I went there thinking i would get quality product, only the young woman gave me color that made my hair so very dark, i was so shocked and upset. i went from light blonde to very dark blonde, brown/ reddish, now here i am with hair still not what it was, i only went at the encouragement of my daughter as she said the products are quality, i usually would go to walmart and buy inexpensive as i havent much money to spend on professionally done. even though when i called another woman apologized and said to bring in the used up product and they would give me the stuff to help remove color, it only helped a bit. i still have way darker . i dont consider them giving me the remover product as making it right to me. I feel they should have given me color too, so that i could redo, although after my experience the first time, whether i would even try ! Very unhappy lady here!
