I ordered a custom arrangement and provided the school supplies. I asked for primary colors and to make it look back to school and add in the supplies. Adelaide took my order and assured me they could put this together and she put in all my notes. The supplies dont look at all cohesive with the arrangement. --they look just stuck in there. This doesnt look back to school at all. For $100 this is just awful.

I looked online for the florist with the best reviews. This was the one. I stopped in there on Tuesday and ordered flowers to be delivered Saturday to my wife, at the hospital where she works, for our anniversary. They were super friendly and helpful. Pricing was great. Quality of the flowers was fantastic. And it was delivered right on time. Thanks again! I’ll be using you guys from now on.

Im very disappointed at their professionalism. I tried to arrange and place order for my Uncles Memorial Service, the employee were trying to be helpful, but the Manager were not on site to assist me. Left my number for the Manager to give me a call in the morning, never did called. I had to find elsewhere to place a order instead. Do not go there, its a waste of time!!(I found an excellent place and he really made me very happy with his presentation of Steelers wreath!)

Nice store probably a good selection. I went in mothers day and they were pretty much sold out of everything. The prices were reasonable and stay was nice. I would shop here again.

I ordered a table centerpiece and she gave me a price and told me what it would look like. However, the next day when I picked it up it was not the correct size and she still charged me the same price. I feel she should have notified me and told me she couldnt make the arrangement or she should have made a compensation with the cost. I felt Amy, the owner was a bit put out with my complaint, because she got on the defensive and wanted to argue with me. I feel she handled this whole situation unprofessionally and I dont have to tell you I will not be bringing my business to this floral shop. I felt her attitude reflected how she handled her business and I truly felt she didnt care one way or another if I ever came back. Poor business strategy in my opinion.

This js the best kept secret Ive used for several years. The fresh-cut flowers are always beautiful, fresh, last for several days, and are available for less than local florists.

I absolutely love this store. They sell the longest lasting flowers around! They are very nice and the prices cant be beat.

When you order an arrangement of flowers from your website, the customer should get those flowers. If they are out of season you should update your website to the current flowers you have in stock.

Every step of the process has been difficult so far. Scheduling the consultation took a ton of follow-up on my end. Once it was finally done, I never received the promised proposal. I have again followed up many times via phone and email and have been told more than once it is on the way tomorrow but it has been five weeks or so. I cannot speak to the quality of work as I have been unable to get that far, it seems like they do a nice job in that regard. Everyone has been very friendly, just not particularly helpful and despite a lot of effort I have not gotten the opportunity to give them my business.

I ordered an over $50 bunch of balloons to be delivered to my 95 yr old mom. The day it arrived there were 2 laying on the ground, next day 2-3 more, when I arrived. Several half full. Obviously the next day most were pitiful. I called to get a refund or reimbursed.. they said they don’t do that. But they’d bring over 2 to replace the 2 that were flat the first day, said they’re not guaranteed past 12 hrs. Our family owned a business and never operated it that way. Don’t order balloons from them!!!

Ordered flowers from the kettering ohio location at 8:50am to be sent home to the ol lady. Looks like Im going to be home before the delivery, I live a 1/2 mile away. Manager rude and condescending when I questioned the pricing on an item. Some items ( same arrangements - only different colored roses) were marked higher but there were some items that were marked lower. The ones that were marked higher had red roses in it but the lower priced ones had different color roses. My wife prefers non red roses. When I showed her the lower priced tags on the other items she snatched those price tags off those items and yelled to the cashier to sell it to him for that. I had been doing business with this company ( this location and also on Woodman Drive) for many, many years. This is the worst encounter I have ever had with this flower shop. Ill go somewhere else for my flowers from now on. Krogers has a florist area and cheaper prices as well. These places all get their flowers from the same flower suppliers.

I always come here because I send a lot of flowers and theirs look the best and last the longest. They let me choose the types and colors of flowers I want them to use. I have always heard from the flower recipients that they were gorgeous and admired by everyone who saw them. The flowers get delivered the same day or whenever you want. Employees are very helpful and patient because I am indecisive. 🤔They punch holes in little card so after you spend a certain $ you can get $ off. I wish someone would send me some.

Nasty attitudes on valentines day. I realize its a busy day for them, but how often are they this busy? I am busy at my job 90 percent of the year, so learn to deal. I bought $100 worth of flowers from here and all they could think about was charging me more for the inconvenience of putting two bouquets of flowers together for me, of which i paid full price for both. To be quite honest, they can kiss my ***!

They know their thing, flowers. I went here to get a corsage at the last minute. They had several pre made. I could have had one rush ordered for $5 extra. With these things plan ahead (pre-order). Personally notice these flowers last a little longer so depending on the occasions the extra cost might be worth it.

My mom and I met with the lady who does the wedding arrangements and had a great consultation. However, fast forward to now and 2 months away from the wedding and cant get her to respond to emails or phone calls. Very disappointing. Decided to go with another florist.
