My package was scanned but never sent, and they didnt have information or give notifications on the claim. I continued calling Jackie and another lady in the team, and still havent heard word how to resolve, jus that they will get back to me. It has been over 2-3 months. I have given my phone number, and still unless we call them, they cant respond back to us.

Best shipping store i’ve ever visited

It was rather busy when we visited, which was close to closing time, and as hectic as the environment was the staff members were very courteous knowledgeable and efficient, taking care of all customers, if relatively quick order.
