If you want real quality furniture, this is the place. Gina is the best!! If you’re looking for local service and knowledge this is the place. I’m guessing that some of these other reviewers were expecting a “Slick Willy”, Miami style furniture store experience. Royal Furniture is not that kind of establishment. This is a high quality, low pressure atmosphere. I’ve bought a couple of different Lazy Boys, as well as mattresses and couches from them. Always a great experience.

Love this store. Beautifully displayed, quality furniture. Just the island style I was looking for. Low pressure sales. You are not chased around the store and the sales people are easy to comunicate with! I purchased living room, bedroom and patio furniture. They provided expert delivery & set up. Polite delivery guys who I could comunicate with & you could tell they were experienced at what they do. Also ordered custom window blinds. Install was perfect & on time.

Business must be good because they clearly are not interested in helping customers. Saw the adorondak chairs driving buy and were interested in buying. Store employees couldnt even be bothered to get up from desk and walk over to say hello, in the completely empty store. Also love the no public restroom sign. Service is apparently not important here.

Royal and GINA are a first class store - Been buying there for 20 years...and Im not easy to satisfy Clearly the poor reviews are - not reflective on the real issues. IMO>

Great selection but bring your wallet. Its good to support local businesses. Nice quality.

Growing up in the area Royal Furniture was a standard 30 yrs ago. I cant say I know how or why any longer. They were very nice walking in. It seemed to end there. We werent there for much and only needed a printer table but wanted to keep money local. After inquiring about a perfect piece, we wanted to discuss the dent on the edges and messed up staining. I was trying to decide if was worth fixing myself or having them get a new. Their response 10% off and just walked away as if dropping a mic on the stage. Not what is expected for a $200 printer table.At least they made the decision easy for us concerning both the office furniture and new bedroom furniture.Zero wasnt available so 1 star it is.

We went to Royal for the first time today. The salesperson was rude and not interested in helping us. She seemed to think (because of her comments) that we were not rich enough for Royal furniture. Missed a paying customer. We will not be back.
