This place is so awesome! Made an appointment for a tire rotation, took me as soon as I arrived and were done in 15 minutes! I also had a trailer tire that needed repair, I had the warranty, they didnt have the exact tire in stock, replaced it with a better tire at no cost. Tire warranty is worth the cost. Crew are professional, polite, and respectful. They have my tire business forever. Also the work area is clean. Other tire companies are filthy..

The employees are always so professional. The parking lot was packed after the holiday weekend and there were people everywhere. The staff was quick and courteous with everyone I saw them interact with. I’ve used them for years and have yet to find a reason to not continue doing so.

Our company has purchased tires from Discount for decades but the Kerrville location has been less than desirable to deal with. Had full set of tires installed on my 2020 Mercedes GLE 350 at approx 25000. Drove off & immediately the tire pressure indicator shows 48PSI in left front & right rear tire & 36PSI in right front & left rear. Returned to get that corrected.They replaced the original valve stems which was unnecessary due to the car being new & they replaced the valve stems & caps with cheap retrofits. Next morning the left front tire was flat due to the valve stem leaking air. Drive from Fredericksburg back to Kerrville & had valve stem replaced.30 days ago I had a new set of tires installed on my 2020 Ford F-150 & ran over a screw so I drove to Kerrville to get the tire fixed & rebalanced because the store in Midland misbalanced the rear tires.Today Oct 29 I went into the Kerrville store to get the tire repaired & it was going to be two hours wait time for the repair. Fantastic customer service! My tire blew out and I got to their location an hour before they opened. I was going to be late for work if I had waited the extra hour but the manager saw me and came out and listened to my story. He then started working on my car right away and when his team arrived they all pitched in and got me back on the road 30 mins before they were even supposed to be open. They even offered to share their breakfast tacos with me. What a wonderful blessing they all are! Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

Outstanding customer service. I was in Hunt, TX this past weekend dropping off a kid at camp. Picked-up a nail in my tire and had to do a roadside tire change. (Its been decades since I had to do this.) Googled Tire Shop and found this Discount Tire in nearby Kerrville. I called the store as it was nearly closing time. They said to come on by and theyd get me taken care of. I did just that. Though the store was hopping, they got me in and safely taken care of. They even stayed after hours to do so. Just great! Best Discount tire Ive gone to. I was in route from TX to CA. Had a weird feeling in my wheels and the checked it out rebalanced my tires and gave detailed reasoning behind the rough drive. They took care of me quicker that the expected wait time.

I love Discount Tire. I buy all my tires from them. This particular one is under-staffed. Yes, one is able to make an appointment, but I had to wait in line 3 times for 20-30 mins. Once when I dropped off the wheels, once to check in for my installation appointment, and one more time to pick up my old wheels. Thats called waiting an hour and a half even with an appointment.The job itself was finished quickly and professionally. The crew is handsome, friendly, and unable to relax. Way too much is expected of them.

My Pop was visiting from 6 hours away and his tire sensor went on. We went to Discount Tire and the guy helping my Pop was very nice and very patient with him. He had him on new tires in about an hours time. Very good.

Very disappointed arrived before 11:30, had a screw in my tire. Got checked in and was told an hour and half, no big deal needed to get things from Wal-Mart so ok, my jeep was to be pulled in by 12;25 and done by 1 but I went and asked at 1 cause my jeep was still sitting where I parked, they came up with excuses and finally by 1:50 my tire was fixed. I only use discount tire, but just might be changing my mind.. was hot and had over 200.00 in stuff from Wal-Mart and waited 2 1/2 hours.

Superstar team and extraordinary customer service. Construction nails had punctured a tire on my Ford Explorer. My wife and I were enjoying exploring the Texas wine country July 2-5th We had to drive 30 miles on a shaky spare. We went online,made calls to several tire stores. You Kerrville Texas store was only welcoming response. All of the other tire places said that we would have to wait until after the holiday to get the particular we needed ordered and delivered. Your staff told us to come on and let them take care of us. Even though we arrived not too far ahead of store closing they took care of our problem with dispatch and hospitality. As we sipped their offered bottle water, perfect for a hot summer afternoon in the Texas hill country, we watched the enthusiasm and dispatch with which they took care of a wide range of customers. Everyone was treated with concern and respect. Watching them work for almost forty minutes we were just amazed at the attention to customer service from every level of staff up to the store manager. There was no attempt to upsell and they even pointed us to a great local family friendly restaurant. Kerrville Discount Tire you are tops.

My husband and I were on our way back to El Paso from a little vacay and unfortunately had a blowout. We were 12 minutes away from this discount location, we called with short notice and the guy over the phone really knew his stuff. We got there and talked to another rep, Jordan, and he was just as helpful as his coworker. These people were all phenomenal. If we lived here we would definitely continue doing services here!

I was just passing through and had a low tire. The store was crowded and busy but the crew was running like a Nascar pit crew and soon cleared and helped all customers. Everyone was professional and polite. This place is a model for how things should be done.

The staff took time to find me the best deal on tires. Were ordered correctly, arrived on time and four new tires were installed in under 30 minutes. I appreciated the staff following the governors mask mandate and social distancing guidelines because I take care of my elderly mother and want to minimize her exposure to Covid.

