We bought a beautiful Igloo manger display item and when we got home found that the baby Jesus piece was missing. This was noticed after we opened what was a very carefully wrapped package. We tried calling the store many times during store hours and phone is never answered.call -- and they do not have voice mail. We have no idea how to reach them to resolve this. Lousy lousy customer service.

All year long here! Had to grab a great souvenir ornament from Ketchikan! Bling Blinky of TEXAS Shout Out: HUGE SELECTION!! Had fun looking through them all!

Unique store year round. We stopped here on a cruise in late September and found some fun Alaska themed decorations.

Nice store in the middle of the princess complex.

Just received santa in sleigh which was damaged in shipment. Was shipped without covering, tossed in a box and filled with peanuts which got in every conceivable nook and cranny, only to find foot of sleigh broken. Called and mailbox is full. Tried website and nothing pulls up. Suggestions???
