The process for getting glasses was so easy!For non State Insurance- good selection of frames and with lenses your looking at cost from $120 on up.They offer eye exams contact them directly to know if they accept your insurance.ACCEPTS APPLE HEALTHCARE/STATE INSURANCE- PAY $20 FOR FRAMES AND LENSES ( limited to the state approved frames, but have nice selection of frames to choose from.OR PAY $50 for the thinner lenses! (I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU GO WITH THIS OPTION)Downside is it takes up to 6 weeks to get your glasses but the average is about 4 weeks. The good news is they will text you when they are in.OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE, I RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS 100%

Dr. Jones is a phenomenal eye doctor. I have dealt with specialists (due to an unusual eye condition that Ive had since childhood) and he was as knowledgeable as anyone Ive ever worked with. Dont let the fact that the business is a little bit informal throw you off. He is extremely personable and a top notch doctor, and provides shockingly affordable eye care. The office is friendly, and a bit small, but all this just makes for a stalwart neighborhood business, rather than a profit-oriented commercial medical facility. Pass the word!

Came in as a new patient to get a foreign object removed from my eyeball, a tiny metal fragment embedded deep. The font desk was friendly and efficient, and the office was clean. The doc did his best to remove the object, and then sent me to an eye surgeon. Although he couldnt fix me, he did everything he could to take care of me. Insurance stuff was a breeze, which is always nice. I will certainly be back for more routine eye care, as I could use some glasses soon.

Ive been going here for 7 years and Dr Jones is a christian and I have appreciated his caring and how he and his staff help people and show Care . Theres always different insurances but he covers Medicaid and Medicare for disabled peopleThats difficult tó Find.

I am so happy with the quality and how quick I received my glasses. i came in a little over a wk ago with my prescription. picked out my glasses and paid for them. they said my glasses would be ready in about 3wks. it was just over a wk. Im disabled and have state medical. they dont cover my glasses but u get a discount with ur medical card. i got transition lenses because I have extreme light sensitivity. in total my glasses were $72.00 but they dont look like what u would expect of low cost glasses. they look like theyre more expensive. everyone there was super friendly and welcoming. i would definitely recommend to friends, family and strangers to go here. without my glasses I cant even see a couple inches in front of me. and because my old glasses werent the right prescription i would get serious headaches. Im so grateful that theres a place like eyes rite that goes out of their way to make sure people like me can get good quality glasses without breaking the bank. God bless yall

My Wife ordered glasses from here, months ago. And these clowns kept giving her the run around when she demanded her money back if they dont have her glasses. She sat right next to me and called the store and they ignored her calls. So WE called from my phone which they had no clue of my number, and they answered on the first ring! Lying talking bout we were just getting ready to call you, which was a damn lie. She got her glasses 5 1/2 months later. I DONT RECOMMEND (ANYBODY) GETTING GLASSES FROM THIS COMPANY, THIS COMPANYS EMPLOYEES ARE VERY HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. SOMEONE NEEDS TO BE FIRED SERIOUSLY.

I have never had any bad experience with them! They are always busy but they make sure to speak to everyone and help everyone in a timely manner. The doc is funny & makes sure you are comfortable when he is checking your eyes out. The receptionist has been working for him for many years & is beyond amazing! I will not go anywhere else me and my kids will be going to Eyes rite optical until this location closes.

I have what i was looking for.I know they dont make photo Grays anymore. Really dont remember the exact name of the lenses that I have I had to pay extra for them which Im quite pleased with the price that they offer down there I paid for my frames my lens and they get darker in the light. I have to have bifocals as well.I recommend Eye Ritefor all your eye care.

This is the second time I have been a customer at Eyes Rite in Kent. You walk in the door and feel completely welcomed. It could be described as the best Medical Professional exam I have experienced.I was treated as a unique and important person. It was completely positive in every aspect. That alone was important to me. If you are blessed to work with the professional and loving people in this medical facility it will be an experience you will never forget. BTW I am 67 and have had many medical exams.Thanks

Dr. E. Larry Jones very horrible eye doctor! I am very upset about my prescription and glasses. I went to a different place and they recommended a totally different prescription. He also added that the glasses I had were actually straining my eyes even more, also very slow and bad customer service didn’t feel welcomed. It seems like they didn’t strive to give me the best customer experience. These were my first glasses, I had to call off work only to waste my time and money. I personally wouldn’t recommend this place whatsoever. You’re better off going to your local Walmart eye center or just a different spot. This is just my experience there.-Chris

Eye Rite Optical, is a very good place to go for glasses or hearing. I have had my eyes checked there and received a good pair of glasses . All the people that work there treat you just like family. The staff and dr are super friendly and I do appreciate that, but they never got my prescription correct. Everything we tried gave me headaches. One of their machines that tests near vs farsightedness came back with incorrect results. I didn’t have much confidence in their ability to correctly assess my prescription.

Dr. Jones and his staff are amazing and made my child very comfortable with trying contacts for the first time.

You can never reach them on the phone I live in Wilkeson this is a must! Before they had the worst receptionists very rude never answer the phone never was organized the new receptionist is more down to earth and the doctor is great but you can never reach them by phone. For four months!!!!!! I was they’re customer for over a year and finally switching in Bonney Lake. Good Riddance

3 weeks to get glasses seems excessive

Dr. Jones is soooo kind and makes sure everything gets done but the only problem is that i got my daughter appointment done 4/5 months ago and the glasses still havent arrived. Her glasses are all broken so i had to order online and those came in a week but these ones still havent came. :(

The dr is cool but his receptionist is extremely RUDE .... ALSO I had extremely horrible experience with them ... Long story short ... I got my $ back & I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM EVER AGAIN EVERRRRRR
