I work night shift & as I was leaving work at 7am, I noticed a screw in my tire that I had run over. After a quick google for an open tire repair place, I called Beroth to see if they could help me out. They open super early & said to come on by, so I went straight there. They were able to get me in & out of the shop in under an hour, which I was grateful for after working all night! The guy up front was super personable & professional, not just with me but with all the other customers in the lobby & on the phone as well. The guys working on my car in the back were quick & efficient. As a short person, I appreciated the fact that they returned my car to me with the driver’s seat still in its place rather that slid all the way back for a taller person. I also appreciated the fact that they gave honest recommendations but I never felt pressured to do any services that I couldn’t afford (we all know how some car shops can be about that kinda thing). Not to mention, they did a great job with patching my tire! Overall, I was super pleased with Beroth’s customer service & service to my car. Thanks, guys!! Will definitely recommend & return!!

Beroth is a great place to have your car serviced. They are ver y professional, always do great work, and will let you know if there is work that needs to be done or doesn’t need to be done. They are very honest and always keep the customer first. I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else.

I went in on a Saturday morning to get tires and alignment for my malibu and got quality service and the service manager was very professional. Left with a new set of Toyo tires and my Malibu drives and rides better than when I first drove it off the lot at the dealership.I will definitely return when my other vehicle needs tires or an alignment.

Well I used to think this was an upstanding place but I guess I was wrong as usual I am a single woman who has been taken advantage of Again by another mechanic I paid over $600 to have brake jobs done on the front and rear of my car last year I have not put 3000 miles on the car since it was done and my rotors are shot they never got turned to begin with apparently but they charged me for it twice so theyre not as upstanding as people think they are thanks a lot BEROTH! Im looking at another $652 after only three thousand miles of traveling to replace the rotors completely now and replace the pads again so if youre a single woman I definitely do not repeat do not recommend this place

Great shop, very fast, so helpful, and no BS!After I got a flat tire 2 hours into a 13 hour drive, got my spare on, and found the closest shop. They assessed all 4 of my tires and found a nail in another one. I ended up with two new tires on and was able to get back on the road in less than an hour, after just walking in! I have been doing business with Beroth Tire and Automotive for a number of years. Currently where I live, it is a 40-45 minute drive to their location. There a quite a number of similar Tire and Automotive stores between here and there, but, due to their knowledge and expert service, I will not go anywhere else.

Even though they were very busy, they were able to work me in and mount a tire for me in a little over an hour. Fast work at a good price.

Been a customer for years with many autos. Todd, Corey, Keith will suggest fixing something if needed as noted during routine oil changes. But, if there is nothing to talk about this is not an environment where the Customer Service Agents try to sell you on maintenance that is not needed. Very good price on tires...get mine all here. No need to shop around and waste time. Please know, if they see something that could be a problem coming up soon, they will tell you about that too. Good honest people I trust and rely on for my familys auto maintenance needs.

Tires are great, service was great. Michelins rebate scheme was not great. I sent all of the info, including scanned images of the receipt to the web site as instructed. Months later, I received an email asking for all of the info again. This sounds like an obstacle to paying, and is intentional so as to limit promised payments. I sent images of the American Express receipt, again.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Took my truck in and had tires balanced and rotated. Didn’t make it home and I hear a rattle. Stop and find they cross threaded the bolts for two of the enter caps which broke the center caps. I had to fix the threads in the wheels btw. I call and they say they can order replacements just bring it by. No apology though. They order them and say they will call when they come in. No call so I call and they say they are in. I go get them and when I show up they ask if anyone called to let me know the new ones are different? Nope. Originals are discontinued even though only 2017 wheels. That’s not their fault of course. To me if they were goin g to be different they should have ordered four so they would match. I said the mismatch wasn’t going to work and was told they replaced what they broke so put the two on the same side and no one can tell. I can tell! It’s not the way my truck came in and you broke it! The counter people’s attitude was never apologetic once.

No one beats their prices. I changed the kind of power I wanted three times in three hours and they didnt charge us extra and they sent the other two tires back for no charge. Ask for Todd

The customer service here is simply horrible. I am black male that is well established in my profession and I greet and speak to all people with respect. I walked into the door and was address by a gentleman, I believe his name is Todd and his demeanor was a bit nonchalant and careless. I told the gentleman what I needed and he advised me thirty mins and my car would be back. So I expressed I was in a rush as most people are but I understood its by appointment and at times first come first serve so I understood the wait time. However, after fifty plus mins had passed and I was addressed any further or given any update as in to why my car was still sitting in the same spot it was when I parked it. I then waited longer and the time surpassed one hour and I went to the desk and ask the same gentleman that took my initially work order and asked for my keys back so I could leave. He carelessly turned around and grabbed my keys and gave them back. Then he followed with saying when we have more time and you want to get it done come back. I understand you guys have been in business for years and you have a great clientele, people basically love you guys and i respect that. However, in this case because my repair didnt net you guys enough money I was overlooked. Every company that rises to the top starts with 1 and every company that falls starts with 1. Value customers time better from the big invoices to the small invoices.

Went in for an oil change and two tires. In and out before I got bored, excellent customer service, and didnt break the bank. I will be back!

My 2nd visit here. Both times I dealt with Cory. 1st visit was for them to put tires on my truck that I purchased off Amazon and to get an alignment. Tires went on with no problems (excellent price to install my own tires). When it came time for the alignment, they pointed out and actually showed me issues I had with my upper and lower control arms. He told me that he was not going to take my money for an alignment, when the alignment wouldn’t be right until the repairs were done. They told me exactly what needed to be fixed. They said I could either get it repaired there, another shop, or even myself. There was no pressure or coercion to have it repaired immediately there. The estimate they gave me was a good and fair price, and the labor cost wasn’t a bank breaker. However, my buddy is a mechanic, so we decided to do the job ourselves. Once it was done, came back a week later for the alignment. Cory was able to squeeze me in (it was lunch time, sorry guys).This service center offers top notch service, professionalism, and friendliness. I will NOT take my vehicles to any other “tire shop”. Both my visits are rated 5 STARS! Thank you guys so much. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity of the front counter and the mechanic that looked at my truck (I forgot the mechanic’s name, sorry). I will DEFINITELY use Beroth Tire again.(2005 Ford F-150 XLT 4x4 5.4L with lift/leveling kit)

I have done business with Beroth Tires in Kernersville for 30+ years. Many mechanic shops patronize women or try to take advantage of them. Beroths has always been polite, fair and thorough when explaining repairs to me. When I take my vehicle in for an inspection or oil change I am usually in and out in less than 30 minutes. If there is a more involved repair I have my car back in 24 hours or less. I definitely recommend Broth Tires for any repairs or service!!!

I called at 8:00 in the morning and inquired about 4 new tires, they had them in stock and said it would take an hour and half to install them. I dropped off my car, they called me when it was ready, and all is good. If you are pressed for time, call in advance and make arrangements with an establishment to get the service you desire. Recently went here and was not impressed at all. The alignment tech acted like he hated his job and he was doing me a favor. The guy at the front couldn’t stay off his phone in between “customers.” The guy who rang me up kept calling me boss and chief. No big deal I gues and par for the course. Hard to find a professional place these days. They did a decent job, but geez take some pride in your work. I’ll go elsewhere next time.

This place is sooooo sad 😭. Told them I would have to go to bank to get a loan and they upped the estimate by $1500. I then took the estimate to another well known mechanic (hoping to get it a bit cheaper) and found out it was something totally different and cheaper!
