The cashier working at 6:10pm on Oct. 6 2021 needs some serious work on his customer service etiquette. I tried to pay for a drink. He then wanted me to walk back across the store and verify the price for him. There were no other customers in line. Kind of weird but ok, fine. I played along. But then he actually started giving me attitude when I didn’t see a price listed. I don’t work at Speedway and it’s not my job to keep up with your prices. Do better.

Nice store but dont have any ice cream that my grandkids wanted.

This location had a handwritten son stating it it was closed it was about 5:09 512 not acceptable and wont be coming back and have been coming here for years theres no excuse for this

This business has not been taking virus precautions seriously. Not even the mandated ones. I have seen employees working on multiple visits with no mask on.About a third or more of the people coming in to the store ( for whatever god awful reason or lack of logic ) don’t bother wearing a mask. They employees say nothing and do nothing. It’s like it’s not even in place.They can do better for the community - whether the community likes to believe in it or not. It’s a responsibility and mandate. Follow it.

3-18-21I didnt go inside but I paid at the pump. My pump was right beside the entrance and I could see the attendant/cashier through the glass. He was singing to some funky beat and head bobbing. He wasnt wearing a mask. Not a COVID-19 germ freak but this is no bueno and a state mandate. Apparently not at the Speedway on Main Street in Kernersville.Gas prices were comparable to surrounding stations.

Horrible customer service. There was a queue of at least 10 customers and the manager and who the employee claimed was their big manager, stood around watching instead of assisting customers. This place has gone down hill in regards to customer service in the last 6 months.

Rude employee....had to service the hot chocolate/ dunkacino machine myself because it was empty... she got mad and rude because I asked for a extra large coffee cup and she tried to give me a plastic cup for the coffee and burn my hands.,.. because she was too lazy to get the cups herself... very rude ...he h name was Courtney c...

Literally you go in 1 direction about 3 min away gas is .20$ cheaper and if you go in the opposing direction about 7 min away its .50$ cheaper I use to be speedway over any other gas station but them taking advantage of there customers during a time where money is tight such as this has made it where this will be my final time ever coming here and wouldnt have come here this time if I had known when passing the other gas stations and felt confident I could make it to the other gas stations2 weeks have passed sense I wrote the original and they are still ripping off the unaware during this pandemic raises the question does the owner or corporation not have a heart or a sense of awareness that these are hard times and money is sparse and to take advantage of people is to put it mildly messed up

Very rude employee second shift is rude EVERYTIME I stop and rude to everyone. Re-examine your hiring practices this person has no business attempting to serve the public!!!

I had a very rude employee as well however a different employee checked me out and she was very nice. The other one was rude and not helpful. She shouldnt be working there.

Sarah is the sweetest. Shes really pulling that store together.

Normally, Id rate these places fairly, but after a recent incident with a rude employee, I can no longer recommend this gas station.
