We have had our new 2020 Cast Loader for about 2 weeks and have put around 30 hours on it so far. We had a few hiccups in the buying process due to COVID-19, but Greg went above an beyond to help make the process as smooth as possible. We replaced our old ramrod mini skid and have been very impressed with the stability, weight capacity, reach and overall maneuverability of material on our customers property. We have been able to access propeeties rain or shine and leave virtually no trace we have been there. Very grateful to add this piece of equipment to our team. If you are on the fence the cast loaders are very great pieces of equipment for the cost! Our team loves having it.

Ive gone in there 5 times and have come out with nothing because they never can figure anything out for parts for my scag but yet they are a scag dealer but then I come home and find it online myself within 5 mins and have parts next day very poor business Ive tried 5 times and 0 sucess

Great place to take a mower! You have to understand if you take it in the busy season it is going to take a while to get fixed. (It is not fast food) Be understanding and patient. Take your mower in in the winter if you want it to be quick. It takes time to fix things the right way!Also it is a small business they have to make some profit!! We pay a reasonable price for better service and nicer people. Nothing is free people!Ignore these bad reviews! Greg and his workers are amazing!! I recommend them to everyone.

In the past 12 months I have made two purchases at Tri County Service in Kent, Ohio. My first purchase was a Gravely Zero Turn mower model ZTHD 52”I asked Greg, who I believe is the owner if I could purchase a suspension seat for the mower since my yard is very rough. He suggested that I may not need a suspension seat, so take mower home try it for a few months and if I felt I needed a suspension seat I foul buy one for around $150Another dealer I talked to before I went to Tri County told me $300 for suspension seat and he would need the original one off my mower. Tri County did not need my original seat in trade to boot!My second purchase was a Stijl Trimmer and I purchased a smaller size. Went home with it and then decided to see if they would take it back so I could get a larger one. They said no problem as long as I had not used it. It was prepped and had fuel in it, but they still made the exchange with no hasslesThey treat you like you are their best friend. Love doing business with them

We had a great experience! Greg helped us very much throughout the whole process of purchasing our first CMC 83HD Arbor Pro lift! He was very responsive to calls and texts. He came out and spend 5 hrs with our crew to train them! Very highly recommended!!

Ultimately best place to go! No hassle whatsoever! The nicest people i’ve dealt with. Went to other shops as they told me i wouldn’t get my mower back til the end of summer, found this place through a friend and I have nothing bad to say. Will go back next year if needed!

EDIT: THIS BUSINESS COUNTERS BAD REVIEWS WITH FAKE GOOD REVIEWS!Does not deliver in a timely manner. Does not complete work within reasonable time frames. They kept my mower for 5 weeks, 5 WEEKS! when I was originally quoted 10-14 days! They did not offer me any sort of discount as recompense and denied me when I requested it. To top it off, the delivery driver neglected to bring back my spare blades for my mower!Never again, I will gladly drive any distance to avoid ever giving you business in the future.

Greg, the owner, is amazing! He came in after hours so we could get our mower and even delivered it same day! I highly recommend them!
