We always come to this Fred Meyers for our weekly shopping and sometimes have to make a stop in the middle of the week. They have done some updating by adding doors on all the cold sections that have lights and let me tell you this add so much value to how the area looks. Every time we go in the store is stocked well, is clean and organized. They always have employees in the area, and they always greet us when we walk by and ask if we need anything.I want to recognize Gary who is the friendliest employee in the store. If you have ever been to this location and checked out at a register, you know exactly who I am talking about. Gary is super friendly, outgoing, and personable. He always has a smile on his face and has great energy for being at work. When you go through his line, he talks to you as if he has known you a lifetime. He makes sure everyone feels like the most important person in the store. Even though he holds conversation and its so upbeat he gets your checked out fast and always thanks you for coming in. People like Gary are truly what keep a company up and going!
Every employee is a joy to work with. Great prices, fabulous produce. The meat department is amazing!! Very helpful staff.
Better off shopping with your eyes closed than get any help at this store. Associates are very rude and manager on duty is incompetent. Please have corporate review this entire stores employment history. Customer service goes a long way. Try it out sometime. Smh......I guess Ill be taking my business to other competitiors to buy groceries and fuel. Hire more employees to help your understaffed workers.....
Hard working and helpful crew. The business center can get REALLY busy at the beginning of the month. Plan accordingly and possibly even call ahead and ask what the line is lookin like. Im grateful for the service they have provided since I started shopping there 3 years ago. Keep up the good work!
Very sketchy customers. Panhandlers in the parking lot. Clothes have to be cable locked. Some doors have been permanently closed. I stopped shopping here after many years. Its not safe anymore.
I wish they had the guts to enforce mask-wearing. I would like to be able to shop and feel safe. Its for the greater good. I guess Ill look for other stores that have the backbone to protect their customers and staff, even if its uncomfortable.
Purchased Skullcandy earbuds from the Fred Meyers on Pacific Highway location. I live in Des Moines. Today im out visiting my family in Kent. So I decided finally Ill just stop by Fred Meyers and return the item. Its defective to say the least; would not hold battery for even 1 hour, the left earbud disconnects out of nowhere, and I paid $59.99.Unfortunately at the customer service, I was not allowed to return the item with them, I was advised I have to return them at the place of purchase.I understand the issues or concerns they may have to have that rule enforced, but most places you can return at any location. I am an Assistant Store Manager at a fortune 500 company, and this experience did not make it easy or pleasant for me.I work 5 to 6 days a week, 12 to 16 hours out in Tacoma. So its hard for me to find time and energy to return stuff or go out shopping.I just hope we are giving customers a chance to be treated honest, given a pleasant experience, and be able to enjoy Fred Meyers for their benefits.I am pretty sure it was harmless on having to check with someone to make sure we can complete the transaction at this location. But in a way I felt as if I was the dishonest customer, based off the experience. It would suck if all of them are like this. Doesnt feel like we are giving good customer service in this aspect. I can understand if there were issues with the return and something happened that was an exception at the time of purchase to where we would advise them to go back to the main place that held the transaction, but this was just a straight return.Anyways, dont think Ill buy anything from Fred Meyers if I am having to be concerned to have return it from where I purchased it from especially if I live too far from one.
Went in 4 flowers.. they have a great selection of them.. bought grandkids some shoes on sale too, great price if U can find the right sizes..
Went to quickly grab a couple items, lines were ridiculous. As in, people all the way to the back of the store in 3 aisles. I ended up putting my items back and leaving. As I was putting my items back I saw several employees walking around the store but not working the registers (which were obviously needed). Even the self checkout line for those with few items was very long, halfway down another aisle.
They close down most check stands after 8:00 PM, resulting in lines of 10 to 20 people at every single of the 4 open registers. They also shut down half of the self-check registers. Talking to other customers, this is a well known habit at this store, overworking employees after 8, and making customers wait 30+ minutes to pay for groceries. Drive to another Fred Meyer location, or shop elsewhere unless you have time to spend in line.
Recently, they will not have hardly any of the registers open and lines will form that are 7 shoppers long each. The wait will usually be 30 minutes or more. Find a different place to go if you are in a hurry.