James Harris was our salesperson, but did so much more.My wife and I blew a tire on I-10 west of Kerrville about 30 miles. We got our spare on the car, and back on the road but we knew we could only go a short distance because the radiator hoses going to the rear heater of our Ford E-350 had broken off due to the blow out. We didnt make it much farther when the van overheated and we had to pull over. Our spare was leaking and went flat too. We were stuck!Between coordinating a tow truck, a taxi for seven people (my family size), and new tires, we were busy on the side of the road. James was our point of contact at the tire shop, but also coordinated with local mechanics to identify someone to repair the radiator hoses. He ended up recommending a local mechanic that inspected my quick fix for free. He got us back out on the road for as little money as possible, with great service, and most of all, a sense of peace that we had a professional in our corner.James, grateful for your service. Highly recommend! I woke up to head out on the next leg of my cross country road trip to these big bulges on my tires. I was just passing through this area of Texas and was nervous about finding a reasonable place to get them replaced, but a friend recommended Discount Tire. I called to explain my situation and Austin was very helpful, assuring me several options were in stock for my car. When I arrived, Austin greeted me in the parking lot with a smile and even remembered my name. He was great at making recommendations based on my vehicle, driving habits, and budget. I feel like he did everything he could to get me a good deal. Even without an appointment, I was in and out in about 45 minutes. They got me in right away. Heres the thing. I wanted Pirelli tires and was willing to come back after they ordered them and had them in stock. The person waiting on me made A REAL HARD push to buy the brand of tires they had in stock. So much so, that I gave in and bought their brand. In happy with the tires, but, I didnt like feeling pressured that I had to get it done today. It felt like they were worried about losing a sale if I didnt get done today, though, that would make no sense I would think, because wouldnt I prepay for the tires? Other than that they were great.

Discount Tire may be a big business but never would expect the small town value feel from EVERYONE who is in the Kerrville, Texas location. Whether checking out your ever changing air pressure or a bigger problem. Their crew is sure to be of service.

Came in early around 8:15am on my spare tire after getting a flat on my way to San Antonio. There were already a few customers there but as soon as I was out of my car, someone greeted me outside and helped right away. He took my information, grabbed my flat tire out of the back and told me to head inside as he would take care of it right away. He pulled my car into the shop and maybe 15 min later I was on my way out with my patched tire and spare back in its place. Great customer service!

Great service but had to wait in line a little while to get car back

I had a great experience going to this location for the first time on 1/2/2020. I came in to see if my flat tire can be patched up. Definitely a little bit of a busier day but that didnt stop them from helping me right away. As im taking my flat out of my trunk, one of the reps spotted me rolling the tire in and was able to catch me and take my tire in for me so that i may go inside and check in for service. Im a big dude myself, so no issues taking it in myself but the gesture and assistance was refreshing and appreciated.Once inside, I was greeted right away and they were able to grab my info for the visit.As I took a seat in the lobby/waiting area, was able to grab a cold water (complimentary) from the cooler, they have a clear window to the car bay, so your car is practically never out of site. As I said before, pretty busy day by the looks of the parking lot and bay, and all the reps were working like machines! You can see everyone doing something separate but at the same time so in sync that they were going through cars like water. About 45 minutes in, I get the green light that my tire was able to be patched up and is working like normal. Asked if they would be able to install the tire while I was here, they said no problem. After everything, i was expecting the bill for the service, the gentleman told me they repair tires for no charge.Ultimately, I was able to get my flat tire fixed and installed within the hour for no charge at all. I would say they nailed their first impression. Will definitely be coming here for any work or replacement on my tires.

I bought tires and rims here about a month ago.I contacted the salesperson and they said he was “on a conference call”. I could see him standing in the bay! I then called the manager the next day and HE said (about the salesperson) that he was indeed “on a conference call” ! Anyway, my tires scrape the inside of my wheel well and THE MANAGER’S solution was to either cut the plastic off my Tahoe or to “let them wear down”. I just can’t believe it. I asked if I could make an appointment to talk to him and he said they didn’t take appointments! I’ve been doing business with Discount Tire for over 20 years and I’ve NEVER had an experience like this. I’ll go to a different Discount Tires ..maybe in Bourne. Awful ..

I spoke to them about replacing 3 tires to match the last tire I got there. They were going to have to order 1. A week later I was told it was still in transit. Spoke with them 4 days later and a whole other reason. Apparently they didn’t order it when I was told they did. Then after waiting for them to put tires on, they never let me know my car was ready. Then 2.6 miles later I learn they damaged my brake pad clip on driver front wheel and the pad is right up on my wheel and the clip is all bent.Now I have to get estimate but unable to drive my car? I will never use this company again and do not recommend them to anyone

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. While I waited for my vehicle I watched the different associates help a variety of customers and each was incredibly service oriented without exception. I rarely write reviews but I was so impressed by the service I jumped online to share.

The guys at Discount Tire are very efficient. Some days like Saturday morning youll wait a while in line but they always get to you as fast as they can. Ive gone in there on a Friday afternoon because of a leaky tire and they repaired it right on the spot within a half an hour. These guys dont mess around they literally run to get the job done in the back! I love these guys and we would never use any other Tire Company. When moved to Texas we bought our tires in Colorado at a discount tire and they made it all the way to Texas and lasted a full year ! I cant say enough great things about these guys at Discount Tire.

These gents helped my elderly uncle out with obtaining a spare wheel and tire for his car, while conducting themselves with the utmost politeness and patience. So very much patience is hard to find these days, and my uncle requires a lot of time and patience in making transactions. I was so appreciative of the young man who dealt with us and was so very kind to my uncle.
