After an accident involving my wife, my insurance agent (USAA) provided us a list of preferred repair facilities. We chose ProCare Collision in Kerrville TX. The excellent treatment began as soon as the wrecker dropped off our car and continued throughout the repair. ProCare Collision kept us up to date every day with messages. The estimated time for the repair was less than originally projected. When I picked up our car I was amazed at the quality of the work. I closely inspected the repair as well as the paint job and could not tell where it had been wrecked. I would recommend ProCare Collision in Kerrville, TX very highly. If we ever have the need for any kind of work on our autos, I would not hesitate to contact them first. In this day where shoddy work and poor customer service is an exception, this company sets the bar for quality, both in service as well as customer service.

I tapped a pole and my bumper popped out just a little bit. Took it in to get fixed, told them not to worry about the paint damage, the bumper was my main concern.These guys charged me less than the estimate they gave me and buffed out the huge scuff mark at no extra charge. 10/10 would recommend

Great work. Repairs took a bit but thats to be expected. It all came out perfect. Hopefully dont have to but if I ever need body repairs Ill be going here. Edit: I actually had to come back for more body work and again everything is perfect. Brand new everything and all was settled in a quick and professional fashion. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

My car looks brand new! The staff is great, Lorrie helped with every detail of the insurance claim. While I hope I never need them again, I would certainly take any of our vehicles to them.

My husband had some damage to his Chevy Silverado after hitting a deer. The team at Alamo Body & Paint were very responsive, helpful, and courteous. The first interaction was a phone call from Mikia asking if we were ok and did we need immediate assistance. She made us feel at ease from the beginning. Competent, friendly and helpful.

They did a great job repairing body damage to my truck and did it quickly. Friendly, professional staff made the process easy. Also, not only have they been in business for over 30 years, they were the closest body shop (from my home near Lake Medina) recommended by USAA but were not the closest to my home. That says something when USAA sens you 30 minutes further away from home to get your vehicle repaired.

The attention was very nice. With kindness & respect. The best they have is 1 Spanish-speaking employee. Boricua, Puerto Rico and Spanish nationalities (the mother country). That he treated me with great sincerity & professionalism. I applaud that. 👏👏 Every time my husband called, they gave him the information he needed. And my car was like new. God bless you!!! Many thanks.I returned to this body shop because 9 months ago they fixed my car. They had a staff that spoke Spanish, this Mr. was a blessing for us for his treatment of the public. But, when he returned, he is no longer working in this body shop. The lady who attended me this time, had such an unpleasant attitude. Nothing, nothing courtesy. He explained the cause of my return. He checked my papers, the car & told me very disparagingly that he will sit me down that they were going to check the car. A while passed, she went & checked my car; He came back saying: the papers are in the car seat, he gave me my keys & now. Nothing more explanation. Of 3 things I showed you, they fixed 2 why it was to pay them & the third; I think they didnt even look at her, because as I took it, thats how I returned it to my house. A total disappointment in this body shop. That they will know that I will not return & I DO NOT recommend them.
