This Starbucks location is on Queens Boulevard and 70th Road, near that subway station. It recently opened and has the full line of coffee, tea and sandwiches as all of the Starbucks locations have.Chairs and tables were recently put back in the store. As such it is a good location to wait if you are early for an appointment or are working from home but dont want to physically be home.

Stopped in a grabbed a cold brew and a strawberry lemonade refresher. Short wait time and the staff was good.

Quick order and done correctly. Staff was not too friendly though. Clearly could tell my partner and I were looking at snacks and talking yet kept asking us to order.No indoor seating due to COVID. No outdoor seating.

Was expensive, no plastic straws, even though we were with a handicap person that needs them. Staff wasnt friendly, drinks had no flavor. Wont be back.

I do enjoy this Starbucks when in Key West. If you are an early morning person like me, they are on Key West time. That means that the hours on the door are more of a suggestion on some days (like the weekend). I’m very picky about being able to get my coffee first thing in the morning so I have a cup at the resort before heading over. I like going for an afternoon treat and have a latte. The inside is spacious and clean. It’s a great place to sit and read or do some work.

Interesting layout. AC isnt freezing in this location. My order was made correct. Plenty of seats in the back. The Starbucks app works perfectly here unlike another review I just read. The bathrooms do need a code.

I think this is the only Starbucks along the busy Duval street. Its a haven of quiet and cool air conditioning when you want a break. Their WiFi is SUPER fast, btw! The seating area is in the back and it is long and has lots of seating.

Cashier misheard my order and prepared the incorrect drink. When I corrected her, and asked for an iced latte, as I’d ordered, she said, ok, but she will charge me the difference (97 cents). It’s ok that she decided to charge me the difference, it’s just unusual. In other Starbucks, I often forget to ask for the classic syrup, and I always offer to pay for it, but I’ve always been waved off. But then she repeatedly told me that it was *my* mistake, next time I should say iced latte, not iced coffee. Except I had, perhaps it was hard to understand through the mask. So they got their 97 cents and their pride, but they lost me and my friends as customers for the duration of our stay.

Went into Starbucks yesterday to buy a take away coffee and use their bathroom. I could buy a coffee but they said their rest rooms were off limits??! Didn’t you get in trouble before about this!

I have different citeria to review company own stores and franchising stores. This is my review on this store. The beverage taste is good. But they may need to improve the beverage making process. Also, if they are smile, customers really like this store.P.S: I recommend this stores Mango Dragonfruit refresher. So sweet!

Ordered a black coffee to go, got back to the house and there were two tea bags in the cup?!!!! Not coffee tea, and I even asked if it was coffee!

This Starbucks undermines the idea of Starbucks to shape a place of gathering together and meeting people for just talking or doing business or learning and discuss ideas. Why? Because they removed every possibility to charge the notebook or mobile phone or anything else.

Great location, cashier was patient and nice, quality products. They just have only one bathroom and at the time of writing this review, it was out of order. Also, the area for sitting do not have any plugs to connect devices.

Have to say dont do Starbucks very often, but when in KW ..... Went to this one because it was within walking distance of our B&B ... plus we got to see Duval Street before KW woke up (see pic). Store was clean, ice coffee tasted great and the service was good as well.

They covered their power ports, no wifi, yet have this big inviting area to chill. So if youve a few outside responsibilities like most of us, dont come here.

Worst Sbucks experience ever. I went in to loud talking and no one working counter. Turned out someone visiting behind counter. A clerk finally came forward, took order without repeating then another took my money. No thanks. Then my drink was delivered without name, cup didnt show specifics of my order and it was put on counter without name or description or thanks. They were not even busy. Sure not up to .minimum standars.

The price spike here is nearly double that of other locations, and the WiFi ranges from not working to kind of connected to blazing fast. Service is very hit or miss, there is no parking, the hours are limited, and they definitely need to run extenders for power outlets. All that said, the location could easily hit four or five stars with a week or two of focused changes and attention.

Not a corporate store but you can’t tell. So if you like refills as a gold member you won’t get any ;)

The best Starbucks on Duval street. This is where we usually come for our fix. I love the cold brew coffee so much I usually always get that as my drink of choice.