Store recently permanently closed the home/garden doors, and the apparel doors close around 6:00 p.m.Liquor department is locked down (anything thats not wine is behind glass now.)This location usually has a limited selection compared to other Fred Meyers in the area. Space was taken away to fill in a very large natural/organic section. Electronics is gone. Pants have literal bike cables going thru them.Itd be one thing if the store were well staffed, but its not. Go try to get help in hardware or home goods at 6pm. Its not happening. One or two check out lanes open, but oh hey, theyve got double the self checkout lanes. If you make it easier to steal than to buy stuff, thats what people are going to do.
Very clean and well organized Freddys as always the produce is fresh and yummy
Tonight, a Fred Meyer associate with a safety vest on approached me at roughly 7 PM near the Starbucks exit as I was leaving. He told me he likes my t-shirt and this threw me off so I kept looking over my shoulder. I asked why he kept following me, so he proceeded to ask if I had any spare change. Not the first time I’ve had a store associate make me feel uneasy, but that was definitely my last time entering a Fred Meyer. WinCo > Fred Meyer
Lines are all the way down the isle to check out on a Thursday at noon. Definitely not enough staff
Cashiers are simply incompetent. She wrung up my items, did not ask me for my membership info so I ended up paying full price for everything! After reporting this mistake to my cashier, she said “oh, o thought you already put in your information”. Wrong, you never asked! she then pointed me to go wait in the customer service line that was 12 customers deep and moving one customer rep helping one customer every 10 minutes.Unacceptable! Never coming back to this Fred Meyers again!!! 😡
Fred Meyer has always been a fairly standard store for years, nothing amazing but it mostly got the job done if you didnt mind paying a bit more than you might some where else. Then they did the remodel which removed a lot of floor space, the Electronics department and about half the clothing department to put in a bigger Pharmacy area. However the biggest hit is the return feature. Simply put Fred Meyer basically has no return policy at all any more. A wide variety of products cant be returned at all and most the others are only if its not opened. This means you can buy a broken or damaged product, have the receipt and have no option to get an exchange or refund. My little trip was even worse as my product was not opened at all, the box was just a bit damaged in some the corners from being handled. The Customer support lady was suspicious and proceeded to spend about 2 minutes forcing it open with her nails. Then she calls over her manager when I complain to point out the Obviously damaged box now that she had mangled it open. Thus denying my refund even when I was due one. When I complained that there was no sign at all about not accepting returns on headphones if the box was open the store manager just went on some rant about it being their policy. When I pointed out it wasnt posted any where he just explained it away because of the remodel they removed their electronics department and had no place to put the sign.So not only do they treat you like a criminal if you try and return things, the staff is willing to void your return by opening the boxes themself to ensure you didnt replace the product... then claim you cant get a return because you opened it.Half the point of going to a brick and mortar retail store is better return policies than you might find online, now that is void at this store I hope it goes bankrupt.
What a dreadful store. Location location location. Customers are mean, unfriendly, rude, obnoxious and many swearing in front of children. Will never be back to this location. Its trash central. I pity the staff, one guy was so nice and helpful, hope he can transfer elsewhere out of hell.
Decent prices with the member card but terrible organization and selection.
Came in to grab a quick sandwich from the deli, I looked around at the premade sandwiches and there wasnt much of a selection, 2 egg sandwiches and a chicken salad sandwich, not really my taste. I headed to the deli to look at what they make, the chicken and potatoes and other premade goods looked old so I headed to the sandwich area, there were three sandwiches which looked old, I mean old, old and not good at all. A young man walks up and asks what I need I stated I was looking to get a sandwich he then said I wouldnt get these they are old and gross so I stated I thought maybe I could get one made nah at that point I just walked out. I dont really care honestly but this definitely needs to be brought to managements attention because the overall lack of care or effort to even try to help the customer is apalling. Ive been in customer service and food service management for years and would never hope to have my team act like this or have the blatant disregard for what they are trying to sell to the customer.
Excellent service inside outside beware someone tried to steal my front license plate and there’s panhandlers outside definitely need to put security outside in the parking lot
This Fred Meyer is so poorly managed it is painful to shop here. The checkout line is always at least six or seven people deep because they don’t open up enough lines for the number of customers they have. Shopping here takes forever because you can’t check out. If you try to use the self check electronic scanners it keeps thinking you haven’t put the item on the scale and keeps giving you error messages. I go out of my way to avoid this store it has been Nightmare. This store should go out of business!!
