Nice coffee shop. Clean, lots of parking, friendly and helpful staff. Although I didnt get anything this visit, my husband did and was very pleased with his drink. Im sure we will be back because its close to where we shop and run errands.

The drink was good considering the combo of red bull strawberries and whatever else lol, over all service was pleasant but took a while due to weather but staff was on point and knew what was on the menu and also had no issue with recommendations. Will be back and hope to see you there the lobby is huge!!

I got a gift card to bigbys so I went there after not have being there for about a year or two. The blonde girl with the long hair was very nice and patient with me. I had excellent service.

Ive had my coffee upgraded a size for free and often if I have my dog, theyll give him a little cup of whip creme for free. The employees are rad.

BIGGBY is one of my favorites! I love their Redbull Peach Cream Freezes..YUM!! Most of the time they are fast, once in a while it takes too long

Incorrect location information on both their website and app, and Google. A handwritten note about hours or walk in is not acceptable.

My new favorite place to get my coffee. Ive tried blackbear is it? It is so good my nephew drinks the teddy bear all the time. But I will not go to Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts anymore after they refused to serve a police officer and let police officers use their bathroom. Plus anyways Biggbys Coffee taste a lot better

Girl at the counter working by herself was doing a good job trying to keep up while cars just kept coming to the drive through. Turkey havarti was great as always.

This place is a nice change up from say Starbucks or Panera. They have a pretty good selection of coffees and teas and multiple flavored syrups to add to your beverage. I was able to come here relax and get a little bit of work done on my computer before going to an appointment.

Very spacious, nice staff. It wasnt busy at all when I came, but we did stop by around 5pm. They have outlets to plug in a charger or other devices. They were celebrating BiggBy birthday so all Tall drinks were just 0.99¢ ordered my favorite chai latte with almond milk and extra shot of espresso. My kids all had hot Chocolate. Great place to stop by.

Went in to use my birthday reward and couldn’t get it to work through the app. The barista told me not to worry about it and gave me my birthday drink without needing the coupon! I really appreciated that. Makes me want to do more business with them!

Great friendly customer service. Rewards card and free birthday coffee are great perks. Inside area is clean and organized. The drive through is always quick and the menu is easy to order from with a variety of fun and traditional coffee drinks.

Flavorful decaf coffee; super nice barista: Upon request, she let me put oat milk into my plain ol house brew. A nice place to sit, as well :)

My wife and I came here and ordered an iced mocha mocha. It was free shot Friday so we got free shots in it. And then we had a buy one get one free coupon. The total for the two drinks would have been $11.18 but again we had a coupon so the total cost for the drink was 5.59 before tax. The drinks were superb and we like them. They have the kick we needed because we were both a little tired. The extra caffeine really hit the spot and it was a good deal. The service he was also very nice

This location is always very efficient. When I do treat myself to a coffee, I go to the drive-thru on my way to work. Ive never had a problem.

Typical coffee shop. Friendly baristas. Fire place that is nice to sit by. Limited baked goods and sandwiches available. Large number of tables if you wanted to have larger meeting.

Im giving Bigby a four not for any really negative reasons. I dont go there that often. When I do I enjoy the selection they have, it just doesnt WOW me. Its a great place and pleasant atmosphere to just chillax and enjoy some coffee or maybe breakfast food/muffins to go with it. Give it a try if you havent been there :).

The service was so bad she had her gloves on and sweeping in the same time that was disgusting and she refused to serve me because I don’t have a car I didn’t know that you must have a car to get a coffee i am going to starbucks at least they respect the customer

They are very very fast. Fastest Big B I’ve ever been to I’ve never had to wait more than five minutes for my coffee. Only downside is that they are very Rude.

I dont know why I keep going to this Biggby...maybe because its close to work? But thats the only reason. The service is always awful. They are so slow, need new management and a new toaster oven because Im sick of burnt bragels. 🤬🤢☹

Great Coffee and service.

