My package has been sitting in Kent for 2 weeks now, its approaching a month since the item was ordered.I was informed by the customer service agent that I would need to inform the original shipper to file a claim.Agent lied about sending me a written summary of our discussion via email. I had her verify my email address. 12 hours later, still no email. If I would have known, I would have lowered her survey rating after the call.Anyways, FedEx, your service is terrible. I ordered something after this from China, with a different courier service, and I have already received it.

FedEx Phone customer service sucked got hung up on 3 times. I drove down to my Kent FedEx. Amber is Amazing! Went out of her way to help me find a lost package. It is 5 days overdue and now thanks to her taking a few extra minutes to help me I know I need to go get another dress because this isn’t showing up in time.Thank You Amber!! Your happy friendly helpful attitude is an Asset to FedEx!

This facility is a black hole! September bark box got lost for 3 weeks there. Bark box shipped out a replacement box the same day in October that I got my lost box. October box got shipped out day after replacement September box shipped out, but showed up a week later by ups!! Thank you ups! But a week later and my replacement September box has reached the Kent FedEx facility on the 25th of October!! And they claim it was supposed to be DELIVERED ON THE 22ND!! And here it is the 28th of October and its still stuck in the VLACK HOLE OF KENT!!!! Are they understaffed? I can totally understand that, I really can! But I cant reach ANY HUMAN TO TALK TO TO FIND OUT!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have 2 packages from 2 different stores that have been sitting in this warehouse for over a week. I called the FedEx customer service line and they told me there was nothing they could do or tell me and that in fact, no, they cannot transfer me to a manager or supervisor, they simply could not help me. Period. I then called one of the companies I purchased from (over 2 weeks ago) and they said there was nothing they could do for another 3 days because it hasnt been sitting without being scanned for long enough yet. THIS is why people order from Amazon. This entire thing is so infuriating that I paid for items and the shipping, but cannot actually receive the items and nobody can do anything to help on any end.

My local driver is fantastic and super nice and we appreciate him and his work greatly. Im extremely displeased with auburn and Kent facilities though. Theyve lost or delayed many packages in the past few months. The customer service line robot uses a condescending tone and is fairly difficult to work with. The customer service in person is polite but extremely fast talking and seem to be probably flooded with constant calls. I dont know whats wrong but it is exhausting having to contact the senders to initiate and investigation every time I need to receive a package through FedEx.

My package that was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago has instead been sitting in this warehouse since then. I called their tech support and they told me to contact the seller instead of taking responsibility for the late shipment. I definitely won’t be ordering anything that ships with FedEx again!

The staff are great, very considerate. Only issue is that the store inside is pretty small so youll have to wait outside if theres a lot of people (for social distancing purposes)

I ordered a package several weeks ago. It is currently 3 days late. I need it for an event tomorrow and have received no updates about when it will arrive. I contacted their customer service number and the inept employee I spoke to rambled and gave me no helpful information other than wait and see. The most irritating part of this is that it made it all the way from another state and has been sitting 1 hour away from me since the day it was supposed to be delivered. Also, trying to talk to an actual person is near impossible because of their god awful automated answering service. Like obviously if I wanted tracking info reiterated to me I wouldnt be bothering to call.

My package has just been sitting at this Kent facility for over a week. Customer Service was completely unhelpful and told me the shipper paid for 5-7 business day shipping. Well, tomorrow will be the 10th business day and my delivery is still Pending. FedEx has ALWAYS sucked. Youd think after all these years of people complaining about there horrible service they would try to be better, but really they just get worse every year. Unless forced to like in this situation, I will NEVER chose FedEx as my carrier for ANYTHING.

FedEx is turning into a joke for shipping. My last two FedEx packages have traveled across the country in less than three days and then set in a distribution facility within 50-60 miles of the final destination for a week or more. No explanation. No urgency to deliver. So frustrating to sit and look at the online tracking and see that the package is just sitting for no known reason. UPS, in the meantime, keeps chugging along and hitting their delivery dates and times consistently. I have now started asking vendors who they are going to ship with, and when they respond FedEx I request a different shipper. If they cant accommodate my request I buy from a different vendor who can.

Gotta love waiting all day for your package, never seeing a Fedex truck then getting a notification that supposedly the driver attempted delivery but you were literally there all day and they didnt.Like, just own up to the fact you didnt try to deliver it today and it will be late. Now Im worried about wasting another day waiting and still not getting my stuff.Also, my package was less than 5 miles from my house on Thursday afternoon and it got re-scheduled to not arrive until the following Monday. I would never use Fedex willingly.

Even when you Pay extra for your delivery to come on a specific day they manage to f it up. On a different order it somehow got to kent and then to Oregon even though I live in Seattle. Leaving me to wait about 3 weeks for a delivery that would have been here in 2 or less.Even after receiving a delivery date for the 8th, I did not receive my package and it is once again pending

Can never get a package in less than a month through this facility. I’ve been waiting for an Eddie Bauer package for a month. This is the second time it’s been help up at this facility. Pandemic or not, this is the only shipping service I have experienced take this long. What happened to FedEx? They used to be a premier shipper. Now they are worse than the post office. So very frustrating.