So I go in to order an 8 piece fried chicken family meal. Tomas leaves the deli and goes to the warming rack and gets one next to the rotisserie chickens. I then ask for jojos as one of the sides and he says are you sure they are pretty old and not fresh (thank you) and then I got 2 mac and cheese instead. This happened today at 454 pm...9/29/2020. He (Tomas) then proceeds to tell me the cook is on break and wont be fresh till they get back. Now I have worked in food service my ENTIRE life and have never seen such violations with out a care in the world.....the golden yellow buttery corn was brown, overcooked and had hard kernels stirred throughout.....the mash potatoes I literally thought was gravy!!.....I kid you not. Its a fair statement to say that when you go on a break right before your evening dinner rush that your products are fresh and stocked and ready to go for the customer so that the poor little guy behind the counter doesnt have to make excuses and be humiliated because clearly the deli manager is not doing their jobs! The end.....and I wont be back!
There are always out of something I need. Even when I go on Friday mornings after theyve recieved their orders.
On Christmas eve I got here shortly before 6pm. As I was entering a burly guy told me not to come in. No name badge, no uniform, simply telling customers were closed. I asked him how come theres no sign displaying reduced hours, he called someone else who again had no name badge or uniform. I tried the other doors and they all had similar people with no name badges or uniforms. One of them told me theres a sign for reduced hours outside the grocery entrance but she lied.I would like to understand why Fred Meyer would not have signs posted for reduced hours a couple of days ahead and have people manning the gates in uniform and name tags, instead of bouncer-type rude, lying characters treating customers like trash.
Amazing Team! You guys have really stepped up your game!
I work with a pretty Chaotic Fred Meyer. But the moment I walked into this store, it was utter chaos. Had a dude in the bathroom yelling at people. The liquor was all locked up, legos locked up, which means theft is terrible. Constant overheads, and lines so long they were the size of mt. everest.Makes me appreciate where I work.
This store is not very good at looking for hot wheels since the one who accommodates the hot wheels keeps the best ones is a tall bald man who does not put all the hot wheels aside for him the most sought after and that is not fair because one is going to search and you cant find what you want thanks to this man they should put someone who doesnt do this kind of thing thats why I dont recommend it to go there
Not a bad place to shop, but the same lady with her mask pulled down off her nose has been cycling and restocking the produce every time Ive been in there this fall. Better to get the fresh foods elsewhere.
I’m a regular here, I stop by once a week. Chocolate was on my list today. I simply asked a woman who was reorganizing shelves if the Hershey’s Nuggets were a mix and match for buy 2 get one free. She gave me the most arrogant response simply because she misunderstood my question. “I don’t know what’s inside, maybe you should Google it”. Older European woman. If management is reading this, check your employees. Honestly, if you work customer service, leave your attitude at home because not everybody is as patient as I am.
I love Fred Meyer, but not so much this location. Parking lot seems sketchy and its just not as clean and organized as other stores. Sometimes its not stocked well enough and they have a separated organic section that is on the opposite side of the other foods. I like it when Fred Meyer has a section for organic in each aisle all together. Fred Meyer has good cakes for birthday parties so I would recommend that. Still way better than Safeway or Walmart.
The customer service is zero now, it was good but now it’s 👎👎👎👎👎today 01/14/2021 I went to there at 2:30 pm there were two lady at the customer service but they really roude .
Fred Myer has been in the process of replacing name brand merchandise with their own Fred Meyer, Kroger brand, limiting choices. No more free open market place. Also please clean your parking lots, and fix your shopping carts broken wheels.
Costomer service very very slow I stand the line for 1 hours
The people who work there are friendly and very helpful. Good comparable(sp) prices and the check-out lines arent that bad.
What happened to the extra cleaning and wiping down that was going on a few months ago? Now I go in and the carts are dirty, the cash register belts have spills on them, and half the employees (let alone the customers) are wearing masks below their nose.It makes me question if they’re even doing the most basic of safety practices like taking temps before work, and washing hands regularly. I think I’ll go to Trader Joe’s down the road from now on. It’s cheaper anyway half the time.
This is the Fred Meyer I go to almost every day. The cart person ADRIAN is amazing!!! Always hussling- always doing waayyyyyyyyy more than the other cart peeps here!!! Rain-wind-heat-snow!! Adrian gets it done!!!!!!!!I swear Adrian gets more done and cleaned up in this parking lot (in 1 hour) than 3 of the guys that work here, in their entire shift!!!!!Adrian deserves a lead position and a raise. ☺️🥰🖤🤍😇🦋🌱💚
The staff was cleaning everything. There was someone at the door disinfecting the carts and offering hand sanitizer to everyone. Keep up the good work!
