Usually the online order process is great but today it was not... It said there was a processing error with my order but it was fine until the guy came out and tap tapped on his device. I had to go inside and self check out with him which took awhile, and then when I got back I noticed that 2 of my groceries were left off, I even said in the store Those are on there right? He assured me but I thought it was weird there was only 20/22, my fault for not speaking up again but.... come on man not my chicken...

Meijer at is a great grocery store and shopping center. It is very clean and Well maintained. The prices for groceries are reasonable. You got to have the MRI app, for discounts on groceries items. I Love shopping at Meijer. It is a Great Place to shop for Groceries and lots of other stuff.

First time in this new store and I found it well stocked with a large variety of stuff, neat and clean. Reasonable prices. I just went in for a few items. They did some packs of La Croix which I buy all the time, but not the flavor I drink the most. Maybe next time. Ill definitely be back.

Nice store, nice employees but whoever the short lady with the bleach blond hair is needs retrained. Customer service is the last place she needs to be working she is not customer friendly. I had a return and was treated like I stole something. Thank god the manager was there and looked out for me because I know that lady was getting ready to give me a hard time. I will be reaching out to corporate about that matter she really rubbed me the wrong way.

This Meijer was great when it initially opened!Last night was my last time shopping there. I walk in at 730pm to find the Deli closing. The young man behind the counter refused to sell me anything. Then stated they had call-offs and so they were closing the Deli. I was disgusted but figured I’d finish my shopping. Unfortunately, as has been the case several times lately, the shelves are empty in many areas. I was unable to purchase several of the items I came in for.The Pharmacy, I transferred all my prescriptions to this Meijer. In the beginning it was great. Now they close the Pharmacy at 7pm even on weekdays!!! So, I couldn’t pick up my prescription. I work until 7pm so I guess I’ll be switching to Rite-Aid.This Meijer location has become a very poorly operated location in my experience.

Usually love this place but today we went shopping and went to check out and the lady at the cash register said my ebt card only had 74 cents on it when I had over 150 dollars. Made me so mad I even double checked my card. If you dont know what your doing dont work the cash register.

Save yourself the trip and just go to Walmart across the street. We had a prior bad experience with the bakery before (ordered a cake for next day only to show up and find that it was never made) but wanted to give it a second chance. They are very strict about selling cakes you’ve ordered when the bakery is closed although there are plenty of people behind the counter to give it to you. Save yourself the drama and just go to Walmart, the bakery people there are much nicer and while the cakes don’t seem as fancy, you’ll save yourself the headache.

Had a horrible encounter with Meijer’s cashier Tina!! I was doing instacart buying alcohol for a customer, The way instacart is set up you give the customers id instead of yours. Well I tried to explain that to the new cashier and she had no idea so she called for Tina. Tina came over in a aggressive manner trying to take the alcohol out of the cart, I asked her to put it back as I am purchasing it for the customer. She then lied on the cashier stated she told her I wouldn’t give her the alcohol the cashier was confused later apologizing to me for tinas behavior. I then stated this situation was as ghetto and Tina then called me “ghetto” while mumbling other words as she walked away. It sounds like Tina got a customer service manager job and is now letting it go over her head, Seems like she didn’t have much the way she’s acting she couldn’t wait to tell me no! With Tina being the last to see the customers she need to be professional at all times. You never how someone day is going.

I was a bit disappointed that I checked the store hours before coming in the evening, but upon arrival, found only PART of the store open (I understand the pharmacy or bank being closed, but not the outdoor patio section! You could lock the gate and close the register, but allow browsing and purchases to be brought to the inside registers). I ended up purchasing the stuff I wanted somewhere else closer to me the next day. Still a great place, just at that particular moment, disappointed.

The prices are comparable to Walmart but with a better selection, cleaner store, a much better meat selection and way more organized and employees available everywhere in the store unlike Walmart where you have to search for assistance. Overall a much better experience shopping at Meijer!!!!

Wow what a great shopping experience and on a Saturday! This place is amazing. Where to start?!? This location is very nice and clean. Before pandemic, I never truly appreciated large aisles and plenty of space to navigate through other customers. This store has so much variety that I would think they have just about everything you would need and be done all in one shopping trip. Every worker was kind and very courteous. They made me feel not a burden but welcomed especially since I am new to their shopping program perks. This is a little further for me to drive but honestly it was worth it. I may have to bypass my favorite grocery store from now on and only stop there if needing items ASAP! Very impressed !!

