One of the few stores out there that are actively trying to keep things sanitized and keep people safe pandemic or not!

Bath &Body works has always been a favorite of mine. Their candles are now my absolute favorites! I Always like to pick up little gifts while Im there, because you never know when youll need them!

It is well stocked with product, clean and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. Large parking lot with plenty of parking spaces and wheelchair accessible. Nice store.

Best first time experience I had. I felt welcomed and my needs were met.

I was very impressed with this location. They were keeping track of how many people were in the store and gave everyone hand sanitizer before you entered. We were able to social distance and they had social distancing lines on the floor. The cashiers were wiping down the register after every person left.

Forces you to sanitize your hands with their sanitizer, even though Id just done my own walking from the car. Then they dont offer a fragrance free version. I was there with my mom so she could buy soap. I dont do smells.

Love this standalone store! The staff are always pleasant and helpful and always help you get the most for your money with their sales and coupons! And bonus, I dont have to go to a giant mall to get to it, please dont ever leave!

This is a really lovely store with great staff but theyre quite far away from me so I will probably not visit so often. I also want to compliment them on their layout and the fact that things are so well organized. Especially as I visited them during their Semi-Annual Sale which is usually quite chaotic.

Love shopping here, either for myself or when I need a gift. Lots of selection, theres always some sort of awesome sale, the staff is helpful and beyond friendly, and the store is pretty clean.Im a huge fan of their lotions and foaming soap.Ive been here way to many times to count and Ill keep going back for the deals :)

I love this bath and body works. Its small but its so big and its the only one I ever go to anymore. I love it.

I have been to the ones in the mall and the cashiers always walk by me like Im not even there and thats sad because one time I had over 1,000 dollars on me ready to blow it on B&B products,but when they act like your no one because I didnt have time after work to get fancied up I decided to spend it somewhere else. Then I walked into the Kentwood store and Kelsey greeted me with a smile, asked me how she could help me, gave me a shopping bag, and asked me if I had any questions, and was there a specific reason I came in. At that point I knew I had the right place!!! There were two customer care reps. Working that day one helped me and the other helped my daughter. I wont go to any other store again for your products. Thank you

My favorite Bath and Body Works store to shop at. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and always try to help me find the best deals with what Im buying. The only B&BWs Ill shop at from now on.
