Wonderful experience at Ellington Jewelers! Bruce greeted us as soon as we walked through the doors and helped my fiancé and I both pick out our wedding bands. He was very knowledgeable and educated us on the different metals, styles and options. Bruce was very patient as we looked through the different styles and tried on before making a choice. He did have to order my wedding band and put a rush on it for us to meet our wedding date timing. Overall very kind and helpful and we were very appreciative of his assistance today making the whole process stress free and easy! Thank you SO MUCH Bruce for a wonderful experience!

I brought my engagement ring to Ellington Jewelers be repaired as the main center diamond was loose in its setting. The owner noticed that several other small diamonds on the halo & band were damaged and/or loose. They repaired my ring beautifully, and when I picked it up, it was as shiny as it was the day it was given to me! Such wonderful work, a fair price and kind service. I will absolutely be going back to Ellington for all my future jewelry needs.

Fantastic experience.I inquired about a watch on their site and got a response on the same day, a day they were closed. Appreciate the timely response. They did confirm they had a watch in stock I was hoping to purchase. They even held it for me until I could get to the store. The price was cheaper here than on the Citizen website. And heres to supporting local folks anyway!My watch was waiting for me when I arrived days later and they did in fact hold it for me. They will size for you and get it to the right fit and they do this very quickly.Good price. Good service. Honest and friendly folks. Will return for my jewelry and watch needs in the future.

Excellent customer service. Kind and honest people. I originally took my ring to Ellington’s because I thought I’d damaged the surface of my sapphire and had been told by another jeweler that it was going to have to be replaced. I took it to Ellington’s just to have them unset the stone to prepare for the replacement sapphire. The owner at Ellington’s offered to clean it himself before removing it just to see what was going on. Lo and behold, when he was finished, the stone looked brand new! I couldn’t believe it. He saved me a ton of money and hassle by not having to replace the stone. Really great people!

Bruce and his wife made the ring purchase the least stressful of the entire engagement process. They have truly gained a lifelong customer.

Amazing place, he has done my repairs before and you cannot tell they have been sized. I dropped off 5 rings to have sized up again you cannot tell any of them has been touched and now they all fit. Amazing wonderful work and prices. The shop is locally owned and they are wonderful people to deal with. All their jewelry is beautiful.

Been going here for 3 years because there has been nothing too complicated Ive asked to have fixed that hasnt been done perfectly! I had no idea where to take my precious jewelry and have never been disappointed. Priced very acceptably and fixed promptly. Beautiful assortment of jewelry, gorgeous diamonds and settings. My mom and I stopped in this store to do some Christmas shopping and put several items on lay a way. The young man we dealt with was kind and helpful. When we returned to pick up our items the same young man helped us again, he very pleasant. My mom who had just spent a little over $300 asked the young man if we could have an additional jewelry box. He went to the back of the store to ask the owner if it would be ok, she did not look very happy about that question. He returned and told us that it would be fine but the cost of a box that maybe cost a quarter or less would be $5.00. My mother is 81 years old and walks with a cane and only asked because it is hard for her to get around and do alot of shopping. She was willing to give something for the small box but $5.00 REALLY! I believe Ellington Jewelers is a fine southern jewelry store, they just dont take kindly to their Northern customers.Loved the items we got but probably wont shop there again. I give two stars for the young man who works there he was very professional and kind.

Ive visited Ellington Jewelers twice in the last two years, and both times have been a great experience. The first was to adjust my engagement band, which had a hammered texture that they were able to resize seamlessly, and the second time was to repair a broken necklace pendant; I couldnt have been happier with the results. I was quoted a week on the repair and it was completed within a few days. I live in Winston and will make the drive out to Kernersville because theyre such great folks to work with.
