I come here at least 3 times a month to pick up medicine. The past 3 months, I have waited in the drive through for over 30 minutes each time. RIDICULOUS service. Not happy ever.

Always helpful and nice! Use pharmacy, same day pick-up, and just everyday shopping. Any issue was always resolved seamlessly! Especially pharmacy customer service in store!

Arrived at drive through for Covid test. Waited in line and then was told it was 15 minutes after my appointment so I can’t get tested. Disappointing.

Stop in for ice cream, freezer broken and empty.

I’ve been using this Walgreens since they’ve been opened! I’ve never had a bad experience except it is backed up at times! I do believe they are backed up sometimes because the customers either asking questions, or are irate because the customers are upset about their coverage! I think everyone I have had contact with has been extremely patient and very helpful. They also ask if I’m a reward member! People today have no empathy nor patience! I applaud the workers at Walgreens! The workers and cashiers inside Walgreens are the very best of any other stores! So very helpful and friendly! I shop at this Walgreens at lest twice a week, because of their service! Check my account and you will see how much I spend there! Thank you Walgreens for this location and for it being opened 24hrs!

Upgraded review to 3 stars; they just had noone in the pharmacy on a monday. At first, it was just noone here, no reason. They finally called to let us know why the pharmacy was closed on a non-holiday monday. Would be 4 or 5 stars if they could have let us know why, at the time we were there.

Your cashier is rude and impatient when I checked. I walked back into the store to talk with my husband and she said what is your problem now..really 1st time I have had bad customer service since the store opened

Worst service ever. Pharmacy techs are so rude. Called about a prescription was told by 3 different associates not there my doctors office called and was told it was there called back again told no one had spoken to doctors office. Very rude will definitely drive somewhere else to get my medication then to deal with them again

When my pharmacy closed I had to find a pharmacy... I picked one close to home and one that I appreciate is open 24 hours... So I Went. I was pleasantly surprised to find the helpful staff and the prices were as good if not better than my last pharmacy (that closed). Very Happy. Its 2215 right now and I am going to pick up my meds. YEP, Very Happy.

Great staff as far as I could tell. Cashier was a riot. Shelves already had Easter baskets out. Everything was well stocked

Not sure what happened to the genuine pharmacist that worked at this location but its really unfortunate that they have new RUDE staff! Pharmacist that hang up and talk down to you and are very unprofessional! I will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere.

Used to be my main pharmacy, but recently they stopped offering a 24 hour pharmacy which is terribly inconvenient for us 3rd shifters. Gotta drive a half hour north to get my prescription during the part of the day when Im actually awake now.

Sad they stopped being 24/hr. I’ve only had one small issue at this pharmacy over the last three years and it was resolved relatively painlessly. This place gets very busy sometimes so I kinda feel bad for the techs.

The Store manager at this location really helped me locate a product that was on sale and had run out at there location, she help me locate it at several other Walgreen locations, even called them and had them hold it under my name. Thanks you Denise for providing awesome customer service.

This Walgreens has the worst pharmacy ever. No matter what time I go, I seem to wait an average of 15 minutes to pick up a prescription. Currently as I type this I have been sitting at the window for 20 minutes without someone speaking to me yet. This is after in took 15 to get to the window. I absolutely hate this location. Hire more staff if you cant keep up with customers! I would give it negative stars if possible.

Always fast and helpful with prescriptions and general merchandise. It is a huge plus that this location is open 24/7 as well.

They often charge way more for prescription than independent pharmacies and use the cheapest generics they can get even if they are not egual to the top brands. They sub and switch brands continually and they just opted out of several medicare prescription plan for 2018

Im taking my business to Rite Aid after patronizing this Walgreens for over four years (Ive been giving them consistent business at other locations for 13 years though). Kaitlyn Clark has been racially profiling my husband for months. She is a very petty customer service representative to get into power struggles with regular customers. She humilated and embarrasses me with pure arrogrance yesterday. Until 2/12/18, I would spend $100 a month at this store for hair and beauty supplies, prescriptions, gifts, cards, candy, snacks and simple stuff to avoid a trip to the grocery store. I easily get 5000 balance reward points every month. I even have the Walgreens app connected to my fitbit account. Kaitlyns behavior was unacceptable. Sarah and Selena followed suit with the dismissive behavior. Ashtons response was a little better but still unsatisfactory.

I havent had a problem with this pharmacy until today! The Customer Service is HORRIBLE! The pharmacy Tech or Pharmacists I spoke with today was very rude and snotty with me. The app showed my script being filled as a generic but I specifically said they only pay for brand name. I got a text that it wasnt ready, so I called to inform them it has to be brand name. Im considering taking my business elsewhere!!

To top it off my boyfriend tried calling them to ask about my prescription and 27 minutes later we decided to just switch my stuff to another pharmacy. First time Ive ever been to this location. LAST time Ill be going to this location. Avoid like the plague!

My cashier tonight was simply the best! She knew there were coupons for my cough and cold medicine in the weekly booklet and she scanned them for me.

This is possibly one of the worst pharmacies I have ever been to. Every single time I am sick and need prescriptions the wait is excruciatingly long. On top of that, they do the absolute bare minimum they can for their customers. I had a complicated prescription for a sinus infection- it required vials of medicine and saline solutions. They gave me an incomplete order but neglected to tell me that I didnt have all I needed, so I spent the week giving myself the wrong medicine as I thought I had everything I needed and I wasnt instructed otherwise.Take-away point: you cant rely on this pharmacy for anything. I will most definitely be going elsewhere from here on out.

Went here on February 12, 2019. The store is clean and well-stocked but the staff are nasty and rude.

I have never seen such condescending, rude customer service. It is beyond my comprehension how employees that are there to help people can displays a such distain for their jobs and the customers they serve. Opinion was formulated on 4/9/2017. Will take my future business elsewhere..

This is the worst walgreens pharmacy Ive ever been to. The one on 68th is 100 times better. Seriously go somewhere else if you can.

This Walgreens Pharmacy is by far the worst ever for customer service! Many bad experiences at this one. Rude, slow and incompetent. Not to mention they are always out of common prescriptions!!! Go to 44th Street Walgreens! They will fill prescription within an hour or less and the staff is friendly and helpful!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE AT DRIVE WINDOW AFTER 9:00PM!Had to make a late stop here and I normally dont frequent this location as theres ONLY one Walgreens I go to, and now I know why that is!(Meaning.. Why I only go to the one location).The younger girl was beyond rude and super unintelligent!I took my prescription back and left waiting into a few days later as I will never give my business to them!
