Disappointed. I really wanted to like this brand. The sales rep did a decent job selling the company and promoting the quality of their product. I purchased the 12’ Utility Dock for my kids (two boys 11 & 13) for around $750. Our first time using it, we connected the utility dock to our neighbors, who also had another 12’ UD. We used the attached rope. During the first 30 minutes of use the D-ring the rope was attached to ripped off. I figured it was just a fluke thing, they did not seem to be abusing the product. During the next hour of playing a second d-ring ripped off. I had high expectations that this would be taken care of. Not the case. It took me a week of emails and multiple calls to even get a response from the company. When I finally got ahold of somebody, they did not seem to care at all about this frustrating situation. I was told that I could deflate the doc and mail it in for repair. I would have to pay for the shipping. This is a heavy product and I’m not willing to pay for this thing to be shipped to MN. Super disappointed. Don’t waste your time and money buying this product. There are many other products out there for a much lower cost and much better customer service.

I got my brother in law sunglasses from Paddle North. With how busy shipping was this year I didn’t receive the sunglasses which I ordered about 30 days prior to Christmas. The shipping part in my opinion is not up to Paddle North but was just a thing with how busy and overwhelmed shipping business were. On Christmas my brother in law contacted the company which he spoke very highly of. He received an E-Mail back within 30 minutes on Christmas night from Paddle North apologizing and notified him that they will look into it. They shipped the sunglasses again the next day. They also refunded me back $30 for the inconvenience. I wasn’t looking for any sort of refund and was 100% satisfied with how quickly their response was. I could not have been more satisfied with Paddle North, an absoluteamazing company with fantastic customer service!

I worked with Isaac in April to purchase the Loon board. Not only do I love my board, but the customer service is fantastic. He truly went above and beyone. Im brand new to Paddle Boarding, but the loon is a very stable, fun all-around board! Not only would I recommend it (and have to several friends), but I would love to get a second board in the future!

Issac was friendly and knowledgeable... looking forward to using our new utility dock next year.

I’ve been looking for a nice stable lake cruiser for my family and guests when I came across a Facebook marketplace ad by Isaac Mogck for Paddle North. We met at the holland location, Isaac was easy going, knowledgeable and accommodating. I chose the 12’ solid board and was on my way quickly. I tried the board out when I got home and I love it! Very stable ride for a bigger guy (6’2 200lbs) and was just a nice comfortable ride, just like I was looking for. The board is beautiful as well. I’ll definitely be back for another board or maybe an inflatable raft.

Seems to be a local store. Fun store but not much to look at or buy.
