Visited in June on my trip to Ketchikan. Lovely shop with a fabulous selection of souvenirs, Alaskan artistry and jewelry. Wonderful friendly owners! Great prices and they wrapped my purchases to make sure they were safe on the plane trip home. Definitely will visit on my next trip there!

Especially the resizing of the ring.Walked into this quaint shop thinking it would be like all the others and was pleasantly surprised. Found what I was originally looking for, then I met Sandi. She was very nice and in visiting with her she showed me the northern lights jewelry and the wonderful effect you can see when placed with different colored clothes. Good honest merchant. Bought an item here during vacation. 2 weeks later after returning home, discovered defects. Contacted the store and was offered a full refund without question. I mailed the item back and was promptly give. a refund.

We were visiting family in Ketchikan last week, and my wife and son were thrilled with the store. The quality of the pocket knife my son bought was fantastic, and the price was great. A great shop with nice folks running it.

Located right next to a pier really large gift shop with great variety of local artworks, souvenirs etc. Good quick service.

I absolutely loved this place, their prices are affordable and the people that work there are so pleasant! I had marinna help me most of the time and she made me feel so welcome! I highly suggest stoping in here and looking at their turquoise!

I had been looking for carved Whale bone during my recent trip to Alaska. I searched everywhere from Anchorage to Ketchican. Everything I found was priced out of my price range. Finally at my last stop when the ship was in Ketchican I found The Rain Barrel. Their items were beautiful, different and reasonably priced. I bought two. The staff was great to work with and shipped my treasures to me. I recommend this shop to everyone stopping in Ketchican.
