The self-service copiers can now do more functions but are also more complicated to operate. It used to be just drop a coin in the slot press a button and get your copy. It worked great if that was all you needed. Now, if you need just a single black and white copy its easier to go to the counter and have them make the copy for you. Valerie is great to deal with and makes you feel welcome whether you have a large print job or just a single copy to be made. Merry (thats what it said on her name tag) and Saul get a little salty if you only need a single b&w copy made. You arent going to earn $1,000.00+ on every print job. If you give me a hard time on the small stuff why would I want to deal with you on the larger print Jobs? something for Merry & Saul to think about. Maybe if someone took the time to teach me how to use the new self service machines Merry & Saul wouldnt have to be bothered as much....... perhaps they can take some pointers from Valerie. I have witnessed Valerie go above and beyond for many of the customers in the store while I have been waiting my turn on multiple occasions......... just some thoughts from a repeat customer.

The employees at this location are the best people I have ever met in customer service. Every time I come here, no matter the worker- they are always extremely pleasant and helpful. Even if I go in stressed out from the day and get confused with equipment they continue to remain cheerful. I leave this place in a better mood than I came in and want to strive to be as kind as they are. I’m sure they have bad days but I have never experienced it. Keep up the great work! You are fantastic people every time. I appreciate the kindness more than I could say in words.

I dont think people realize how underrated Saul and Mary are. Ive talked to friends in my field (VCD) and all of them have said that these two workers are excellent! I agree with them. Both are wonderfully kind, efficient, and rescued me during some tough projects! Lovely people and both are creative. You can tell both Saul and Mary are talented artists! :)

Barry is amazing, he helped me print and bind my portfolio books for an interview! He had a lot of great suggestions to help my materials stand out. I never have any issues with the service or products I get from the Kent Fedex, always a great experience.
I have been shipping items for my online consignment business for over 10 years! We usually use the Akron location and have NEVER had an issue however this past two weeks I have been commuting to Kent for business and found it easier to drop off in Kent! BIG MISTAKE! Both times I have been treated like I am an idiot! The first time they didnt like the packing tape I used which is USPS AND FEDEX approved BTW and the second time it was the box. I was rather annoyed and they tried to sell me a new box however I left. I took the box to the Akron location and to no surprise they took my package and smiled and sent me on my way. You can tell the employees do not like to deal with their clients at the Kent location! Awful attitudes!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!
They only have one good employee and hes the younger redhead, who is super kind and accommodating. The rest of them moved like TURTLES. Im a design student and had my portfolio printed at 3:15pm, and ready to be vellum bound at 3:20. I was planning to get out of there at 3:30. It took them not 5, not 10, but FORTY FIVE MINUTES to bind and checkout. JUST THAT. BIND AND CHECKOUT. The guy who bounded my work not only bounded it wrong (spiral), he also moved at a glacial pace, talking to other employees in the back (I saw him) and overall EXCRUTIATINGLY slow. Afterwards they couldnt check me out on their system for some reason, and that too FIFTEEN MINUTES. In the end they wrote down my credit card number and said they will charge me at another time. FORGET IT. If they werent the only printing service near campus, theyd be LONG GONE by now.

Im a patient person and I can understand why there wouldnt be 20 employees in a FedEx office store. Though, when it takes someone 5 minutes to even acknowledge your presence it is rude. The worst part is that someone else walked in after me and he was acknowledged almost immediately. Assistant manager treated me like Im an idiot and interrupted me several times
A couple years ago they were very inconsistent with prints but they seem to have a better grasp on things now. Most of the employees are nice to work with. They do a good job over all.
Seriously your store is located on a college campus...can you staff it?? I waited in line behind 4 others for 10 minutes and never moved. By then there were 6 more people behind me and the woman behind the counter helped someone who just came in because she was just picking up an order??? Why ignore those who have been waiting? I left and drove less than 10 minutes to the Office Max in Stow...walked in, placed my order and left in under 3 minutes. I will not waste time with Fedex ever again. 3 people behind your counter with absolutely no sense of urgency what so ever.

As a VCD student im always at this place and they are great. Theyre always patient and under stand what your trying to do. If you screw up on something they will let you reprint it again and again until you get it right.Pat and Ali are both amazing and will go out of their way to help you.
I had to print labels for something important and they were very helpful because I had no idea on what I was doing.

TERRIBLE. How does the only place that prints in kent close at 9 on a saturday/sunday? and not have extended hours before finals? Rude, uncaring, robotic employees that are always willing to give 10%How have all of the employees not been fired yet?

Ive I came to send a return with a prepaid shipping label. I waited in line for 20 minutes behind just one other person before the clerk finally said something like sorry our systems are down and its just not gonna work today. Bottom line, I went to FedEx with a FedEx package and left with the package unsent. Complete failure.
