Had to wait a while as there were 3 people in front of me, but, other than that, it went fine.

The pharmacists and staff all get high marks. They have been friendly and very helpful. Mickey, one of the pharmacists, even took valuable time to call my insurance company this past weekend to clear the way for my wife, who has cancer, to get a much-needed pain relief refill that very afternoon. Thats real service!

Always helpful. They look for the best prices using my insurance or discount cards. The wait is often long but this is common for pharmacies. The number of prescriptions and phone calls for a pharmacy is unbelievable. I feel they have good attitudes and try hard to do things right.

Slow. Discourteous. Nosey and Intrusive. Argumentative.

I have been having an awful time trying to get my insurance and doctors office to cooperate with me. Emily helped me out tremendously by calling them and then personally faxing out my prescription and calling me back all within the day. I appreciate her customer service and it really is the small things that make a difference! Thanks again, Emily!

Good service great prices. Long waits sometimes. Best to drop off when you need to shop. My experience is at least 1 hour for refill.

Every time I have a prescription to be filled they either dont have it and have to order it saying it will be here tomorrow them the next day they say it wont be here to the next day. Im real disappointed in the their service or lack of.

I order my medications for 90 days each time. When I got back to the house and opened my prescriptions one medication was for 30 days. I called pharmacy and a very rude person told me that they gave me the 30 rather than the 90 days because the medication was so expensive and they were being considerate. Now I have to wait on pharmacy to order medication and then wait in a long line, return my previous order, they then call insurance and say order was cancelled and reissue my 90 day prescription.

Nothing but rude people work here.

The lady told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. So I come back and theres about 8 people in line in front of me. Neither of the employees seem to have a pep in their step to get customers in and out. An hour from when I filled my RX I get to the counter and they say theres a problem with my insurance, that they keyed it in wrong and it will be another 20 minutes. Ummm??? Shouldnt you have called and told me, hey, theres a problem we need your insurance card again? Instead of making your customer wait twice with a screaming child? Thanks...wont be back.

If I could use 0 stars I would.... will never use again only used because it was a weekend and my normal pharmacy wasn’t available
