They gave me the wrong medicine and the name was wrong. I have proof here and I havent thrown it away yet. Beware they are proffesional and be careful. Read carefully and make sure the medicine under your name.

Difficult getting through on the phone. Once I did, they were rude and short with me. Did not answer my questions regarding prescriptions and processes.

The employees were very nice a gracious towards me. Even though there English was broken I could tell they were trying there best. You can’t expect everyone in America to speak English, English is not even it’s official language.

Clean. As check out line backed up, right away another cashier opened up to assist customers.

Worst pharmacy. Good luck getting through to them on the phone. With one or two exceptions, the staff is rude, lazy and incompetent. (To be fair, they are understaffed.) Especially the obese pharmacy clerk Nick. Watch out for “Nick,” as he was takes out his fat aggression on all customers.

They have great costumer services, especially Their employe at the liquor, Josier, very hard working and very nice . After he was done with his shift at the store, I saw that he was trying to help a lady who had problems with her car, he seem very nice and he was willing to help her with her problem . I really like this employe .

The pharmacist was ok, however the staff was rude and told me to leave a message when I attempted to call in a prescription in for a patient. I am not sure how to rate this. However there is room for improvement.

Kudos to George! We couldnt find a small phillips head screwdriver to repair my husbands sunglasses. He asked if we had them with us. He used a screwdriver from the photo department to help us. When asked what we owed him-he said Just have a wonderful day. Thanks! Great customer service.

They get 2 stars for a great towel selection but the woman behind the register was very mean. She was super grumpy and was very short with us while we were checking out. Good service is very important.

Island drug store. I go there often, as much as three times a week. Convenient & easy. Every employee is always wonderful and very helpful.

I live in NY, but on vacation here in the Keys. Prior to my trip, I placed an order online, and had the package scheduled to be picked up at this location. I also added an alternative pickup person (my partner). We were on the way to Walgreens to see if the package was ready, and just happen to be, I received a text stating the order was ready to be picked up. Great! Minutes later, I received a phone call on MY cellphone. When I answered, a young guy named “Anthony” asked for my partner by name. I asked who was calling, and said it was Walgreens. I asked if this call was in regards to my order ready for pickup. Anthony says, “It might be… but I really need to speak to him.” (Keep in mind, the order is in my name, and the cell # he called, is MINE). I then tell him that I am the one that placed the order, and gave him my name (on the order). He says.. “he is the pickup person, so he is the only one I can speak to about the order.” I told him he is driving right now and can’t speak right now. He says… “well just tell him his order is ready then I guess.” Rude & snotty. When we confronted him in the store about his rudeness, he felt he wasn’t being rude at all. He said he was just following “company policy.” BUT the funny part is, in my e-mail for pickup confirmation, it says… “YOU or your alternate Pickup Person will need to bring photo ID or this ‘Ready for Pickup’ email. If you couldn’t speak to ME about the order that I placed, then why call MY cell and why send me an email? Only to tell me you can’t speak to me, only the pickup person. BS!!. When I received the package, it had BOTH my name and my partners name BELOW mine.

I was just at the pharmacy at the key largo store and the cuban guy who was running the counter didnt look at my prescription bottles he just said we do have any of either of you prescription he didnt ask the pharmacist or any thing i guess they just pick who they want to help

I am a loyal walgreens customer and a lifelong resident of the keys. This the first formal complaint against walgreens.I went to pick up my husbands prescription at walgreens in Key largo Lardy the technician asked if I needed a flu shot excellent customer service his part.After filling out my paperwork I patiently sat and waited my turn. A customer who arrived considerably after me came to the window and proceeded to asked for a flu shot and began to fill her paperwork. As Im waiting my turn thinking Im next the pharmacist Bindu proceeded to take her first,. I said to him im next and he rudely ignored me and told me he would be with me when he finished with her. i think i have a few more years of customer service principles on him and i consider it an insult to be treatedin this manner it was rude and uncalled for. This place does not offer photo services.The man behind the photo counter saw me waiting there and made me hit the assistance button before he would help me. Then he told me it would take him 3 weeks to develop film, and said do you know what CVS is? Wow.

Walgreens broke FL law HB 21 today, for those who dont know that is a law on distributing prescribed cold medicine. Not only am I known to the pharmacist making checking an ID not necessary by HB 21 the store manager in her ignorant glory refused to accept a FEDERAL ID (which included a photo and when looking up HB 21 listed as a useable ID) refused to use anything other than a drivers license. Ignorant power hungry people should not be running stores, especially if they DONT KNOW THE LAW.

Be careful picking your controlled rxs.The very fat Male clerk at the pharmacy has shorted my vicodan rx twice. He is rude and uses his hostile attitude to distract you from checking your rx. Count it at the counter. It my fault for falling for it a second time.Remember he is one of lifes losers that now has a little power. It makes him dangerous.Otherwise the pharmacy is ok, but like a lot of us I have to fill my rx there because of insurance.

Great big walgreens, friendly staff. Has Pharmacy and Photo Center and Liquor store. You can find almost everything here.

Short haired older woman at the register is one of the rudest “customer service” employees I have ever encountered. She is miserable and really should not be working with the public.

Josier needs to be fired immediately!!! He has no clue how to deal with customers!!! Especially americans!! We cant understand anything he is saying and he is rude to customers!!! He needs to be replaced immediately!! If hes there next time we go back well never buy from this store again!!

This place is a nightmare. I called to verify they had the drug I was prescribed so I could pick it up before I left on vacation in the AM. I was told they did. Went to pick it up and was told it would be in tomorrow by 12:30. I left and realized a bit later that I had some more questions, so I tried calling again. This time I was on hold for over 20 minutes which was enough time to get back in my car and drive back to the store before they closed, where I saw two employees standing around by the counter not doing anything (there were no customers) while the phone rang in the background. This used to be my go-to pharmacy in the Keys but it has gone downhill in a major way over the last year. I would avoid it if possible.

Great place to shop

Have been a customer for more than ten years. Have been harassed/reminded by management staff about refilling the expensive prescriptions. Have been told that insurance company was asking why ? This looks to me like conflict of interest. Why pharmacy would be questioning me about insurance request to them. Pretty strange. The management staff make things difficult for customers blaming insurance company. Is Walgreen in any commercial contract with insurance companies? Somebody needs to look at legal aspects of it !
