Heavenly Creations did a wonderful job. I live in Seattle and wanted to order flowers for a friend. I had a little bit of confusion when looking at their website, so called and talked to someone there. She was very friendly and helpful, and I felt happy talking to her. I ordered online at that point, which was simple and straightforward. I got regular email updates about the order, they delivered on the day promised, and the response from my friend was wonderful. She said they were beautiful and she was very happy with the flower arrangement. Definitely a 5 start experience :)

Let me start by saying I received a full refund. That’s the ONLY reason I gave two stars. I ordered a bouquet online and what was delivered wasn’t even close to the same thing. When I questioned it, they gave me a price breakdown of how I got my money’s worth. However, the majority of what I paid for was all the filler flowers! I told them you could put a rose in an expensive vase and charge the same, but that it still isn’t what I ordered.Now, after reading reviews and doing more research, I am so glad I didn’t end up giving them my money. Christians that are judgmental and think they are better than anyone else will never get my business. Mo

I’m glad I came across “Heavenly Creations of Alaska”.It took me ages to find a company who would be willing to deliver to my girlfriends island and Heavenly creations was the only one, yes shipping is a tad bit expensive, but it definitely compensates for quick delivery. I’m a frequent customer ok the occasion that I have money to spend on my girlfriend.They’ve always been very professional in their approach, even emailing me if they couldn’t deliver the flowers and would certainly do so the next day dependant on the weather.
