My daughter had an ear infection so I took her to the doctor early in the morning and they sent over an Rx for antibiotic ear drops. Well I kept checking on the Rx throughout the day and it wasn’t ready until 5 pm. So I go to finally pick it up and it’s almost $400!!! They never once mentioned this to me so I could call the pediatrician back and get it changed or anything before the office closes for the weekend. Even worse, Rite Aid told me there isn’t a generic available and that’s why it’s so expensive and there’s nothing they can do. So the next time she had an ear infection I took the Rx to CVS and they told me there ***was*** a generic and it was $80 instead of $400!!! I will never use them again after they swindled me out of almost $300 bucks! They were just lazy and could have referred me elsewhere if they just didn’t currently have the generic in stock. Also should have warned me of the cost.

I love our Rite Aid Pharmacy. The staff have always been helpful and understanding (if sometimes a little cold, but who doesn’t get stressed once in a while). I understand how busy the pharmacy can get. I would like to offer some advice, however.First, if you’re going to update the drive thru signs, make sure your staff knows and are prepared and expectations to staff and customers are clear. Second, as the reasoning for not picking up in Lane 2 was that prescriptions don’t always fit in the canister of the vacuum delivery system, here are some suggestions: send the canister more than once; post a sign for those picking up 1 prescription and/or those who have prepaid via your app; and last, save paper, time and space in the canister by emailing the medication information sheets or texting a link to the information online.Last, I appreciate the hard work and dedication of your staff and hope something can be found to ease their stress.

Great customer service

Love the pharmacy! The pharmacists are knowledgeable, friendly and patient to instruct their customers. Even though Walmart is now in town and may offer cheaper prices, I still like Rite-Aid because they feel like part of our community and they are trustworthy. I wouldnt trust any pharmacy other than Rite-Aid.

Whenever I need something quick this is the place that I go to. They always have their store stocked fully and the people working here are super sweet! I see the same people all of the time and its nice to see a nice familiar face when Im out and about. I also get my prescriptions here and never have issues with that or having to wait at all!

Personnel in the pharmacy are really rude sometimes both on the phone and in person.

Close to my ClinicAlso,they refill debit cards here.Clean,helpful staff.

The pharmacy girls are knowledgeable and quick to catch errors when encountered. Kudos to the Kerman team.

Lately they take a long time for medicine and say that at a certain time and they do not have it.
