our families weekly delivery of milk, eggs etc. is the bright spot of normal today when things are decidedly not normal. We love the dairy products and assortment of grocery items available and were already huge fans, but never more than today. We also are able to limit our presence in grocery stores to protect our community. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for what you do!

POOR SERVICE. We inquired about service with Smith Brothers services in April. Smith Brothers weeks later, after several emails from us, they stated they could not take on any new clients, April 6th was that date for which we replied please just cancel our account completely we are no longer interested. Well Its now October and we apparently received an order(never arrived at our house) and we were sent to collections for food we didnt receive. Weve paid the bill because our credit it worth more than the $39.93. Weve tried to speak with Smith Brothers but they will not chat about it. Poor Customer Service.

The milk is fresh, tastes delicious. Delivered to our front door every week. Other members of our family got home delivery service because of the freshness and convenience.

Great milk and service. We’ve been with them for 2ish years and started ordering additional items due to the stay at home order. We are very grateful they continued to deliver. It is a little more expensive than the grocery but for our family it’s worth it. The quality of the items far surpasses the grocery too.

Ive been a customer for 17 years and Smith Brothers as well as their drivers have always been fabulous. In all these years, Ive had nothing but great service and love the ease and convenience of ordering/changing orders, selection etc...

I have been having delivery for the last couple years. My first milkperson saw me outside with my dog the first summer when he arrived and after that he always left a biscuit or two for him.Sadly, my person either changed routes or left. And my dog was sad on delivery day. I caught the new milkperson today and let him know how sad my dog was, he not only promised to leave a biscuit for Rudy, but brought a couple back for him. Rudy is happy now!

My family has had nothing but a great experience using the milk delivery service. Its convenient, reasonably priced, and the milk is fantastic! We recently had a small issue with our order, and my email was replied to so quickly and a resolution was made the same day. We love our milkman and the entire Smith Brothers Team. Had smith brothers delivery for 6 months. I did it to mainly support local businesses but today I canceled my subscription with them. The milk quality itself is average. Nothing specific about it that makes them stand out. Price point for half gallon of milk runs about $5 so it’s on the pricier end. The app for smith brothers is probably the best thing about the experience. My biggest gripe and the reason I CANCELED is because two consecutive weeks in a row and 3-4 times in the past several months, I was charged for my order and it was never delivered. For a milk delivery service, the whole experience is to receive hassle-free regular deliveries and smith brothers failed to live up to expectations.

Don’t review a service without experiencing the service first hand, you are exactly the people that make reviews worthless and untrustworthy!Anyhow, Smith Bro’s is an amazing company with stellar customer service and even better dairy products. I remember them delivering our milk when I was barely old enough to carry one carton in with both hands. Our milkman would always wave to us when he drove up. But I am very happy that we made the choice to start buying fresh milk from them as well as other food products. The food always tastes great and the convince is great for a busy family like ours. I think that they are really good so far as service is concerned. The products are great quality and my delivery person is super nice. I feel that I can relax and sit back comfortably so far as shopping of dairy products such as milk, cheese is concerned. Dear Smith Brothers Farms, I am writing to ask you to help reduce waste and offer milk in REFILLABLE GLASS BOTTLES.The current gable top cartons (paperboard coated with a layer of low-density polyethylene) are energy-intensive to make and cant be reused. They also require virgin (non-recycled) paperboard to produce.We desperately need to change the way we package products. Milk in glass bottles TASTES BETTER and would be a great way to reduce waste. Weve been a customer of Smith Brothers Farms for about 3 years now. I grew up on a dairy farm and nothing beats the quality of their dairy products! I love the quality and taste; even their 1% milk, which says a lot coming from someone who only drinks whole milk. I look forward to getting their milk every time! Their service is terrific, reliable and always friendly. I love all of the other products and variety as well...the specialty coffees are a great bonus. For me, nothing beats Smith Brothers Farms!

Absolutely wonderful. Honestly helped my fight my anorexia. Anyone who has trouble eating because they’re anxious about going to the store, and wants to make a change, really needs to try this service. The call center people are so nice too. I haven’t had any problems and I trust any future issues will be handled well. Keep doing your thing guys.

