This is the best dollar tree in this area. They are well stocked compared to the other ones. Not too messy for a dollar tree either. Its great if you actually want to find what you need vs other stores where they sell out of things. The staff here is good too, give them raises lol.

Everything is a dollar lol and the cashier was sweet, but of course be prepared to wait, its not surprising that the staff here is a bit thin.

I was refused service because I had a backpack on so they told me to leave and called the police to have me trespassed. I have never done anything wrong or anything to justify their actions

The cashier was really nice. Very refreshing for what you imagine at a Dollar Tree. Lost one star because there was no music playing. It was so eerie. I cant imagine working there like that!

So not bad as far as crowd for Christmas Eve last minute shoppers, the usual clutter as you can imagine for the employees to pick up on the day after Christmas, and I cant say enough about the employees! When there were four people in her line the only cashier called another cashier and that was the one that we helped me I didnt catch your name and I should have. she was awesome I was $3 short and she covered it for me and told me Merry Christmas! Thank you so very much!

This Kent location had exactly what I needled and several of the item. Couldnt find it at 4 other stores!! Thank you. I.will drive all the way from Rainier Beach to go here!

Today started off rough as I pulled in to park my bike aka wheelchair inside, the cashier yelled at me, stating no bikes inside !! I preceeded to take a picture of her, with the intention of filing an ADA complaint. Later finding out, she was the only one on the floor, and the only cashier per her manager. She is usually pretty nice tho. After having a few words, the manager and I came to a workable solution for both of us. Thank you for your understanding !! It will be my pleasure to continue to shop in your store !!

My review of them is still the same. Their employees have no customer service whatsoever!Update;So I am here at the Dollar Tree on Washington and Willis. It is after 9 a.m. and the store still isnt open. Now granted it is snowing out here, and the roads are a little rough so Im expecting a little delay in opening the store. I really hope that any of the employees that are working here today are safe and get here safely. And I hope that they open soon LOL

Very well stocked store always. The staff are always accommodating and always willing to help and answer questions or give suggestions when asked. This is my go to Dollar Store if I need anything in a pinch.

So my cousin went to the Dollar Tree last week Sunday October 25th. Apparently one of the associates thought that her boyfriend was stealing when in fact he was not. When the mistake was discovered the scartuff was taken back in the store my cousin apologize for taking the wrong basket. Theyre talk to another associate apologize to him for taking it an Asian employee then came out yelling and got physical. He snatched the basket out of her hand. Wrong or right he should not have laid his hand on her. We do have an appointment with our attorney to see what we can do legally. I do hope that that store does the right thing and terminate this employee. I will be posting a photo.

It was dirty and a mess in every isle.

Store was busy, however the cashier was in a great mood and was very nice!

This place looked liked a zombie plaque went thru there. All the merchandise was on the floor...

We just got pedicures so we had on flip flops.we walked in and my friend cuts her foot on broken glass laying on the floor. We waited by the glass for 5 minutes while the employee looked for paperwork instead of cleaning up the blood on the floor. After a while the employee cleaned up the glass and blood had my friend fill out paperwork asking for information. This place is a mess everything is on the floor and the employees were overwhelmed. Also when she cleaned the mess she left it wet.

Halloween Thanksgiving and Xmas decorations. HuummmI opted for Xmas Let it Snow stuff. Hot chocolate and yummy food,Joy Joy Joy im feeling it!!!

You are harassed at the door to leave your bag/purse at the door on their dirty floor. No other Dollar Tree demeans the people they are there to sell to like this

Managers are horrible people. Treat their employees terrible. Lines are always long because the managers are playing around in the back. The store is so messy you feel gross walking out. The cashiers are always super nice. But the managers will yell at there employees. I know this because my friend works there. And hates this place. Will never come back.

I mean you cant go wrong with everything $1. Unfortunately at this location i can never find a cart. The merchandise is a messy. There have been several occasions where my child has needed to use the restroom and when asking the cashier i get rolling of eyes along with an annoyed look. Maybe if you dont like your you should find a new one.

I found this to be one of the better Dollar Tree stores. It was well stocked and the people who worked there were really nice.

Despite its location close to Safeway, it has its own selection of items for its customers. Clean and organized store. Need to get more shopping carts.

This is the worst store. Pam told my 7yr old daughter to go to Taco Bell to use the bathroom. The employees need customer service training, if this store is going to last in Kent WA. From now on, we will be going up the hill to the other 2 Dollar Trees. Thank you for not allowing me to give back to my community.
