They have really nice lumber products, but theyre not very good at ringing things up. Some guy called and ordered three pieces of pine 1 by 6 by 8 foot for his client. She ended up getting one by 8 by 8 foot, which was way too big for the job. So the guy return the one by eight and got a refund and bought one by sixes. But they charged in the same price as the one by Eights. After realizing the error he went back in to get a second refund and get charged the proper price for the one by sixes. He was flummoxed and exasperated, in Keokuk Iowa.

If never really been there . Yesterday was my first time in there in a long time and it was honestly great and being so that I have the app and a rewards card I got 20 bucks off and it 3judt overall fantastic

This store is one of my favorite places to shop in Keokuk. The woman at the front was helpful and found her husband to assist me with buying a paint sample. She used her interior design experience to coordinate my small project with the perfect color of paint. I love this store because everyone is friendly and helpful.

Needed light bulb for my oven. They had one.can now see food cooking in oven.

A little disappointed with the pricing on their LP tanks. Twice the price of Walmart. But Walmart was sold out. Id time of year to be sold out I thought. As far as customer service goes, never had a problem. Employees always seem happy to help.

Ace carries quick connect washers! They are the only place I have ever seen them. I am very pleased!

Ace is usually the place... I was very disappointed this visit to find there was absolutely nobody who was able to help me with a DIY plumbing project. I got ample appologies but i will still have to travel a hours drive time and leave the project for later. Which isnt handy at all.

Every time I stop at this store everyone is super friendly and helpful! They never point or tell you where to find an item they show you where the item is located. Highly recommended!

Do not go in on a Sunday for lumber! Keokuk Iowa store, no help in morning or afternoon, so eone was in there but offered 0 help, ask for price said he thinks its 12.99 and went off to do something else! Thought it would be nice to have lumber store on Sunday, but for as long as it took, Might as well went to Lowes

The service really wasnt worth a dam. the gentleman that came up to help us knew nothing about what he was doing had no clue what we were wanting or looking for which was really quite simple and so he just flat out told us I dont know what you want sorry and walked away then after we found what we were looking for and started to another part of the store he screamed at a customer leave me alone lady I just about class cant you see that now thats not customer service and the gentleman shouldnt even have a job there so good luck Neimans

Great place to shop. Save me from going out of town, to get what I needed. Employee went above and beyond, to help me get what I needed to fix my front door latch/ lock.

The service was very rude to me. I went for a 5gal bucket of drywall mud and the date on the buckets were 7 to 8 months old. I have had a problem with old dated stuff there before. So i asked a guy if they had any other that migh be never. He made a bug deal out of it but showed me the pallet of drywall mud. They were less than a month old. They were trying to push old stuff off on customers...... Like it was costing them. Customer service it #1 in sales....

I went to Quincy ace and was not impressed with their customer service, so decided to go to keokuks beings I was in town, I will continue to go to this Ace over Quincy! I had a HUGE paint order and Nina was amazing with helpin me pick out great colors, and very patient......also helped me load them in the rain!! Thank you Nina at Keokuk Ace! Because of your great customer service I will be back!!

Ace in Keokuk will not accept an unopened return without a receipt unless you have a rewards card.So if you get a gift from someone and its wrong or whatever the case may be you better ask them if you can get their receipt or you will have a gift you cant use.Needless to say I wont be spending my money there anymore because if its the wrong thing and I lose my reciept,Im out the money.Like I am right now.