I visit this specific biggby most mornings on my way to work and each time something on my order is wrong and i never have time to come back and correct it. Whether i order a bragel w/o CREAM CHEESE or a red eye with 3 servings of sugar and 2 servings of cream they always miss something. Also it doesnt matter who is working they all seem to get my orders wrong. They never read me back my order to ensure accuracy so they can avoid these mishaps. Im giving up on this location

Took them 10 minutes to give me two drinks. After waiting 10 minutes, I received my drink half full. Worst service ever, never coming back. Was very excited to try the new avocado berry blast drink, didn’t not like. Not enough banana.

At this location specifically....less than friendly customer service (at least in the mornings), the drinks seem like they’re made carelessly. Also, why are the prices so dang high? I used to work at a Biggby and they have inflated a lot. I understand having to raise prices over time, but just seems crazy especially when the drink is only sub par.

This place makes me so sad because I LOVE Biggby and recently changed workplaces so I had to change coffee shops. I went from one Biggby (the one on Monroe Center, downtown) which has cheerful baristas who are happy to make small talk, joke, and smile... to this one.It may be because I was going early in the morning, but none of the baristas inside seemed particularly happy to be there. I get it, I’ve worked retail, but half of working customer facing jobs is pretending to be happy to see a customer.Customer service and interaction is severely lacking here and has soiled my experience at this location. I went here for about a month, every other day or so and things didn’t get better or worse. At no point were the baristas pleasant to be around.However in their defense, the coffee is great! I’ve never had my order messed up and it’s always perfect.If you’re the type who doesn’t care if your barista talks to you or doesn’t look like they want to die, and you’re just interested in coffee, this is the place for you.

Ive been going to this location since it opened. Only because its the closest and most convenient. The convenience and efficiency is why they get 1 star.Otherwise the customer service is the worse Ive dealt with among the biggby franchise. Ive never seen a welcoming smile. Their attitudes are always riding the edge between barely polite and straight up rude.I dont see how they can stay in business with this consistently poor level of customer service. Its a constant attitude regardless of who is at the counter/ window. This leads me to believe that its a failure stemming straight from management.EDIT 5/10/2021: Post-covid things seem to have changed for the better. It seems a shake-up in staffing has shaken loose more smiles and kindness among the baristas. Not all covid-quarantine change is bad I guess!

Biggby is the best coffee place around and this store is doing an exceptional job for the amount of time they have been opened. every time i go in there i am greeted with smiles and pleasant conversation.

The hidden gem of the greater GR area Biggby locations!! Tucked away deep in the Southeast corner of Breton and 44th St. in Kentwood, its a perfect place to grab a tasty coffee or tea and a quiet conversation. Also a great place to read, work or study. The barristas are incredible and make you feel like family.

Ive been coming to this location since 1/13/18, and I have to say this is one of the busiest locations I have ever seen. They are always busy with customers in the drive thru and inside. But every experience Ive either had with the employees or seen with other customers, its been fantastic. They make sure every drink is done to perfection, and I have yet to see any customer come back disappointed or wanting a refund. Now I myself have spent about $40 bucks in the last 3 weeks in drinks and food at this establishment, and have had nothing but positive interactions with each and every employee. I previously frequented the Alpine location before it closed, and this certainly takes over as my favorite location. I recommend anyone and everyone in the area to try this location out, whether in the drive thru or inside. The inside is extremely classy and nice, although a little cold (the door opens and its cold outside, not complaining its Michigan lol). They have paintings from local artists for sale, and they are incredible. The bathrooms are very nice, and the overall appearance is very good. I visited due to being unemployed and needing wifi to fill out applications, along with my girlfriend working a few doors down.

This place is the worst service I have ever experienced! The girl working the drive thru gave me the worst attitude. I asked a question about favors and she completely ignored me rolled her eyes and said we have the sames favors that we always do🤔 well I’m from Chicago Illinois and don’t have this place near me. She was just looking at me in blank stare then told me she doesn’t have change for my $100 or $50 and it’s 4 o clock pm

I was told I couldnt use my BOGO coupon because I purchased a creme freeze even tho the coupon specifically says valid on creme freeze so Im confused
