Excellent service, I always go there for my Amazon returns and when I forget the boxes they provide for free one of they have used before

I was vacationing in Key Biscayne and in the rush of check out- I did not pack my computer bag! UPS store helped retrieve the computer case. packaged it very well in bubble wrap and box with insurance and sent it to Texas. Thank YOU so much! I would have had no way of getting it from the hotel. Thanks to Cesar who went out of his way to help me. much appreciated.

During these Covid times, it seems like a lot of people and places have lost their touch for customer service. And while that is understandable given how hard things have been, it was very refreshing to be greeted with such a kind and friendly person like her. You can tell she is someone who truly likes to help others. I’m the type of person that finds returning things by mail such a cumbersome task and it takes a lot for me to finally get up and do so (especially during this holiday season!) However, walking into this store did not feel like that. She helped make things as smooth as possible and it was such a pleasure not only interacting with her, but seeing how she interacted with everyone that came her way. It really makes all the difference when you’re not treated like just any other face walking through the door. Thank you Andrea!

I came in this week for the first time and I was very pleased with the service. A young girl by the name of Andrea was really kind and helpful. I had to return an Amazon package but was very confused on how to do it but she guided me and made the process quite simple!

Because they are locally owned, they can provide an array of custom services which are difficult to replicate. I have lived in Key Biscayne since 1968. Dan took care of me so graciously from the moment I entered the store. It may have only been 3 weeks, but this store is rocking. Customers came by in a steady stream, but Dan nimbly helped them and still worked with me on painstakingly copying a childrens book I had written many years ago and wanted to give as a gift to my grandchildren. Congrats to the owner for hiring such a great shopkeeper and yea for Key BIscayne!

Store manager wasn’t wearing a mask inside the atore even though there were 5 other people in the establishment. Putting others in danger for no apparent reason

Helpful caring staff which try to save you money rather than other some UPS stores which like to charge you more for packing materials. Would definitely recommend.