Currently they are treating our order as brand new because I called someone and rather than combine my long term account from 2011, she made me a brand new order leaving off our long term order thats been in place for years! I know these are difficult times, but were depending on our milk and eggs for our kids who are home from school. The gal was giggling at me as she reset my online account, which I had not used. I guess its funny that someone these days might not use an online account! She didnt say anything about taking away our order that was has been coming since 2011. Im still receiving NEW CUSTOMER emails. Im hoping after about the 4th phonecall our order is fixed and they realize we arent new.The order was fixed, but it took a couple weeks.

The quality of milk, cheese is superior to any other grocery store. order always arrives on time and always fresh stuff. delivery person is also understanding and superb in nature, he delivers on exactly given time. its a million worth buying from here. great service, will recommend to everyone.

They have everything you need, free delivery and they bring your order the same day every week! I get everything from breakfast sandwiches and cranberry juice to Beechers cheese!! Tonys Cold Brew is my absolute favorite!! They carry so much more thanI thought. My milk man is so nice, hes always polite and quiet when arriving early in the morning and he always leaves my things neatly organized, ready for me to wake up and grab them! Best decision ever, hands down. Few services actually put hours of time back into your week. Smith Brothers did that for me. With 2 teenage sons, a husband, career and all kinds of hobbies, I dont have time for frequent trips to the grocery store. I signed up 3 years ago at the Puyallup Fair and havent regretted it. Andy is our awesome milkman. We love the milk, eggs, butter, and yogurt he brings every week. Sometimes I get the hamburger or bacon, and we love the pasta & marinara, too. My boys say the milk tastes real - like it should. Were a divided house - 2 of us like the chocolate milk, the other 2 like strawberry milk. Either way, I feel good knowing were all drinking quality milk and eating local food. #MomFTW

I always look at the reviews before committing. I was looking forward to signing up with smith brothers but after reading the reviews I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I might one day look here again to see if its gotten better. I hope the reviews go up instead of down.

So Im not a customer. But one lives down the street. The driver tried to turn around in my driveway but got high centered on the rear frame. Tore up the driveway and basically said they couldnt do anything to fix it. Talked to the supervisor and it was just kinda no big deal to them. Pretty poor customer service, couldnt believe they didnt even care.

Many folks have had Smith Bros. delivery for generations, and for good reason: the quality and taste simply cant be found in the grocery store. When you love dairy as much as our family does, youll definitely appreciate the difference! And the service is always excellent.

Extremely disappointed. We signed up 6 weeks ago for their service as we have small children that go through milk like crazy. First delivery went great. Second and third deliveries were a no call no show. What we hoped to be of convenience to us- was only a greater inconvenience than before.

We love the taste, quality, and convenience Smith Brothers. My kids literally will not drink any other milk. Plus, the convenience of online ordering and not having to run to the grocery store is the best. You cant go wrong my Smith Brothers!

I change my order constantly. At least once to three times a month and every time I have to call in because its the most convenient way for me to contact them. They are always very nice and courteous when I need to change or update an order. And no matter how much I change things my delivery is always on time and correct. Every single time. We have been using Smith Brothers delivery for a year now and love it. No complaints here! Its easy to add or remove an item to our order online or even skip a delivery if needed. My order has been delivered right on time every time!

***Update***After speaking with a member of their management, they made things right. The driver returned to our house with our products and personally apologized. For now we will continue service. I appreciate the effort that was made today to rectify this problem.We love their Milk and egg, but twice in 4 weeks, they failed to deliver to our house, but put it in their system as delivered. Customer service made sure we werent charged, but offered nothing for our trouble. They said all they could do is make sure it didnt happen again...Well guess what? It happened again. We will be cancelling our service. Its not worth it.

We were thrilled to find a milkman serviced the area we moved to and have now been enjoying smith brothers for 5 years. It is so convenient to have our essentials delivered weekly and kids love it too! Products are always fresh, reasonable cost and customer service friendly! I love the organic options. Smith Brothers continues to impress me.They have high quality products and AMAZING customer service.Just today I called because my delivery contained some products that expire in just 5 days. They immediately apologized and credited my account for the items. They also said they would be contacting their warehouse to find out if there is a problem there they need to fix. They even called me back several minutes later, after they talked to the warehouse and said my items should have an expiration date that is 10 days out or more. If I get anything short of this time-frame they asked me to please call back. So my items today are free! Thank you Smith Brothers for handling this in just the right way . . . you credited me and educated me on what to expect in the future. LOVE this company!!!Additionally, I just recently moved and transitioning my account to my new address was a breeze! I also love the convenience of being able to change my order by phone or online even the day before my delivery. Ive done this many times and my deliveries have always been spot on.This is clearly a well-run and well-managed local business that has product quality and customer service at the forefront of their mission.Thank you Smith Brothers! I like their service, but Ive just had too many problems or issues with deliveries.1) Our very first delivery, we got the wrong kind of milk.2) After adding a 10 pack of sausages/links, we were told it was listed incorrectly and we would be charged almost double what it was listed as. If its listed that way, thats what we should pay.3) Recently they changed milk men for our deliveries and we didnt get our order until 6 or 7 hours after wed expect. Everyone was at work all day and the items risked going bad.4) I ordered bagels and cream cheese, yet didnt get the cream cheese. If an item isnt going to be delivered, we should get some kind of warning so that I have the option to replace it or remove an accompanying item.Replying to Smith Bros reply to my review: Thanks for the reply. I increased my rating just for the reply. I will remain a SBF customer, and hopefully like you said I can say down the road that my experience with SBF has been relatively problem free.