I shopped at this store today. For the most part, it was a great experience. I was able to find what I needed and get through shopping quick and painless. But when I got there, I was planning on using a basket. But come to find out, no baskets around. No big deal? Ill just use a cart. But there werent any carts on apparel or grocery entrances. I walked over to home/pharmacy side, where I happened to find one small cart that a customer just happened to leave near checkout lines. Finished my shopping, and saw that nearly all cart returns were filled up with carts. This seems to happen a lot when I shop at this location. Workers are great inside the store, but carts seem to have to be brought in by the customer every time.
I went to the store today and I used the bathroom it was so dirty I do know why the do not hiring enough people the are big store may be the dont have moneyI have a good idea for them the can hiring cleaner for part time .
Worst bathroom Ive ever had to use
COVID - 19. Today, was in this Fred Meyers when I went to the meat department to purchase ground beef. I noticed two employees working in the meat department not wearing their mask correctly. One of the two employees became disrespectful because I mentioned to him about not wearing his mask correctly. I conveyed my concerns to the Assistant Manager Scott in hopes of resolving the aforementioned concerns. I am at high risk of decease and do not want to contract COVID-19. With all due respect, us people that are at high risk of death, from COVID-19, ask that you employees wear your mask correctly!
Customer service to much waiting time less staf overthere people tired
This Fred Meyer is usually fine. I have done grocery pick up probably 30 times and they have always been prompt. But today I placed my order for pickup between 1:00-200. I called at 1:00 to pick up my order. They said they were running behind because of technology issues. I waited in my car for the entire hour. At 2:00 I called again only to be told they hadn’t even finished gathering my order. Why didn’t they tell me that at 1:00? I sat in my car for a whole hour waiting.... I had to cancel my order because I didn’t have the time to sit for who knows how long.
I just moved to the area, and Im still learning my way around the store. Great variety of items
Customer service needs more people to work the register...sometimes only 1 person and the line be soooooooo long...maybe just have 1 register for only western union and 2 others for regular service it be alot faster
My experience today was better than uusual..Your cashiers are always a delight & so helpful. It was the outside back entrance to the store that was cluttered with sanitizer towels, & at least 30 cigarette butts galore below cement bench to the right of automatic door. The carpet entrance was clean!!Thank you also to the Pharmacy and theirfairly quick response for my refills..not their fault that the Dr. was slow...Thank you Kent East Hill Fred Meyer!!
Store Manager and Front end Manager helped me when I needed it. They are very sweet! Thank you!
I like the layout of the store its quite different then any other Fred Meyers I have been to. Maybe because I mainly shop at this one. If I go to any other location I feel like I have to walk a mile to get back to checkout/ my car. Only thing I dont like is having to walk all the way to the back for liquor.
Fred Meyer is the only mass retailer in our area still allowing people to shop without masks. Even employees are not wearing masks at this location and the Covington location. The store is far too crowded to allow six feet of distance, and maskless customers dont hesitate to get less than a foot away from other shoppers.
I was trying to send money but person at the customer service was extremely rude and Races she should not be manager and treat customers with that kind of attitude she should be example to other workers instead and be more respectful and treat others the way she want to get treated
Returned an unneeded & unused item from a previous shopping trip...it was within the 30 day window & I had the receipt. The item was missing a barcode and Jordan at customer service treated me terribly! He told me that he would work with me this time & gave me a merchandise credit. I made a legitimate purchase at a store I shop at regularly and returned one item this past year (following all of their rules for returns)... And was treated like I was being done a favor! Im sorry to say, but this will no longer be a store I frequent thanks to their idea of customer service!
Clean, Friendly and Helpful employees
I did a cash back using my debit card with this store and the cashier gave me a fake $100 bill. When I returned to the store to report it the manager, Ashlyn “Refused” to take it back saying they don’t know if I had it replaced some other place. They basically stole $100 from me even though I shopped there like 100 times.I’m really disappointed by the people who run this place. They represent worst customer service and they should never get that position. They didn’t even bother going to the security camera or going through their proper channel.I had to call the Police and they said it’s not like a criminal activity and I had to report that to the court. I took this time to write this down for you out there to be aware of this store and specially the people who run it.The poor cashier remembered me and he remembered giving the $100 but they turned me down.
