Wondered in here for a quick cup of coffee. What a great find! Coffee was wonderful. Huge wine selection and a great place to kick back with a chicken vibe.

Guys, cafe / lounge and the most laid back vibe. Loving this spot and if youre searching for a place locals love too you have to make a stop here. Theres a selection of coffee of course and some beer / canned liquor - they have happy hour too. If youre flexible, you will find something to wet your pallette if not the light eats / desserts. This is one of my go-to kick back and relax places in Key West.

The one thing you would expect to find in Key West, is a proper cafe where you can sit down, have a quality cup of coffee, and enjoy a good book. Up until recently that was not the case, until Funky Rooster opened its doors! My wife and I passed by the shop after a date night and we were simply amazed! The music was relaxing, the furniture and lighting is welcoming and detail oriented, and the coffee & tea? AMAZING! They have their very own blend of beans and they use great tea brewing techniques to deliver an incredible balance of flavor, body, and aroma. I absolutely encourage everyone to come visit them and enjoy a beautiful afternoon with them.

This is great a boutique cafe but also serve beer, wine, and some other canned cocktails. It is so relaxing with great music. Service is great too. We are staying on the other side of duval but came upon this place after dinner. We love this place so much we might just cab it here after dinner tomorrow.

My cappuccino was excellent and so was the almond croissant. The coffee house was easy to get to and I was able to find parking without a problem. The employee assisting me was extremely pleasant and gave me suggestions on what to get. I would recommend this place and would definitely return anytime Im in town.

Funky roaster, positive vibes. The contrasting energy of this place helps calm the anxious energy of the island. Grab a bottle of wine and spend the evening on the front porch loosing track of time.

Make no mistake this is the best coffee in key west! Outdoor tables are on the porch and a great place to people watch. My rating is only four stars because sometimes the women at the coffee counter are not the most welcoming. Most days I can put up with some attitude for a great cup of coffee. I definitely recommend this coffee hotspot.

This is hands down the smoothest chai latte I’ve EVER had. Holy cow that was delicious. So glad I found this spot!

Really nice place with a great atmosphere. However, not the best fan of the coffee. Got an iced cappuccino with a shot of expresso, really just tasted milk.

The best mimosa and Key lime pie in Key West! and Aya attention was wonderful. You can go for a few drinks or maybe a delicious coffee in the morning. Without a doubt we will return :)

I love the atmosphere of this place. Its cozy and laid back. The drinks are good, and the decor has a lot of character. It has some outdoor seating out front thats perfect for enjoying a drink as scooters and trollies breeze by. the indoor seating also is nice. I definitely recommend this place.

Stopped here twice for some iced coffee, both times the coffee was great and the service was wonderful. The inside of the coffee shop is very unique and the walls are covered with some neat chicken paintings.

We went there for late night coffee!! Fiorela was really nice and friendly, the coffee was beyond amazing and we tried some sweets too !! Next time I will go there for wine and cheese plate 😍 100% recommended !! And they have small parking too

Located in a quiet part of town, you can sit inside this lovely historic old house on comfortable chairs/sofas or outside on the covered front porch. In addition to hot drinks, they also provide soft drinks and a wide assortment of wines and homemade pastries, quiche and appetizers during their afternoon/evening happy hour. There are also a variety of quality fun chicken themed gifts. The owners and staff are all very pleasant and welcoming. During my most recent 5 months in KW, I went to the Funky Rooster daily, okay, sometimes twice a day and I’m already looking forward to being back in January. Enjoy!

Super chill late night spot. It’s always really hard to find a late night coffee joint, so this place was a blessing!!! The espresso was on point! Ended up being a perfect pick me up after a late meal one street over by the pier. There was also wine to pair with good coffee, what more could you want?!? 👍

Off the beaten path this “must see” boutique coffee shop is truly eclectic and funky.Try a mimosa and get the 2nd on the house. Follow with a fresh breakfast of coffee, eggs and croissants, surrounded by unique arts and rooster t-shirts.Our host Lena was cordial, caring and informative.Funky Rooster coffee shop became our favorite place for breakfast while we visited Key West 5/28/21 -6/1/21. Such a beautiful little place on a beautiful little island and a fantastic cup of coffee. So far, this is by far the best cup of coffee on the island that we have tasted. The restored home turned into a coffee and wine bar is absolutely precious with great pieces of art you can purchase right off of the wall. After a couple bottles of wine, we probably will purchase as much art as we can. Great job to the owners on their one year anniversary.

Oh my god! This place is everything 😍😍😍 cozy atmosphere and good vibes 🥰 bagels and croissants are always fresh and delicious 🤤 and my favorite part is the coffee made by one and only Lena 🤩 she is just the best! You need to come here and try everything for yourself ☺️

Lovely place to stop for coffee and a pastry. The White Rooster coffee was mine and my husbands favorite but our son loved the iced coffee. Really nice gift shop and a pleasant place to just relax and take in the island atmosphere.