This was a really nice establishment. The building was very well set up and it was easy to follow signs to find the groceries or items I was looking for. Now as for why I only rated 4 stars was the customer service left much to be desired. The greeters at the door - flawless she was exquisitely nice. Now as for the cashier she wasnt very friendly. She never greeted or spoke to my family. The lady that assisted her with bagging groceries was very nice. She spoke to us and was very kind.

Ideal experience for me to get in and get out with what I wanted, what I needed and then some. Great store with excellent selection and variety. Well kept & well staffed. Stays open longer than other similar places in this area which is worth xtra points for sure! Good prices and nice stuff!

Meijer....how can I say this....AMAZING! My other favorite place to get just about everything. They are not always well stoked sometimes but mostly they have everything you need. The store is clean. The people that work there are so nice. (Even when Im having a panic attack in the middle of Covid) I cant say enough good things about this store.

It was my 2nd visit. I like it a lot. I went in morning hours and was delighted it was not busy. I dont like crowed groceries stores. Everything was neat clean and easy to find. I like to checkout my y own things and found a lot of self checkouts. I didnt feel rushed and that was a nice change.

It’s very Nice and clean on the inside. I like that it doesn’t have that creepy walmart feel to it. However, Walmart does carry a lot more variety in certain departments, including electronics and home goods. But the grocery selection is amazing! They definitely have what you need for a weeknight dinner or a last minute surprise party! Their app is pretty smooth as well! You can order online or on the app and usually pick your order up that day or have it delivered for a small fee. Very convenient with corona still lurking around!

I love this supermarket. When it comes down to prices for groceries like cabinet stuff youre better off at Walmart, however, their produce and meats are at such great unbeatable prices I come here often just for their meats. Their pork loin is to die for and who can beat that price!? (Picture of loin has been in my freezer, theyve never tried to sell expired meat) Other than that, sometimes Ill come here for their toy section, they have some good clearance sales sometimes. They have a lot of sections, electronics, pets, clothing, outdoor. Theres always people greeting and saying goodbye to you at the door and their self checkout lanes are in great numbers and speed.

First time here absolutely love this store, its very nice clean well spaced out great variety. Can get many things one stop sales prices was the bomb saved me quite a but and got lots!!!! The cashier was very nice helped me set up the app showed me even how to use and get around on the app, very sweet accommodating worker 😀 definitely will shop here again!!!

This is the second time I drove to the Brimfield Meijer, just to be disappointed. Their ad features boneless chicken breasts for $1.89 a pound. Then,when I got there at 1:00 p.m., they were sold out. I brought this up to those working at the meat counter. They said they only have 5 cases and once theyre gone, thats it.They had a huge selection of the $3.99 a pound smaller packages. Thats a terrible thing to do. Causing customers to buy the more expensive products! Im at the point of boycotting Meijer Stores.They no longer sell chicken livers. That was one reason that I drove out of my way. Im very disappointed with Meijer Brimfield and Stow. I think Ill just stick with Giant Eagle and Acme from now on.

Usually me and my husband always shop Walmart, we always have. We like the one stopping lol. They built a new Meijer across the street from the Walmart we always go to, so we decided to check it out. There are many ways its better then Walmart in my opinion. Cleaner, better organization, much more variety, more open. The reason I took one star off, is because Walmart still wins as far as pricing. Meijer can get expensive quickly if you arent careful! I do recommend checking this store out though!

I like Meijer. Never been to this particular store. It was nice. The layout was a little strange. Great food department. Although I looked I didnt find any crafting supplies. Might have to go back and check again. Had some good prices on some merchandise. Others not so good. I guess it all evens out in the end.

The story is great. It has a very friendly atmosphere much different from other stores. They have very decorated walls unlike the blank ones that make it very nice. Another thing is the employees. They are really good at their job and genuinely friendly. Not the kind of friendly where they clearly just want to clock out but unconditionally friendly. Also has plenty of deals. Fun stuff.