I bought flowers from Fred Meyer a couple of times. They have a great selection of flowers. Also, Mary and Jean are very helpful ladies who do their jobs enthusiastically!
Fuel is always the cheapest here, especially the diesel $2.89 right now and with Fred Meyer Rewards Card its $2.86.
None of the employees are taking masks seriously. I have 2 family members that are immunocompromised and it was frustrating to see my cashier wear a mask as a chin-strap. Many employees are just hanging their mask from their ear. Dont come here if you are concerned about transmission.
Thanks for the help Monica. Had a little trouble with customer service but you helped get everything squared away. Much appreciated
Horrible store. Horrible customer service. Plenty of other options nearby who have better produce for less. If you want to get treated like a criminal when you enter the store this is the place for you.
Clean, accessible, great staff, well maintained. The couple things i needed help with, I was assisted immediately by very polite associates, and the bit of deli food i tried was fresh, well made, and hot. The employees there were polite as well. I cant think of anything negative to say of this location!!
My go to store with everything i need . Great choices for bread, vegan options and everything marked to assist you . Great fresh fruit and produce and the staff is always willing to answer your question ! My go to morning breakfast is pictured ! Throw in a couple strawberries and your good to go ! Saturday go to shopping jam ! You wont be sorry ! Purchase their reusable bags, they last forever ! Great quality !
Great customer service when needing help finding something. When I checked out the cashier was very fast, friendly and helpful. I forgot a couple of things so he called to have someone get them for me so I could get them today. First time a cashier has ever done that.
First off Im not real crazy on their new layout. This is the only store I usually shop at, the price are a lot better than their competitor on washington st. They also have ongoing sales that arent advertised like my coffee.I have noticed since they revamped some of there prices in grocery dept. have gone up. Also I wish their electric scooters went a little faster it takes me forever to complete shopping. Guys if you read your stores comments bring down prices in clothing even sale prices to high for me.
Usually convenient grocery store to shop. But bathrooms usually a bit dirty. Prices are fare but sometimes its sister store QFC has a better deal n quality on fresh meats n seafood. But again this place is covenant to where I live. Also at times parking is a hassle.
This is probably one of the best Fred Meyers Ive ever been too..and Ive been to a lot of them. Most the employees are very nice and helpful. The store is one of the most clean ones. They usually have everything you need. Great place!
They only cash payroll and government checks and apparently you have to have a cash checking history.. ok
Great service, quick check out. Pharmacy is highlight In My opinion. Nothing really noteworthy that makes it stand out.
Staff nice and helpful. Vegetables and fruit are not the best sometimes you have to really pick through. I have found this especially on apples sometimes deciding not to buy them because they are all bruised. Sometimes you even find moldy fruit.
I am here visiting from the East Coast. Last week I bought a portable shaver. It did not work well so I attempted to bring it back the service desk. The result was a half hour of my time and being completely alienated from ever shopping at Fred Meyers again over $8 in store credit. Can you believe they had the audacity to tell me my out of state license is not acceptable to receive an $8 credit. In addition to that the customer service rep at the counter was snotty from the get-go. She in a confrontational manner snottily told me how I needed to keep better track of my receipts. I told her in the east coast the customer is always right and that she would not last a day in that position she snottily retorted... Are you threatening me? I said no dont put words in my mouth I was referring to your job performance! I never once raised my voice. And can you believe it took three managers to make a decision on an $8 in store credit. I never thought Id have to play hardball with the store manager over and $8 credit in and out of state license which I had plenty of ID. I guess if you shop at Fred Meyers you have to change your drivers license to ever receive a return! I will be speaking with corporate tomorrow... Really man are these guys for real you mean to tell me somebody and security actually got this lame decision passed. I believe in empowering your managers to make a logical decision the minute I said I was visiting from another state and I had the appropriate identification just not with him Washington State,,thats okay you can imagine what well be talking about at my nieces wedding in over the Christmas holidays how poor the treatment was at Fred Meyer
Lines are to long and manger can only say sorry but you see employees doing nothing but walking around useing this c19 not to work. Glade i dont work here to late in time not to be perpared
I enjoy this Fred Meyer. its clean, seems well managed, the lines havent been unreasonable anytime Ive gone in, the staff have been helpful to me. they are more expensive than wincos though if youre trying to save money and I did count at least 4 homeless people by one door as I was leaving today but that is just a consequence of the area this store is in. Everyone was friendly though so i would give this place 4 stars. :D
Fresh produce, friendly and mostly fast checkers and good prices. They have everything I need. Truly one stop shopping!
