Hand carved art from wood, soapstone, antlers and ivory. Priced right and they ship. Unbelievable talent! I could have spent hours looking around in awe.

Just a fantastic shop with unique, one of a kind items. The owners source there items locally and will share info about the artists and craftsmen who made them! Great selection, reasonably priced treasures all from some very nice people!

Visited in June on my trip to Ketchikan. Lovely shop with a fabulous selection of souvenirs, Alaskan artistry and jewelry. Wonderful friendly owners! Great prices and they wrapped my purchases to make sure they were safe on the plane trip home. Definitely will visit on my next trip there!

My mom enjoyed your store and the help from Sandy in deciding to purchase a set of Northern lights jewelry. Especially the resizing of the ring.Walked into this quaint shop thinking it would be like all the others and was pleasantly surprised. Found what I was originally looking for, then I met Sandi. She was very nice and in visiting with her she showed me the northern lights jewelry and the wonderful effect you can see when placed with different colored clothes. With her wonderful personality and husbands approval I purchased a beautiful set of memorable jewelry. Thank you, Sandi, for a memorable visit to downtown Ketchikan.

We were visiting family in Ketchikan last week, and my wife and son were thrilled with the store. The quality of the pocket knife my son bought was fantastic, and the price was great. A great shop with nice folks running it.

I had been looking for carved Whale bone during my recent trip to Alaska. I searched everywhere from Anchorage to Ketchican. Everything I found was priced out of my price range. Finally at my last stop when the ship was in Ketchican I found The Rain Barrel. Their items were beautiful, different and reasonably priced. I bought two. The staff was great to work with and shipped my treasures to me. I recommend this shop to everyone stopping in Ketchican.
