Just picked up my Silverado from Tim Hubbard - needed to have front bearings replaced. Tim did his usual outstanding job, making a special effort to get the truck ready quickly. But not at a sacrifice in quality of work! Tim has been working on our vehicles for more than 20 years, and we wouldnt let anyone else (even dealerships) touch them. He only does work that is needed, he uses high quality parts, and he treats our vehicles as if they were his own. It is wonderful to have so much confidence and trust in a repair shop!

Tim is honest and was so good to our daughter while she tried to make her car last just a bit longer while she was in school. I highly recommend him!

Arthur,We offer a comprehensive warranty on all of our rebuilds. Our warranty is there to provide peace of mind that your transmission was rebuilt with quality and is ready for everyday use. Just as dealerships have a warranty limiting the miles/months, most transmission shops do the same. When we rebuild transmissions we install new parts, and sometimes new parts can fail just like original parts do, which is something out of the realm of our control. The warranty is there to ensure that your transmission gets back up to a running state, providing you with the transportation that you need. If in fact the transmission would have failed under our provided warranty mileage or time we would have been happy to fix the issue, despite it being a part failure out of our control. I understand that it is a difficult situation and I apologize for the inconvenience. In the extremely rare situations such as this one we try and help solve the problem in the most reasonable way possible offering solutions to help the customer out.-Tim

The owner came right out stopped what he was doing and helped. Very friendly

After 30,000 miles, the torque convertor let go on a rebuilt transmission. Since it was out of warranty, Hubbard wouldnt do anything except offer to sell me another one at full price. Since I only got a third of the miles I would have expected, I declined and took my business elsewhere. If this is the kind of customer service Hubbard provides, I can do better.