Come here all the time they have some good employees here very helpful
This store is always clean, fresh, bright...even the flowers in the aisles are beautiful. A great selection and variety thats visually appealing. My one and only complaint, more checkout humans.
Love the selection of organic and gluten free products. The bulk section is also very well stocked. One of the few grocery stores that carries Eziekiel bread. Bathroom always seems to be slightly dirty-- one star off.
I drive 20 minutes to shop here because my child loves the special carts they have here. Red ones can be easily found, but I wish they have more pink and black ones. Overall, they have good prices as well.
I have two Fred Meyer stores near me and this is the one I prefer. The main reason I prefer this locations is that its just a bit more spread out. The aisles are wide so a few people can trek down them without having to wait for the gridlock to clear. I also like that the store seems to have most of the checkout stands covered with employees so you can get out quickly when you are ready to check out.
If you need a birthday cake made Samantha makes the best cakes ever. They taste amazing and look really great! She made one for my moms birthday and my cousins and everyone loved it.
I love close by. This is my go-to place for groceries and anything I need right now that cant wait for Amazon to deliver. I almost never have to wait in line for a register, and I can get most of what I need here. Downside is: sometimes their produce is whack-- I had a mutant watermelon and some gnarly strawberries. But usually its all very good and fresh.
I come here pretty often and recently they have stolen $15 from me. $9.99 plus tax because of a product that came in a tin and the tin was empty. The other was $4.47 when a pack if cards was to be deducted and the attendant said that we had not put any money in the self-checkout station (in a rather accusing tone). I dont plan on shopping here again any time soon!
Newly remodeled, clean, well stocked, friendly and helpful staff. They always have some great deals going on and you can get a variety of things. A great one-stop shopping store!
Very friendly and helpful staff. Wheelchair parking & entrance. Has great grocery section as well as clothes and shoes. Wide variety from home decor to kids toys.
Love the remodel. Little disappointed the removed the electronics department but understandable with all the theft that is occurring in the Kent East hill Area. If it isnt nailed down people steal it. I like that there is an armed guard that Is more reassuring other then that I love this store.
This store is amazing, its a grocery store that has everything from food,to clothing,to furniture. And the clothes are like Under Armour ..the prices are great... OMG they need this store everywhere...staff is friendly and the store is completely stocked and clean..
Love shopping here. Staff is always helpful and they recently underwent an entire change. Makes the store feel bigger and feels like there are more products. I do miss the upstairs however
I USED to love grocery shopping there but since the remodel, they are always out of everything and it seems like you cant find things a 2nd time. Like I will buy it the 1st time, run out, go back for more and its gone! Also their staff has become a lot younger and a lot bitchier. Customer service isnt what it used to be. I hope they get it together soon.
Its my favorite store
I get lost in there, so many departments..... It truly is one-stop shopping. Great customer service, and the police presence is nice too. But the bathrooms can be really dirty at times.
Great store! Always clean, nice people. Prices are on par with other stores. The only negative is the layout is a little weird but thats it.
Not as many options as other reatail stores nearby. No electronics, lack of Christmas and other holiday supplies. Pretty much just food, so if youre looking for anything more, this isnt the place.
Its one of the good Fred Meyers. Most things can be found here, and there is a lot of varriety. The lines are ussually short, and the customer service is great. Overall, i enjoy going there.
This is regarding the pharmacy. I have a special medication that has to be special ordered the pharmacy has on multiple occasions failed to have medication available for pick up as promised as a result I ran out of medicine. I dont understand how you can leave someone without their medication for days at a time. Thank goodness its not a life threatening medicine. For heavens sake what would happen if my life depended on it?
I love this place! Having lived about 1 mile from the Fred Meyer on 240th for the past 10 years Ive visited probably 4x/week (at least) and rarely not found what I needed. A fair number of the staff have been here the entire time and many recognize me and greet me with jokes and genuine smiles. Ive recently moved two towns away but I dont think some of them know it yet as I still frequent this particular store regularly.A year or so ago I did some shopping here with my mom and she was impressed by the amount of diversity of both staff and patrons. She commented that shed not seen so many people of varied cultures nor heard so many different languages in a long time.
Its a great place to go for shopping at any time.
Always a great experience shopping here... well organized and parking is never a hassle. Gas Station convenient if needed.
