Been wanting a new muffler and a new exhaust tip for awhile now, i was going through muffler and exhaust places and i found this one pretty close and had some good words about it so i went. The man who did the muffler work was excellent, he did everything i wanted in just about 45 minutes, he cut off my muffler and put a flow master and a new exhaust pipe and it sounds amazing. On top of that, the girl at the reception desk was very nice and had a nice conversation with me. Overall great business, and great prices! I’ll be telling my friends about this !

I was passing thru this town and something on the highway broke my tailpipe away from my muffler. I called this shop based on a recommendation from the autozone worker. I asked if they do EMERGENCY welding and explained that I was merely passing through the town. They said sure, but told me they too busy and would have no time to do it for a few days. Doesnt sound like an emergency service ice too me. Anyhow I decided to continue my 10hr trip with the broken pipe and had to drive passed this shop on the way to the interstate only to find that there were no vehicles in any of the service bays.

Honesty, that is the word that comes to mind when dealing with everyone at the Kernersville location. They stood behind their warranty, and repaired my vehicle.

First off, the shop isn’t much to look at but don’t let that stop you from going in. It is clean and organized which for me is telling. If a shop is a mess then i assume their work is sloppy too. Very professional and knowledgeable, they saved me a ton of money as opposed to the dealership. I needed a catalytic converter and the dealer wanted $2000 to do it! Crazy. I dropped my car off and they had it done so fast I thought they calling me about a problem. Nope, the car was done! Friendly folks, would definitely recommend

I have to say my first experience with this shop was great! My exhaust was making an extremely bad squeaking noise and I went to have it looked at, the man quickly looked at the exhaust, told me the problem and re-routed my exhaust pipe in 10 minutes, and did it for a very low price of $30. He was quick to answer questions about a new kit for my car. Highly recommend this shop!

This was the first time I visited this shop and they were very helpful and eager to fix the converter on my sons car. A family owned business with true down to earth values. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing exhaust or automotive work done in the KERNERSVILLE, area. Everyone was very professional and did an excellent job.4/18/21 Our second visit we had the exhaust on my sons C-63 AMG Mercedes Benz worked on, and Justin took his time explaining our options and did a great job customizing the exhaust. The knowledge and detail these people show is supremely above anyone else we have visited in the past.

The name says exhaust, but theyve worked on everything from my fuel lines, to my heater, and a few others things and have always done a great job at a great price. At this point Id trust them with anything I need done. I definitely cant say that about a few other local places.

Man them guys are great. They know their craft. Very reasonable prices I was treated with respect and my Truck sounds amazing! Any exhaust issues or concerns go to perfection in Kernersville State inspection they have you covered. Vehicle issues they have you covered. Absolutely will be my go to for exhaust.

The people were friendly enough and my car is fixed. They charged me nearly $400 more than what was initially discussed on the phone. Ive learned my lesson here. Always get a price quote on paper. They ended up being just as much as the dealer. Not cool.

I really appreciate everything these guys have done for me. I was told my catalytic converter went out. They checked it out before replacing it. Turns out, it wasnt really the problem and they they let me know asap. They worked hard to figure out the real issue for me. Unfortunately, they dont do this specific repair, but I wish they did. Very trust worthy, honest people here. I trust no one with me car, but Id bring it back to them in a heartbeat if/when I need to. Thank you guys for you hard work and honesty! It is very much appreciated!

Came in and had a new muffler installed in less than 45 min with a custom welded pipe. Price was very very fair. Work looked great. So happy I wish I had more exhaust needs on my cars just to send to them

Service was quick and staff was very friendly and helpful.On a second visit that was supposed to take a few hours, took 2 days. This left me stranded at work with no prearranged transportation. Shop was told up front I would need to be dropped off and picked up from work. Only response I got from shop was Im sorry . Work that was done was also very expensive.

Quality of the work looked great. Told the guy what I wanted, he said no problem. He said it would take a couple hours and hed call me when it was done. Dropped it off at 8 by 12 I still havent heard anything. Went there on my lunch and my truck was sitting outside. They didnt turn the exhaust out where I told them I wanted and refused to fix it. Also charged $40 more than what they told me to begin with. Poor customer service

Very disappointed with this place, I took off work to make an appointment on time, I arrive and they tell me they are to busy and to come back days later. What was the point of my first appointment then?? They dont care about your time, they only have 1 good welder, dont waste your time with this place. They lost my business and I was a customer of 5 years +

Wanted xpipe to add minor sound, guy was cool said its not a smart move and a waste, I took him on his advice and still looking. Would suggest this stop though for installs and deletes and mufflers.

They fixed my truck when Vann York was too stupid to figure it out. They fixed it in s couple of hours versus Vann York taking 4 months & still couldnt figure it out. Highly recommending Perfection Exhaust!!
