One year of use, company doesn’t stand behind their products. Corrosion so severe it ruined a new 100 foot hose. Don’t waste you money. Piece of trash, throw away product, useless warranty. Terrible company. Refuses to replace or refund.

My garden hose reel came without an axle. Your customer service number was conveniently printed right on the front of the instruction book. I called the number and you returned my call later that day. The CS rep gave me simple instructions and after I sent the necessary information, I received an immediate response. Purchased model 710 garden hose reel about 7 months ago. So far so good; really like the swivel feature.

Horrible customer service and quality control. Their hose reel rusted in 2 weeks and their answer was tough... They do not stand behind their products. They actually has the nerve to tell me to spray paint it since their paint failed after only 2 weeks. I will never deal with this company again.

Bought the 4 wheel garden cart. It has started to rust in several places after less than two months. Poor quality product that was $120, just as poor customer service.