They are literally holding my package hostage in Kent and wont deliver it, called and they said they couldnt do anything cause theyre busy. I dont have this problem is UPS or USPS!My buddy has had a package in Kent for over a month with the same problem. What a joke of a company.

Completely agree with the recent reviewers comment about Fed Ex becoming a joke. The Osseo, MN facility is terrible but Kent is right up there - no updated tracking information and packages just sit for DAYS. Nearly three weeks since my order was placed and two weeks since it shipped. I live in southern Oregon and my package arrived in LA on July 2nd - could have made the drive there and back and picked it up myself in the time its been languishing there and in Kent.

I would give 0 stars if it were possible. It is impossible to reach a human on the phone. Operator just drags you in circles and will not connect you to a human representative. I would never use FedEx by choice but the shipper didnt give options. Horrible company.

Didnt even know this place was there the guy who helped me I was sending a phone back to Google and thats all I had was the phone itself and shipping label and young man who helped me did wonderfully and got it all boxed up and secured so that I can get sent off and will arrive in the time that was needed and really kind of a bit out of the way but its nice it wasnt really anyone there when I was there and he was more than helpful getting me in and out it was great experience and I would recommend it as a place to ship if you need to.

Fedex has the worst shipping service known to man. If you try and contact them in regards to your merchandise they have possession of, they deflect responsibility and deny any info, telling you to contact the vendor you made the purchase from to find out more about your package that they have! How are they supposed to know what you, Fedex has done with the merchandise they entrusted to you!?! Your service is worthless and I will avoid you like the plague at any cost as a business owner. . . .

The people seem nice enough, however, they definitely wont go the extra mile, or perhaps are unable to.Basically, I called in advanced about a package of mine which was here, the person said it was fine for me to come by to pick it up and reminded me to bring govt ID etc., I arrived and waited... probably around 20-30 min, after which I was told they didnt want / werent able / didnt have people to open whatever contained my item and that there was nothing to be done... I was somewhat peeved as Id seen probably a dozen or so fedex employees going into the building, but I was told there was nothing they could do having already waited a substantive amount of time and called ahead to confirm that it was ok for me to swing by...Im writing this just so people know this is a possible outcome when you go to a fedex ship center to retrieve an item...

Packages have been sitting in Kent FedEx hub for days with zero resolve or progress. FedEx is a burst colostomy bag of a company. Ship with UPS or USPS and save yourself the head ache and trouble.

Tried sending out a package and came back 10 mins later to cancel and location wouldnt give back package. Waited for a few weeks for package to return to originating address and Fedex asks for another payment in order to receive package back. Fedex didnt even give options on how the package should be returned (2nd day or ground). All of this was due to fraud and Fedex did not help...This is the first time Im using Fedex and I do not recommend.

I struggled all day today with corporate FedEx to correct an address as I mistyped one digit. After giving up and just requesting the package be returned to me, I received a call from a gentleman at this ship center. He resolved the issue and in about two minutes and got my package back on a truck and delivered today! He made my day and saved the day for three of my customers. I didn’t catch his name but he is wonderful and very much appreciated.

Extremely non professional staff, they won’t help or guide with packing, if they see you are stuck and have question they will deal with all walking in people but leave you alone. The girl wearing glasses had sick feeling and lazy, after every 30 seconds she will go to back office, you have to knock the door . Completely, ridicules service . Is it fedex franchise ? Should be taken away from contractor !!! Very disappointing, no a single positive thing about it . I will complain to corporate.

I was only here to quickly pick up a package, but the lady who helped me out was great! She was quick, helpful and in great humor.When I do a similar pickup at the post office, the difference in mood is definitely there. The people are helpful but dont seem as cheerful.

When they deliver packages to my apartment building it is very I hardly rarely get my packages they always say they couldnt deliver it I ran into some problem and so when I brought this up to the person at the center he could give me really no solution to this problem we really didnt even try I just wanted to get my package to me and pretty much gone to the next customer it kind of frustrated me

Have some pride in what you do. After running an audit trail of my package it was determined that my product was destroyed to the point it was undeliverable and is now being returned at at/from this location. Quit playing recreational sports with people belongings 🤬

I went to pick up a package and it took 30 to 40 minutes for them to assist with 2 people ahead of me. One person was working the front desk but two other employees had come to the front so you would think they could have assisted but no. I just think its sad that I have to write a bad review for coming to pick up a package. The associate did find them pretty quickly once he got to me.

Quite literally the most unhelpful people I’ve ever worked with in my life. I drove all the way there to pick up a package that I needed delivered earlier as I am going out of town and need it delivered before I leave. The package is at this facility and the lady behind the counter is less than helpful. Just says there’s nothing they can do. All you have to do is walk back into the warehouse, grab the package, mark it as picked up, and hand it to me.Just disgraceful. I will be ending my professional relationship with FedEx going forward.

This FedEx is the worst they steal packages and claim they have no proof that your package even exsisted. Make sure you get a receipt. Mark Vogel is rude and not helpful. They dont scan all packages that they accept so be aware.