Every morning my wife and I went the Frappuccinos were on point. Staff was pleasant and they have a nice sitting area. Large six person tables to small two person tables, as well as some comfy cushioned lounge chairs if the table seats aren’t your style!

Standard Starbucks, plenty of seating and was fairly quiet while I was there in the middle of the day, which was nice, because I needed to get some work done. A downside is they appear to have covered up all of their electric outlets, so I could only stay as long as my laptop battery would last

Its a Starbucks. You will find and see the same thing that any other Starbucks has. The day I visited the site was clean.

No power outlets, on purpose (existing power sockets terminated with blind plaques). Plenty of space and usual starbucks otherwise.

Horrible staff. Stood around talking and laughing in different languages while there was a huge line of drinks to be made and people waiting. Fire alarm went off and nobody really did anything about it. However, there is a very spacious seating area with a good atmosphere and clean bathrooms.

Nice location and pleasing interior with an interesting seating set-up. Baristas seemed nice enough and were quick with my order. Like most Starbucks, it was a nice experience with reliably, tasty drinks.

This is not a real Starbucks. Theyre licensed and owned by the hotel so they dont take gift cards, the app, or rewards. I usually prefer to frequent local places, but had a birthday reward to use. Disappointed they didnt have a sign regarding rewards/app/card usage so I wasted what little time I have here in line for nothing.

I enjoyed my cappuccino with an extra shot of espresso very much unfortunately my wife was unable to get a decaf coffee I think a lot of people drink decaf coffee and Starbucks being the greatest coffee distributor in the world so they say should have decaf coffee for people

Horrific. Bathrooms were dirty, no tp, and the lock was broken to the womens room. The barista claimed building maintenance was responsible for the condition on the bathrooms, not them. Handed my wife paper towels (!) to use, and I stood guard at the mens room door for her. Beware.

Always fresh food and friendly folks. Wish they were bigger because I like to work here and they can get crowded, but hey...the coffee is great, nitro on tap, YO!

This was legitimately one of the worst Starbucks franchise store visits I have ever had. The barista did not make our drinks to standard - my mocha was made with dead espresso shots and my husbands iced coffee was randomly poured into a cup, ignoring standard requirements. He had room for approximately 3 ice cubes in his drink. We also had to wait an upwards of 5-7 minutes for two cake pops. When we asked the cashier about them, she pointed in a random direction and told us someone else would get them. Later, a girl rolled out a cart and we were given two frozen, inedible cake pops. They were so hard you could hit them on the counter! They sounded like marbles hitting the table! We finally asked for a refund and it became a huge ordeal because the barista had no way to look up our order to refund it. As we later found out during that visit, this was not the case.I dont care how desperate you are for coffee. Dont come here!

My autistic son Justin was in here doing homework. The staff rudely screamed at him and told him he needed to leave immediately. Completely unprofessional.

Its a Starbucks..nothing special from what I remember. Expensive and unhealthy full of sugar and artificial stuff lol. Dont get their stuff anymore once I learned what was is supposedly in their caramel syrup and milk from gmo fed cows etc.

Awesome store! This is my favorite Starbucks on the island. They have the best customer service and are always friendly and smiling when we come in. LJ and Nora are some of my favorite baristas but they are all great!! Keep up the great work!

Wow... This was really bad. My tea was fine, but the bagel must have been delivered a couple of months ago. They over heated it to try to mask how stake it was, but that just turned it into hot cardboard. It was expensive, which is expected from a Starbucks in a tourist area, but quality food is also expected.

Fast and friendly service each morning I ran in to get our morning coffee. They had more than enough staff to handle the work load which decreased the wait time for the large volume of customers that came through the door.

Let the barista know the bathroom needed toilet paper. I went in right after her and there was urine all over the toilet seat.

The staff was especially rude here and the prices were higher than any coffee shop on the island. My mom and I were the only customers in the store and were made to wait for the staff to finish their horseplay before we could be waited on. They were then really inconvenienced by our personal travel mugs that we ask to use. Oh, so sorry that we are doing our part to reduce waste. Not helpful, not friendly and not priced fairly........ definitely not worthy of my business.