I would recomnend Smith Bros milk to anyone looking for Home Delivery Service. My kid always comes over and says Dad you buy the quality milk going strait to the refrigerator!My wife and I always look at reviews and where there milk farms are. As an aficionado of cheeses, Im certainly glad I found this place. The selection of brie here is excellent. The quality is well worth the price. The delivery person made their way to my apartment with no hassle and was super nice.

On my gosh! Yes! It deserves a whole spell out. No short cuts here. My milkman is a milk ninja. I am a frequent mover and wasnt sure nor had never heard of a milk man before and Im so glad I join the Smith family.My family get good quality milk, bread or eggs delivery on a weekly basis and I get the assurance of knowing that they have the best quality they can get. Also, if you are a family with a lot of moving parts this milk comes regular and early enough to have at the table for breakfast.I have even forgot to put out my box and my milk man has been great ful enough to leave a bag for me to help me ensure that the product is still there. 😁😁😁😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😎😎😎😎😎

I went to this milk farm and it was awesome. The docks are cool. Inside the warehouse is cool. They must be keeping the milk white and cold the right way.

Their products are amazing. The milk is so fresh. I also get bagels, cream cheese, and eggs. I love the fact that their cows are hormone free and chickens are free range. Customer service (on the phone and delivery) is excellent! I highly recommend them.

Ive been a customer for aprx. 9 years and I thoroughly enjoy having fresh milk delivered to my doorstep every week. The eggnog during Christmas season is one of the best Ive tasted. Its very easy to edit or cancel an order. If you do have to call their customer service dept. they are always helpful and friendly.

Weve had weekly delivery for the past five years, and weve been very pleased so far. You cant beat the convenience of having fresh, local dairy products delivered right to your door, with prices very comparable to that of the grocery store.I love that they have fresh organic milk that is NOT ultra-pasteurized. The organic milk sold at local grocery stores is often ultra-pasteurized, which explains why their expiration date is weeks away! Smith Brothers Farm on the other hand delivers great quality.Our milkman has been serving our route since we started the service. Ive only met him a handful of times and he is super nice. He does the deliveries so quietly in the wee morning hours, our orders are always correct, and carefully placed in our White Box.

We have had their delivery service for about a month now and couldnt be happier. I will admit the guy at the booth who I talked to was very forward in encouraging me to sign up, but considering the first order was free up to $10 and I could cancel afterwards, it didnt bug me. That was his job. Deliveries have been correct and perfectly regular. We forgot to put our box out one week and the driver kindly lent us an extra and left a note to remind us to put it out the next week. Changing up an order is easy and the products are all very good. Customer service is quick, efficient, and friendly. The difference in flavor and shelf life of the milk alone is worth it! Some products might be a little higher priced than the grocery store cost, but it is well worth it as most are comparable and high quality. I would recommend them to anyone!

We love it so far. I have been ordering every week for about a month after signing up at the Edmonds farmer market. I couldnt be more pleased. The quality is far superior to anything we have had from the grocery store. The milk simply tastes great. I change my order weekly to meet my baking needs and we have yet to have any issues.

