This is where I go to work when Ive had enough of being stuck inside. And let me tell you, the employees always make it a super positive experience. Paige is the sweetest barista and Im always happy to see her when I stop by for a drink and a treat.Thank you Starbucks near the Celebration Cinema for always giving me a nice, quiet place to get work done. This is crazy! I ordered an Oatmilk Brown Sugar Shaken espresso. First one came out white full of milk. I asked for it to be remade. They dumped out half of the original dumped in more ice and a shot of espresso. So I basically paid for a cup of ice and a shot of espresso. What a rip-off!

This is my second time coming here that it’s past when they opened per the website but no one comes to help. It’s 5:35 and a line of cars. The claim, per the webpage, to have opened at 5:30. People are inside but no one’s doing anything.I went back and got in the BACK of the line and they were helping everyone behind me. When I told them I got a quick “sorry”, paid and left with what turns out was yet another incorrect drink.

Outstanding place! i loved the service and the food was amazing! the employees are also very nice and the drive thru is almost never busy!

Drive thru ladies are super nice, friendly, always ask how Im doing that day. The line gets super long at peak hours, but they do their best to move it quickly!

Absolutely lovely place! They have a drive thru thats not that busy, or you can go inside where they make you wear masks to stay safe! The coffee is excellent and if you just want a relaxing morning or just a coffee to make you get through the day, I highly recommend this place!

Love this Starbucks so much! Its very clean and its a great place to study or do other work. Its a really nice place to just sit and have a cup of coffee as well!

Everytime that Ive gone everyone was extremely nice. The drinks are great and I would recommend trying the chocolate croissants :)

I generally love Starbucks as it is but this store doesnt exceptional job of getting through a long line of cars. Me and my buddy were hesitant about joining the huge line but at the end of the day it only took them maybe 8 minutes to get through to us and we had seven or eight cars ahead of us. Our drinks were made perfectly and the girl who served us was very polite.

Wouldn’t recommend coming here to sit in if you’re trying to get work done, while enjoying a coffee. Staff is definitely friendly, but aren’t very respectful of maintaining noise level.

Worst Starbucks ever, dont waste your time or hard earned money here. They honestly do not even earn 1 star but we cant go lower than that! Continuously disappointed with the service and quality at this location, lesson learned...will travel further for better service and quality.

Man, I just don’t know how Starbucks does it, but literally ANYWHERE I go (any state, city, location), Starbucks employees are ALWAYS the friendliest, smiliest, and nicest people ever! I’m sure they get their share of long days, bad customers, etc, and yet somehow they always manage to go to work and put a smile on their customers’ faces. And it’s the small things, like making your drink to perfection, hiding a free cake pop in your order with a cheerful note, or putting cute riddles up on the drive through window. Tonight, my evening was especially made (after a very long trip) by a lovely lady at the drive through counter (at this specific location), with nothing but a lovely smile (despite the mask - you could see her smile shine through her eyes), and a soft laugh, and a little patience explaining the answers to a funny riddle. I wish I could have seen her name. THANK YOU to all service industry employees who still push on through this confusing and uncertain time, and navigate their jobs with what I’m sure is some difficulty adjusting to new standards and demands, and for making our days better by simply being the patient, caring, smiling beacons of light that you are.

Edit 09/02/20: walked over here from my apartment complex only to find theyre closed except for drive through. I dont drive, so...? I guess this location isnt interested in non driving customers, seems like an ADA issue to me but whatever.Placed an online order. Arrived 30 minutes later, which was 15 minutes after the order was supposed to be done, and the order wasnt completed yet. Had to wait in store while other orders were prepared first. Whats the point of ordering ahead if its not going to be ready?

My favorite store! The staff is Always friendly at kinds the matter how busy they are. I always appreciate going there and Im willing to wait the extra time in the drive-through just to be able to support them

This is the slowest Starbucks. Don’t bother ordering ahead because they NEVER have it ready. If you tell them your name for a pick up and it’s not ready...even if the app says it is, they will make you wait because “they can’t control how the machine prints orders” that is an unacceptable response to customers. If I am here, take the order and make it so I don’t have to wait any longer than I already have. If it wasn’t so convenient, I would not return to this Starbucks.

I just waited in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes at this Starbucks. I moved back here from Chicago recently where I never had to wait that long in line EVER at any Starbucks. There were 4 cars in front of me. 4!!! and for 14 minutes out of the 20 we sat idle without moving. Make it make sense!!

Always so friendly at this location!I highly recommend the Pink Drink (pictured), or the Pink Ombre Drink - theyre from the Lady Gaga promotion, but they still make them if you ask. The Pink Drink has the Strawberry Acai Refresher with passion fruit and acai combined with coconut milk, and topped with a scoop of strawberries - SO delicious. It tastes like a strawberry cream-saver.

