The Magnolia Bride has surpassed my every expectation and dream when it came to picking out a wedding dress. The ladies at the shop are not only patient, understanding, supportive and your biggest hype team, but also caring and compassionate about your big day. I tried on wedding dresses and three other shops and this was by far the best experience. Not only did they have amazing customer service during picking out and buying the dress, but after I walked out the doors and had questions afterwards. Picking a dress here wasn’t a transaction, it was an experience that they genuinely want to be a part of and want to see you absolutely happy on your big day. While I was planning my wedding, I had my eye on one very particular dress. The Magnolia Bride was one of only a few shops in North Carolina that carried the designer, and Nicole was kind enough to borrow this particular gown from the designer for me so I could try it on. It didnt end up being the dress I chose, but Nicole helped me find exactly what I wanted in my wedding dress. Her shop is beautiful, fun, and intimate. I had the best time choosing my dress with my mom, sister, and best friend. She made us all feel comfortable and not pressured at all. They took care of my alterations as well and my dress was beautiful, fit perfectly, and made me feel stunning the day of.

The magnolia bride was nothing short of amazing. My wedding was in April 2019. I never felt pressured to buy a dress. I remember Nicole, the shop owner, telling me you may not have that say yes to the dress moment. Your moment may be on a Tuesday morning while eating your cereal. Ultimately I decided on the most wonderful timeless dress. I couldnt have been more pleased. I also think there should be a mention of her seamstress. Nicole and the seamstress along with myself were all on the same page throughout the entire process while alterations. If I could give 10 stars I would. After all, this is a once in a lifetime experience for many. Im so thankful to the magnolia bride for all the time and thought that was put into giving me the perfect wedding dress.

I’m the maid of honor in my friend’s wedding this year, and I also manage a wedding venue. When she was ready to look for dresses, I immediately recommended Magnolia Bride! With my job, I see all kinds of wedding dresses and always ask where they’re from; most of my favorites have been from Magnolia Bride. I’ve seen the dresses at bridal shows and hit it off with Nicole outside of the customer experience so many times, but today I saw the two Nicoles work their magic from a customer’s point of view.We went to two bridal shops today, and although I was totally blown away by the bridal experience at Magnolia, I didn’t fully appreciate it until we went to the next store!They’re not just selling you a dress! They’re selling you an experience, confidence, and love for yourself! These women make you feel just as truly beautiful as you are.These ladies at Magnolia are so cool, calm, relaxed, and give you a truly invested yet low pressure experience. They made my friend feel so comfortable and welcome, and really listened to what she needed and wanted. On top of that, she didn’t try on one single “meh” dress! Every single dress in that store is just so stunning and unique.I think that must be how they’re so relaxed; they must know you’re not going to top anything they have in store, no matter where you look. Confidence is easy to have when your service and product is top notch.We are going to a couple more appointments before making the final decision but she’s so in love with the dress she found at Magnolia, as well as the service, that I had to leave a review. I have already loved this shop for a long time and recommended them, but I can recommend Magnolia even more now that I’ve seen how they really are more than salespeople. Highly recommend!I had already purchased my dress from another shop and was searching for a veil and belt. I was able to bring my dress with me to try on with all of the accessories, which a lot of places dont let you do. I had the whole place to myself during the appointment, so there werent any distractions going on around me. She had a variety of veils I was able to try on and she ultimately helped me come up with the design I wanted and contacted the designer to order it for me. I also purchased a petticoat. I tried on a lot of belts, but didnt decide on one that day, but I plan to go back soon to look at the newer styles. There is a huge selection of jewelry and hair accessories. Nicole was so personable, patient, and helpful. I am very grateful for all of her help! She has continued to keep me informed on the order status of my veil since purchasing. Cannot recommend this bridal shop enough!

I tried to buy a headpiece for a dress I already had, stood at the door and called, to be told to jump over to the website to book a private appointment. Ended up at the competitors down the street and got exactly what I wanted by people who actually answer their phones..if private appointments are all you are interested in, you are missing out on a lot of business opportunities

I love Magnolia Bride! The place is so cute and you feel like a princess just walking in the door. I couldnt stop staring at the ceiling! But no one was there for the ceiling.... But for the DRESSES! Amazing selection and options. And the customer service is top notch. My bff found HER dress only 3 dresses in! I highly recommend smaller, locally owned dress shops like this over larger ones. They want to help you find THE dress, not just sell you A dress.

Nicoles seamstress, Tiffany, is bending over backwards (probably literally) to get my dress altered in time for the wedding. It is incredible. I dont think youll find a better bridal boutique experience anywhere. Nicole is an absolute angel and so knowledgable and kind. She made me feel like a million bucks--not through fake compliments like some places--but by really listening to me, taking a genuine interest in my wedding and asking questions about my fiancé, and selecting gorgeous dresses for me to try on. She even pinned a top I brought with me and found a skirt to go with it to help me understand what it could look like if I had it altered. Her shop is beautiful and all of the dresses are stunning. I really cant say enough about The Magnolia Bride. I had so much anxiety for wedding dress shopping, as Im plus size and very picky.