I will never make any orders from Smith Brothers Farm again!The milk was good but no where near good enough for the price. The buttermilk was amazing and the other products I tried were pretty good but still majorly overpriced.My main reason for my low review besides being expensive is the customer service. The customer service is ridiculous. Here is what happened to me:I canceled all our orders in May because we were doing the Whole 30 challenge. Toward the end of May we decided we liked the lifestyle and went ahead with canceling our delivery for good. Then sure enough a charge of $14 was made to our account for Memorial Day. I called to ask what that was for and the guy said we received an order that day. I told him that was impossible and that I canceled all of Mays orders and then canceled it all together. I asked if when they picked up our box if there was milk in it and he said the box was empty. I proceeded to tell him that we didnt get the milk and if the milk wasnt there when they picked the box up then there was no milk to begin with. He argued with me and told me that someone in my family mustve gotten it. Im pretty sure I would notice my 10 month old bring in the milk! My husband has never touched the box and I would notice if some milk magically appeared in my fridge (Whole 30 remember). He continued to argue with me saying I was wrong. I informed him I would never do business with this company again and Im sticking to my guns.

Very upset. After being a customer for over a year. They said my card declined. I checked with my bank and no it didnt. I thought well I paid off a ton of bills maybe it was a daily limit thing. I go in make sure everything is right respond to the email and say card is fine please try again. (They told me I lied about this and never sent an email) I got no response. Skipped milk the next week. I wasnt happy but thought ok fine they havent checked email yet. I place an order for the next week next day after being in the hospital I needed this delivery to help me out. NOTHING AGAIN. I had emailed but didnt want to wait so I called in and the nice woman said they would get an order out to me by tomorrow morning. Yet the email response was quite different. Basically didnt care and showed me exactly how they value their customer service. I have used other milk companies in other states. They put the customer first Smith Brothers seems to have some people that do not. The emails I got were so mean and rude. Who tells a customer they will deliver then turns around and tells me no we wont due to the card issue that was already resolved. She preferred to cancel my account over helping the customer. We are moving anyways so canceling a few weeks earlier is their loss not mine. Great products. Horrific company!

Ive been a customer for some years now -- and my family got milk delivered by Smith Bros. when I was a kid. I have been very happy with the service and the quality of the product. (I sometimes make my own butter and cheese, and their cream and milk are good quality for this, not ultra-pasteurized beyond recognition.) The milk is fresher than grocery store milk so I can keep it for a while before drinking and its still good! Occasionally there is a delivery mistake, but they have corrected the mistakes with no trouble. I would recommend the service to anyone.

I was told about Smith Brothers through a friend. Inasmuch as I am handicapped the idea of homedelivery sounded great. I then mentioned this to several people and ALL OF THEM envied me receiving products from you and said that you sold the best milk, eggs and other things that they had ever used. Most of them live out of service range and regret that because they so enjoyed home delivery and the freshness of everything. I join that bandwagon at the top. I am so pleased with the products and havent drank milk like that since I left the ranch. The only difference was that I had raw milk right from the cow unpasteurized and it was divine and nothing could match it. You, however have done a great job and you are a keeper in my eyes.

I love Smith Brothers. Its so quaint that one can depend on the milkman, like in the old days, to bring fresh milk. And the other products are an added bonus. Thank you Smith Brothers!

All the products are Great quality and fresh to natural to use in our daily life style. Ordered products reach very quick and preffered to time. delivery person is super and nice to interact with him. Thank You.

I don’t believe that. I give it to my son eggs. But that’s not eggs. How do they no checking? What are you selling for us? Are you sure really organic? I don’t believe that anymore.

After setting up an account and receiving confirmation of the order, I waited for 2 days to hear about the delivery schedule. When I heard nothing, I called, only to be told that our apartment complex was “unserviceable”. I inquired as to why I haven’t been notified via email, the customer service agent said that she could notify me then if I needed an email confirmation of what she was telling me in that very moment. (??!!) While the customer service agent was civil, her tone was rather condescending and interruptive. I had really hoped to enjoy this product, as I had heard good reviews from friends, but unfortunately this “unserviceable” customer will have to find milk elsewhere.

You do realize that they have 2 different operations at Smith Farms?? The organic side of this organization has cows raised humanely in pastures and then brought in for milking while the other part has cows that live inside a barn all day with no fresh air, in stalls just for milking?What is so difficult about having cows that can live humanely on farms and produce milk? Yes, Im sure that Customer service people are nice and the people who deliver the milk are wonderful but people need to take a stand against cruelty to animals. Why not buy just the organic milk from a company that treats its animals with kindness?

My grandmother lives in Seattle and has been getting milk delivered from Smith Brothers for a very long time. I have loved this stuff ever since I was a kid and cant remember ever seeing it stores until today. I found it at a grocery outlet in Silverdale, dont know how they got it but I was way too excited to see it, I had to buy some.