The Funky Rooster is an awesome place to grab a coffee in the morning to start your day and a glass or three of wine at other times! The front porch is a great place to watch the world walk by. They arent surrounded by a bunch of other businesses so you can easily enjoy conversations with friends. The owners are super personable and each of the employees is professional and friendly. This is a great place for locals! Make sure and join their loyalty program and also check out the random selection of chicken themed items and art available for purchase.... great opportunity to support a local small business and buy some fun gifts to send to friends and family up north!

Love this place! Sitting on the porch and enjoying a latte in the morning and then amazing wines at night…amazing! Dog friendly, too! Lena works her magic behind the counter and is absolutely wonderful! If looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of Duval this is just steps away!

We were fortunate to happen on to this quaint place one evening when looking for something sweet. Super cool decor, art, and vibe. Returned again today for coffee this morning. Wonderful place to stop, have coffee and watch the world go by from their shaded veranda. The shop was filled with incredible rooster related merchandise, ideal gifts or to keep for yourself. My favorite coffeehouse. Anywhere. Hands down. Great coffee and pastries, friendly staff, in a relaxed, light and bright atmosphere. Pull up a chair on the porch and enjoy the morning sun and breeze (complete with umbrellas for shade. If thats your thing). Come for the coffee... stay for the wine!!!

Lena makes outstanding cappuccino. We are quite pleased to have stumbled across this spot. The atmosphere offers soothing relaxation and comfort, the pastries were spot on (try the almond croissant!), and as previously mentioned, the cappuccino was outstanding. We will most definitely be back.

Best Key Lime Pie in Key West, no question! My family tried KLP in every Key West restaurant and the decision was unanimous. Plus the owners are very friendly and made us all feel welcome. A treasure of a place!

It was good coffee. The bagel was good as well. We didn’t come a busy time but it seemed to move slow. The atmosphere here was super cute though.

This place is wonderful. I had the bagel and the tropical smoothie. The best smoothie I have ever had!! Very refreshing and tasty. The bagel was very well toasted and overall was a good meal. I really enjoyed this place and you will not regret coming here.

We stopped by for a Friday morning coffee & both drinks were simply delicious. The barista, Lena, was amazing! Ordered the White Rooster, which was a secret recipe so I’m not positive what was in it, but it was just as delicious as Lena promised it would be. We also ordered a Cafe Con Leche that was smooth & not bitter at all, a true delight. There’s wonderful outdoor seating surrounded by palm trees & perfect for enjoying your coffee. We will definitely be back!

The Funky Rooster Coffee House and Wine Bar is a very relaxing spot offering delicious refreshments with fantastic service (ask for Lena!!). As locals, this is our go-to spot for a morning smoothie and quick snack on their picturesque front porch. Enjoy!

This place is amazing. The atmosphere is great. The owner and the workers are very good people. I had the cappuccino and it was one of the best I had, and I had the funky rooster smoothie (their signature drink) it was very refreshing and I have never had a smoothie with ginger. It is very good. I strongly recommend that people go here.

My boyfriend and I stopped by Funky Rooster by chance this weekend, and we are so happy we did. The shop felt charming and quaint as soon as we walked in. Its the perfect place to take some cute pictures, and check out dozens of rooster themed items. Not to mention, their coffee was delicious! I recommend their coconut pineapple bread too. Cant wait to go back!

First time visiting, the staff is incredibly nice, quiche was one of the best I’ve ever had, and their iced chai latte with an extra shot is the bomb. I’m excited to add the rooster to my roster.

The wine might be good but the iced coffee was the worst I’ve ever had. It tasted like water with a slight hint of coffee. Not sure if it was a bad batch but they told us that “that’s how the coffee is”. So I’d recommend to get something else if that’s a reoccurring thing! But the place is cute and the ambience is nice! My review is just for the coffee.

Love love their cappuccino!!!! My new favorite spot in Key West. Their cappuccino is made with organic coffee and with Kangen water, I believe that this is the only place in Key West who actually is using this healthy water for their coffee!! And what I like the most is that in the morning is a coffee house but in the evening is a wine bar with a great selection of good wine!

My fiancée and I stopped by on Valentine’s Day and he ordered a pesto bagel with tomato and cream cheese. We were in a rush to get on a boat, so we ordered to go. After waiting long 10 minutes for a simple black coffee and the bagel, we left without checking the package they gave us. Turned out it was an empty bagel, no pesto, no tomatoes, not even cream cheese. I do not recommend anybody to go there. The two ladies didn’t seem to know exactly what they were doing. Disappointed.

We came here for coffee, the guy in the front ignored us and he didnt want to serve us because we look hispanic. He said he was not serving coffee at 8pm and it closes at 9pm. I asked for a hot chocolate and he looked at my husband and i and hesitated to serve it😵😵😵