It’s sad that I cannot give zero star. Not opened at the time they say, and ignored us in both store and drivethru. Very unfriendly

Excellent Starbucks location! They are very fast with service. They are accurate. Things are up to this standard of Starbucks. Good location, but you do have to figure out a way to get into the parking area and then travel all the way down to the end of the strip mall and order to get to the Starbucks. So, you can look at it two ways, it is not the fastest to get to off the freeway. But it is right off the freeway and then a couple turns and you are there!

9 times out of 10 I always get great service here! I typically use the drive through, which has always moved quickly. They always get my drink right (and the one time they didn’t they made me the correction and let me keep the “mix up” which I brought to a friend!). Great atmosphere inside and plenty of seating! I’ve never had any food there that I like, but the drinks are always good!

This location is poorly managed in the morning. The manager was working behind the counter but he left his laptop and books on one of the hightops - and there are only 3 of them right now - so that prevented a paying customer from sitting there. Seating is VERY limited, seems like more than necessary. My order took 15 minutes; the manager put it in the wrong spot, didnt call my name, and when I expressed my disappointment, he said thats the way it is on Friday. So I wont be back on a Friday....

Line was long but moved exceptionally fast, I would recommend not being discouraged. Staff is super friendly!

Terribly slow drive-thru line. Waited in line over 15 minutes. This is at least the 4th time like this in the last month that I have been to this location, with the same long wait. Short staffed, maybe? Either way, Ill just go elsewhere next time.

Large store with a new look as of late. Great for collaborating or just coming yourself for coffee and work. Music is welcoming and not too loud. Plus, the new look with new furniture makes it even more inviting. Its still not complete as Im writing this but the new furniture allows for better collaborating or being on your own. In the end, theres more seating than before as well.

I was going on a long drive from GRR to DFW, so I had to wake up early to go get my coffee. For years I have always order a Venti extra ice 4 shots of expresso and 2 pumps of white mocha with light half and half cream. I am pre-diabetes so I am very careful about limiting sweet intake. I went through drive thru at the store, said it loud and clear, and assumed my order would come out perfectly as always. I hit the road and took my first sip. My excitement went from the top of the hill to the bottom of the ocean. Holy cow, it unbelievably sweet. I looked at the sticker on the cup, it said double iced doppio expres, 4 pumps of white mocha. Too bad, I was already on the road otherwise I would have come back to have them remake my coffee. I ended up stopping by a Pilot station to get a large coffee without any sugar.Just a reminder, a coffee can be made wrong, a small mistake could ended up making matter worse.

Very busy. I asked and they said it was normal. It was a waiting line to get a table at 10:30am on a Friday. Internet was really good though for having most of the customers on their computer it was not slowing down at all. Will go back for that reason

This is the best Starbucks that I go to by far. They always make my drinks perfectly! The customer service is always spot on, warm and inviting. The line is always long but it ALWAYS moves at a quick pace and u can see the hustle of the gals and gents behind the counter. Frappuccino was very good but they were extremely slow.

I dont normally go to Starbucks...but today, I dont feel well at all, and needed a titch more energy to get a little work done from home. When I dropped my daughter off at school, I thought, wth... I might as well swing through the drive through and grab a cup of coffee to try and power through. I saw they have a nitro cold brew, and decided to give it a whirl. I am seriously impressed! I love it. I am a huge fan of cold brew, and this has such a velvety, and almost creamy texture, with no residual bitterness. I have a new found love. I highly recommend it!!!!

Always quality. The best mocha sauce around. Real excellent mocha ingredients not fake chocolate stuff like others. Great free refills for gold members or only 50 cents if not. Typically a good clientele.

I work next door and have been coming to this location for a year now. Being a regular or new customer dosent matter, the crew is always very welcoming and happy even with rushes. My sister and I stopped for a coffee and little break from the rain on our way to Holland. We werent even aware that there was a tornado headed our way. Luckily, we were chose to stop at the right time. The staff were very polite and calmly had us all shelter in the restrooms - which were very clean! The storm passed and we all went back to our normal day, but we were thankful the Starbucks team knew exactly what to do. Thanks guys!

This is a good location, but seating is lacking and not flexible. Ive had some bad experiences with staff at this location - definitely not the friendliest Starbucks Ive been to. Coffee and specialty coffee drinks used to be great but now have little to no flavor. Starbucks has gotten more expensive and put in less flavor. Their coffee tastes burnt occasionally, but their pour over coffee is great.

Its a Starbucks. Decent coffee but cant taste the difference between a latte or cappuccino. Basically foamy milk dumped into the expresso.

I hesitate to leave reviews after only visiting somewhere a few times, but I felt is was necessary. This is the second or third time I have visited this Starbucks location and had the staff forget my order. Each time I come in, the customer service is not great. Each time I come in I order a dark roast coffee. Almost every time, the staff forgets to make the coffee and I have to go up to the counter and remind them that I ordered it, then they proceed to begin making it. For me, usually I have a few minutes to wait and remind them to make it for me, but for someone in a hurry, this could be quite frustrating.
