I had ordered a mocha Frappuccino, but actually it’s look like a water, and it wasn’t frozen at all I think she forgot to add ice on it. And when I arrived there to order she wasn’t there, so I waited for her to come back.

Fast, clean, and it is a Starbucks. Consistency is all I want.

Never waste your time and money, do not go to this Starbucks. I had ordered mocha Frappuccino, and I got something taste like water.

Well, Starbucks is Starbucks anywhere you go! Consistantl taste,menu,ect. What separates your favorite is either location,service,and most important speed of your wait. If your in a hurry,youll be waiting a hot minute for your order to be placed. Drive thru is next to a busy car wash so it can be bumper to bumper. If you have no patience, find another spotService is slow, and flavor of your favorite go to drink can be inconsistent.The only reason for the GENEROUS 4 star rating, is because its Starbucks. Peroid.

Is mocha iced coffee is the best.

Always friendly, timely service here, even during busy/peak times. Weve had the pleasure over the years of watching some of the baristas climb both the Starbucks ladder to greater responsibilities and get their college educations and move on to the next phases of their lives. Its great to feel the friendliness of the team at this location.

There are better coffee shops but not nearly as convenient most times. I ordered 5 shots of espresso and it did what I expected. Also was affordable.

I personally believe Starbucks coffee is disgusting. Their beans are usually burnt, Pikes Place Roast is the worst of their beans and they always have this as the light/medium roast. If you want a sugar filled flavor coffee, something to drink thats like a dessert, then you would probably like it- if you are interested in actually good coffee, seek out a different coffee shop

Love this Starbucks, Camryn makes the most amazing drinks and Courtney and Kash are both super amazing and nice too. Valerie was a bit rude to me, she said they werent supposed to grind beans that werent from Kroger or Starbucks because it will mess up the machine after they already started grinding foreign coffee beans for me. She could have just said they couldnt do it instead of doing it anyway and making me feel bad because I may get them in trouble or something.... I just think she could have approached me better and I could have gone somewhere else instead of inconveniencing them, but oh well.

Local coffe has better flavor but if you like to be noticed come here

Its a Starbucks so the coffee is great, I am giving it a 3 because the parking at the store is horrific, it is right next to a car wash and if you park directly in front, good luck getting out when leaving, because you are fighting the drive thru cars and cars at the vacuums of the car wash. Use the drive thru or park away from the building.

I would love to have a drink or two but the price is way more than I can afford.

I dont know why this popped up for me to review, because this is not a place I usually frequent. [I feel] the coffee is overpriced and overrated. Not bad, but nothing outstanding either.

There was one woman working and a small line forming, but she was knocking out orders left and right and still was friendly.

I also receive great service at this Starbucks inside the Kroger on Dorothy Lane. The people are always friendly.

The baristas are super nice. I frequent this Starbucks several times a week and they are always pleasant and my orders are spot on.

Good service during slow times, however during the rush there can be a long wait. It is problematic due to the fact it is right by the entrance.
