The young lady at the counter was more than willing to find my auto part, to order, and have it the next day. She was friendly kind and willing to be of assistance and whatever way possible. Strongly recommend this store in kernersville.

Kernersville somehow keeps all the NAPA rock stars. Cody is one of the best in the business. Nobody comes into a parts store because theyre having a great day, but thanks to this NAPA team they get a head start on one.

Was told my part would be in yesterday at 1:30, told them I would pick up the next day. The part wasnt there, hadnt been put on the truck in Greensboro, they couldnt have acted like they cared less. This is the same story I get when I try to do business with them. Save your time, go elsewhere, you are the customer, deserve better than this.

I was totally disgusted with staff here. Had to repeat myself several times on what I needed. While having one problem fixed I dealt with another person who must have been new. I asked for a door jam stricker, this person ended up on the internet and showered me a picture of a door stop at Home Depot. Now however that going to work on my truck? Duh!!!

I found a part here, in stock, that I couldnt find anywhere else. They have access to lots of hard to find parts. The sales people here will go out of their way to make sure your taken care of. Pricing on parts and other goods here are comparable to any other auto parts store around.
