I am writing this review specifically regarding Dr. Stephanie Scott. Dr. Scott is an amazing provider - one of the best that Ive ever encountered. She is extremely thorough while managing to maintain complete comfort and relaxation for her patients. She is also extremely knowledgeable, not only in her craft, but in current policies affecting insurance matters - something that is often outside of the scope or interest of most doctors. She goes above and beyond to ensure that her patients get the best care and resources possible. Dr. Scott explains everything so well in an easy to understand manner while managing to make you feel like you are her peer. My mother does not speak English well, and I highly appreciate the way that Dr. Scott makes her feel respected, heard, and important. I dont know what else to say except that she is an excellent doctor with excellent bedside manner and an overall kind person. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an audiologist. You will not be disappointed!

I like the Puget Sound HearingAid facility Dr. Stephanie she and the receptionst they are really friendly and very attentive and listen to what I have to say and showing me how to operate the hearing aid.

Dr. Stephanie Scott and her assistant have been great. Professional, great attitude, and Dr. Scott is very aware of the clients disability and actually accommodates you rather than expecting otherwise. She will also explain every procedure and what she is doing. The Kent location is on a very busy Kent-Kangley behind the bus stop, w/ alot of pedistrians around and the parking lot is small, but yhese ladies make it all worth it 🙂
