I love this little palace! The produce is fresh. The meat department is outstanding. I bought air chilled whole chicken last week. Don’t know where else I could get it in KW. The deli has spiral ham by the pound which I have never found anywhere else. They have a great assortment of cheeses. I’m done with the supermarkets, it’s just the food palace from now on! 😍

Best wine selection & prices in Old Town! The deli sandwiches are great & the sushi is handmade, in-house, daily! No need to spend a fortune on it at a restaurant! Any meat, especially red meat, is absurdly over priced. its slightly above average quality for almost double the price. I only support them when its absolutely necessary because they are gouging locals.

Great little market Ive been going to for 26 years. Artisanal choices and always the highest quality of produce, meats & cheeses. This place is an institution.

Faustos Food Palace is a great grocery store if you need some simple utilities or necessities. While the prices are on the more expensive side (compared to Publix & Win-Dixie), they still offer great quality for the location.

The wife and i stopped here a couple of times to get some small groceries for during our trip and they had everything we were looking for (Except for vodka). We had also checked out a couple of other grocery shops and they did not have as much variety or were closed even though it said it was open.If you are just visiting key west, definitely use Faustos for groceries!

My little sister, my boyfriend and I were walking by as an older gentleman was ringing the bell for donations. As we walked by, he said, directed at us, the younger crowds never donate. I live here, work here and support this community. Never make someone feel like a lesser human because they didnt stop and donate this one time. So rude. We gave our money to the turtle charity that day next to Hogs Breath. Cute kids asking for help and not passing judgement. Definitely the place for some quick items if youre from out of town and trying to find a real grocery store. Hard to find in a place like this.

Eat local. Shop at Faustos. Period.

We come to this little hidden treasure of a grocery store for years. Upon entering with a face shield we were corrected by Bill to not enter because of improper Covid-19 protection. Upon reviewing the key west ordinance the shield is perfectly acceptable and in compliance. Similar shields were being worn by local restaurant servers as well. If your going to reprimand your costumers in a harsh way please know the ordinance and not be so rude!!!

Good grocery store. Employees worked hard during the busy Christmas holiday week and still managed to give a smile and a thank you. Kudos to them. Plus food is good. Shelves were stocked. Store was clean and well lite. What more can we asked from a business in a resort town?

We bought groceries for the week, our pasta was filled with bugs.

Convenient to where we stay. We usually get our fish and meat here. Everything has always been fresh. Pricey, but what do you expect when everything has to be trucked here 150 miles or so. Theyll deliver too, with some advanced notice.

Terrible customer service. I went today and the cashier was on her phone(facebook) while serving the lady ahead of me in line. Then as she was leaving the customer said thank you. To no response. Have a nice day. She ignored that as well. I thought this was extremely rude, so I told her I thought it was rude. She responded with well you didnt take your items out of your basket, thats rude. Im not sure how to end this review as this is the first one Ive ever done. Hope for better in the future. If my experience is improved I will update my review

A classic family-owned neighborhood grocery, more than 75 years in our community. A treasure to have downtown, with an eye-popping selection for a market of such modest size. A great deli, hot stuff every day (turkey on Sunday, picadillo on Thursday)... and a devilishly handsome butcher.

I give Fausto’s 5 stars because it’s a rare, good sized, full-service grocery store and with reasonable prices just two blocks from Duval, vs the alternative which is none. Board Head lunch meats, shampoo, syrup...a nice change after a week of over-priced (but tasty) restaurant food!

I loved my experience here. There are some excellent fresh and local options for a decadent home cooked meal. The owner and staff are happy and helpful. I’ll be back whenever I’m in town.

Nice little grocery store. The deli offers many homemade salads, sandwiches and other breakfast/ lunch options. The sushi was good also. There meat selections was also good. The prices store wide are expensive and the selection is limited, but there not many grocery store options in Key West, walking distance from Duval.

The best wine and craft beer selection on the island, which doesnt mean best ever anywhere, but not disappointing. Excellent fresh bread from a local bakery and a respectable cheese selection. I think the people griping about the place wish there was a Costco in every American city, but it seems to me Faustos is the only retail food outlet making an effort. Were the end of the line out here, after all.

Convenient! Would rather spend my money with the locally owned. Unfortunately the produce isnt always the best and its a little expensive. Support local! Great beer selection. Great staff.

Stopped by for a few groceries. Everything was excellent except for the box of spaghetti we bought which had live bugs inside 😩 Rather disappointing but we had our local, wild caught shrimp, scallops, and asparagus without the pasta. It was delicious!

Great deli and daily rotating hot dishes, soups, sides, good dessert, and sushi. Deli sandwiches, fried chicken, roasted pork and desserts stand out. Convenient to grab a meal to go and pick up quick grocery items.

Faustos on Fleming St. does a great job of stocking your needs in Key West. You pay a premium but really, cmon people Ive seen higher prices at Whole Foods on the mainland. Staff are helpful and kind. Produce shelves have a nice and varied as are the deli and meat department.

Great little grocery store with everything you need. We were staying a block away, so it was nice to have somewhere to go and buy some drinks and snacks for our room.

Morons at the front registers. On a busy Friday, two register people, holding up two long lines as both could not figure out how to run my credit card, eventually declined due to suspicious bank fraud with repeated transactions. Took me 30 minutes to clear with my bank. Thank God they are looking out for absolute idiots like these two guys. Bring cash and prepare yourself for third graders helping you.

Awesome local grocery store. Had everything my family needed when we arrived in Key West. Staff was great and even only being a few days after they opened back up to tourists the shelves were stocked.

This place is okay i guess, if you like local stores but im not a fan of the long lines that happen here when its busy.

If you look hispanic, better not go shopping in this place.

Very cool place with very original variety. Prices are a little high for some things but, no worse than anywhere else. I LOVE their deli and their breads and cheeses. They also have about 4-5 aisles for their wine selection which is very ecclectic and cool. This place embodies what Key West REALLY is. It isnt Duval and all that. Its small businesses representing the cultural diversity that is the bedrock of Key West. Faustos is a gem.

Its over priced. They do not sell lottery tickets or have lotto. I was disappointed about this. The only thing about Faustos is that they are very convenience located to the guest houses on Fleming Street.