I am here quite often, and have been so for many years and found the people nice, the product always fresh and tasty! Other than coffee, it is pricey, but it is a hotel in Key West where nearly all is a bit pricey in those tourist locations....service with rare exception is polite, friendly and they have wonderful people who provide for a pleasant experience. The wi-fi is great, the newly renovated back areas have plenty of seating and is a comfortable place to be, plan to be there in about 45 minutes! Enjoy your day!!

Neglectful and impolite. I placed a web order, they forgot to include one of the items for which I had to come back. No apology, not even addressed me when it was done (sandwich in oven). It was 8:15am on a Monday and there were more employees than customers at the time. Not a typical Starbucks experience!!!

Friendly staff. Their espresso machine wasnt working. My venti Carmel macchiato with 3 shots at 100° was no where to be found. Maybe next time.

I think the place is a little over priced than the usual Starbucks outlets and the service can be a little better, I gave three stars because of the location and being bang in the middle of the busiest street of Key West. Wifi is okayish, dont expect it to be blazing fast which actually should be. Overall a good time pass place for a quick coffee and chat session with friends, if the AC cooling gets a little overhaul... Worth a visit if you are a tourist.

Generally speaking I would never give a bad review to anyone because I am a positive person, however I would to this place because of how rude the staff is! Not friendly at all, after I placed my order I went to restroom which was locked with a lock combination. I waited for about 5 minutes and no one came out. I asked the barista to open it for me and she told me that if it was locked its because it was in use. I took my drinks and waited again until I could not hold it anymore. I asked one of the male baristas if he could open the restroom for me, and he just gave me the combination number to open it. The restroom was never in use!! VERY VERY RUDE!! I give it two stars because the facility was nice But the service was very very poor, even my family agreed!

Weird that my original review is gone, but it was 5-stars as well. This is not a real SBUX, but they make it work just fine. Plenty of seating and standard SBUX coffee. Good location; close to Mallory Square. Baristas very friendly and always recognize us.

Maybe its just an island mentality to which I am not accustomed, but this is not a great example for Starbucks. For starters, it costs about 40 percent more than the normal Starbucks pricing (thats comparing to California). Secondly, of the 2 drinks I ordered, the first was just wrong, and the barista defended her drink making. And the second was forgotten, so I had to ask for it after waiting quite a while. Once the correct drinks were made and done, they were fine. The food was clearly quite old, stale bagels and flavorless wraps, and again I am comparing to what I had just eaten in California 2 days before. And lastly, they had the air conditioning turned off and all doors closed at noon on a hot/humid day. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because they were pretty friendly at the counter.

Yesterday they were out of Chai at 9 in the morning! Today they wouldnt redeem my free drink because the r a liscene store?

When I went into your location this morning, from the moment I walked in I felt unwelcome. The girl at the counter glared at me when I walked in, the place was silent, no music or anything of the sort, and when I asked the girl if they prepared their iced chai tea any other way besides in a latte she just said no its just the chai syrup in milk and thats the only way we do it, theres no coffee in it, then I asked her why cant I get it in a trenta and she just shrugged her shoulders and looked at me. So I just ordered my drinks and moved along. When I got my drinks my venti capaccino was only half full of espresso and only had froth in it, I understand that a capaccino is mostly foam and espresso but come on if Im getting a LARGE one girl give me some steamed milk on top too. And when I went back to have it remade the woman gave me attitude and said oh capaccino doesnt get steamed milk, its a capaccino so not only did she give me an attitude but she argued with me when she knew she made the drink incorrect. When she handed me my remade drink, all I got were daggers and rude looks from your women working there. Nobody said goodbye or gave me a smile or anything. This is the HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY people smiles and hellos are your bread and butter!! When youre rude and all scrunch faced thats when you lose people. Clean up your act and get yourself a better staff.

Starbucks is Starbucks. Usually that means I can buy some drinks while I sit with wifi and outlets. There is wifi but no outlets. The boxes are there but the receptacles were purposely removed.
