The people here are very nice. I usually come to get gas. Sometimes I get ice cream. I did not have a bad experience.

The guy with the beard is cool, everyone else is terrible to deal with. I go in every day, and they card me every single time. I am 41 with graying hair btw😑

I come in here every single morning to meet my boyfriend who’s a cop for coffee. The place is clean, and they let us hang out here which is really nice!Sheila is probably the nicest person here. She’s super sweet!! However, I wish I could say the same about everyone else. I get the worst attitude from the younger red head woman. I’ve never been treated with that much disrespect ever in a retail establishment. It’s uncalled for and pretty upsetting. I never did anything to her, and I get treated so poorly :(

Would give 0 stars if possible. The simple fact that I came here to write a review but see 3 other reports of the SAME person is ridiculous. The woman with the red hair strait threw my cigarettes and change back at me and I had to pick up the change from the floor. Will NEVER be back to this udf or any udf ever again.

I came here to say your employee with the short brown hair and glasses was incredibly rude and has a terrible attitude. Unsurprisingly, I found a few other comments in your Google reviews about the same employee.Perhaps you may want to take some action.My children and I entered this evening to get ice cream after our evening at the pool. Your dear employee rudely told me I needed to get clothes on.There was no attempt to approach the subject politely. Also, I was wearing a one-piece suit that had all the important bits covered. Im fairly confident I was wearing enough clothes to receive retail service.You need to have an attitude adjustment with your employee or our family will not return. You have other great employees at this location; however, your failure to address this particular employee will cost you business.

The lady with the red hair, Stephanie is extremely rude to customers and likes to smoke cigarettes in the bathroom. My wife went in right after her to change our daughters diaper and it REAKED. When I asked for her name she gave me the worst attitude. Will NEVER COME BACK!!!!!!

Great service! I was almost immediately greeted and offered help. He knew exactly where to get what I was looking for. He even offered to look in the back for more if I wasn’t happy with the flavor options. When he saw that one other person was already being helped at check-out, he left the floor to come ring up my order. Super awesome!

The lady that was working the counter last 2 visits was so incredibly rude!! Short brown hair and glasses. I had never redeemed points for the card and she had such an attitude telling me I needed to press the keypad and then with another nasty tone she told me I would pick the grade outside like... duh. It’s not hard to smile people

Great icecream, especially when the 2nd dip is free. Also love it when their app warns me that gas prices are going up. Cant beat that! Gotta get A UDF shake and fill the tank 👍

Some of the employees could use an attitude adjustment. My husband went in to get 2 limes they only had one and it was molded. When he asked the lady if that was all they had her response was take it or leave it. Ive been yelled at over the speaker when trying to pump gas by the older lady I think is one of the managers

The rudest staff I’ve ever met

Danielle gave poor customer service. She asked who was ready to order and gave a nasty look on her face when no one wanted anything yet. How about you keep your professionalism, ma’am.

The ice cream was soft. There were a lot of options and I got the chocolate bundt cake in a waffle cone and it was very tasty. A little unorganized behind the counter.

Store was only sort of clean and presentable. Teresa had a nasty attitude and made some very half-a$$ed malts.

We come here on Sundays. Everything is always good.Great ice cream and woneedful service.

Went here to get some ice cream. my girlfriend loves the ice cream at udf but when we came in know one said anything to us at after about 5 mins we left will not be going back

They were really rude I asked for four scoops of the peanut butter and chip after I seen her scoop the peach flavor ice cream I asked if she can use an allergy kit cuz I am allergic she rolled her eyes and giving me a face like really the she was rude and was not listening asking how many scoops she asked three times then the other girl wouldnt even cash me out and waited for her I mean really.

First of all very poor service she was rude and wasn’t helping us she helped people in front of us and didn’t help she gave very bad looks at me and people I was with I personally work for United diary farmers and I can say I’m very upset with this service and I plan on working here and it was very poor service and I was no happy with the service very mad and I can’t believe that a work place would ever be like that store didn’t look good to my thought

Between 5am and 7am these are the rudest people working behind the counter. They dont speak when you come and when you go out. Especially the older lady with the short hair cut. Rather go to the Speedway across the street where they at least speak.

Second best ice cream in the area.

Should be 4 stars but they need to weed out a couple old ppl working there that cant seem to be polite to customers.
