I went to Alamo for my 5.9 turbo to be repaired. I had great service and quality people to speak to and work with. There was extra parts that needed replaced and when I came in they showed me everything and made me feel more comfortable knowing I had people who were not scamming. I was quoted a few days on turn around and had it back in my truck ready for the weekend with barely any down time. The price couldnt be beat! Thanks Alamo

Customer service sucks. Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time

Never have I dealt with a ruder group of people involving turbos that came from them, and after only 1500 miles of use. Nothing against females but regardless of gender you shouldn’t have someone who doesn’t know what constitutes a boost leak picking up the phone, you shouldn’t be charging 1000 dollars for a turbo rebuild that reuses the same old tired wastegates that are only partially tested too; it’s very bait and switch. They don’t know what they’re doing: they are trying to say it’s a boost leak issue or a boost controller issue which neither apply, apparently the turbos hit 12 psi on the original buyers car too which proves the wastegates were always junk, further proving what I said previously, and the lady who picks up the phone at first says she has 20 years experience and then 2-3 minutes later says she’s isnt an engine expert which means she shouldn’t be giving advice to begin with. I don’t expect you to take my turbos in but I do expect you to stand behind barely used stuff with your name on it and stand behind it competently. Tried to push in my face that I bought them with 1500 miles secondhand when that doesn’t mean much with the mileage acting unwilling to help and rude, with no expertise, and dead end answers. And in reply to your response you never asked me for the previous owners info as soon as I said they came secondhand to me you proceeded to rudely push that in my face. How is she an expert if she thinks a pre turbo leak is a vacuum leak? Has no effect on afr even on an external wastegate setup let alone my internal one.
