Wicked Lick came onto my radar during my first trip to Key West after doing some research and walking temptingly past it several times right along Duval Street. But sadly, we didn’t ever stop to further investigate. So when we came back a few months later it was an easy choice.The lady working made the entire experience. I didn’t see what her name was but she was sweeter than the ice cream, and she even gave us coupons!I got the peanut butter ice cream and it was literally like eating frozen peanut butter- which is totally a good thing! Their menu seemed really fun too- the entire place is pirate themed, and they call the toppings to the ice cream a “booty” and other small fun touches.Overall a fun little place and a good stop along the walk to shops and the other end of the island!

The coolest place in town!!! They make your ice cream right in front of you. Their topping are all very fresh too. The fruit toppings are cut at the time the order is placed.

I got a coffee flavored ice cream with biscoff cookie butter! It was delicious!!! Honestly some of the smoothest and creamier coffee ice creams Ive ever had. Perfect pick me up when its hot outside! The owner was great and hung out and talked with us for a while too. Really nice.

If I could rate 0 I would. Icecream tastes all the same, we tried 7 flavors. One of the flavor had pieces of fabric in it.. just take your $$ elsewhere.. Really disappointed..

Good Shakes but more expensive than the other choices in the area. The nitrogen they advertise doesnt make it any better than any other parlors. In fact it slowed the process down and waited close to ten minutes for my shake.

Me and my wife met the owner on a recent trip to Key West. Really nice guy, down to earth . I told him that I noticed his sign walking down Street, it says if you dont lick it, someone else will. I told my wife, aint that the truth. We bought some merchandise, and took some pics in front of his store. This place is awesome and a (must see) if your in Key West.

Seeing that ice cream is way over rated in Key West. First, the server wasnt helpful at all - wont say rude, just way aloof. A few ice cream flavors to choose from, each typical, then you choose your cheap (but costly) toppings. I got a waffle cone of berry cherry with dark chocolate topping, and most of that Hershey syrup rolled off the cone and onto the floor. The ice cream was very soft. They were out of Captain Crunch. I suggest buy the really cool t-shirt and act like you ate the very over rated ice cream.

No hoax, we are just a couple who like good ice cream. Also, why would i come and tell you the ice cream isnt good? What would you have done, make it taste better? Your rude demeanor in your reply to her review shows your colors. So i will share my experience. The ice cream was bland, the rasberry, strawberry, berry cherry all tasted too similar. The pistachio and coconut had more flavor, but nothing special. Maybe you remember us now from our order. There are plenty of other ice cream parlors that are good local business.

First time in key west and loved walking Duval Street. We spotted this shop and it has amazing nitro ice creams! Love the fact they have dairy free for my wife (coconut milk based) which still creamy and super tasty ice cream. Not water based.I got a regular vanilla with brownie bites and caramelized bacon. Pffff looking forward to get another one tomorrow!Also big plus: the staff was great and super friendly.

We went on 06/12/20 and it was soooo good that we went back the next day! I saw comments about the prices being high and you get what you pay for! Any specialty place will be higher than a place that scoops from premade buckets! Duh. It is sooooo worth it! I plan on going back a 3rd time before we leave tomorrow. GET THE PISTACHIO!!

Its wicked cool this new liquid nitrogen ice cream shop just opened and I get to review them first! Let me tell you their open bar type service right on Duval street totally hit our ice cream craving just right. The key lime chili was really tasty yet the maple bacon was soooooo tasty that I wished I ordered a bigger size!

I testify as a witness to the pulling out of two strands of fabric( one of which had the initial appearance of a hair about 2 1/2inches long) from the iced cream.I still ate mine

**Warning for the wise...** Make sure you only purchase whatever he makes fresh, in front of you. It will be incredibly creamy and delicious. However, if you order something he has to scoop from his case, where the ice cream has been sitting for a while, it will have a much less decadent and more of an icey texture. Get the fresh stuff, you will love it!

The ice cream was okay at best. Also, the staff was blowing on the food to clear the nitrogen fog, which is pretty gross even if we forget that COVID is a thing right now.

This is the freshest ice cream you will have ever eaten most likely and all of it is made in VERY small batches. It was probably the best ice cream I’ve ever had and my friend that visited with me agreed! You should 100% try it! Totally worth the price and the owner is incredibly welcoming and kind.

Wonderful tasting ice cream! Very personable and friendly staff. Lots of interesting flavors to choose from. We went traditional and really enjoyed a scoop of chocolate and a scoop of pistachio ice cream.

Wicked Lick has super small batch ice creams which are delicious. Coffee flavor made with cold brew, strawberry made with real berries, and one of the BEST non-dairy coconut ice creams I’ve had. The mix-ins are a bit expensive, but still great for a hot day.

Everything was soooo good! We had PB&J and Cookie Butter Caramel. They were both delicious. The owner was incredibly nice and let us try whatever we wanted. The waffle chips were a great surprise. Try them! Well definitely be back for more.

10/16/2020: Not worth the cost AT ALL. Extremely over priced and not good.10/17/2020: owner responded that this rating was a former disgruntled employee that was let go. I am absolutely not a former employee and am shocked at the owner’s lack of concern for a negative experience at their business.My husband and I have walked past Wicked Lick several times while in Key West and finally decided to try it out last night. We were offered samples which was nice and the samples were good. We both ordered the peanut butter in a waffle cone, mine with sprinkles and his with what he thought would be brownie bites. I’m not sure if overall the flavor wasn’t good past the initial sample or if the server (as it was not the same person to take our order) was mistaken and gave us the wrong order as it tastes like plain vanilla. My husband also only received what I would describe as one miniature brownie plopped on top.. not what he was expecting for “brownie bites”. Aside from paying nearly $20 for what tasted like plain vanilla ice cream, it was half melted by the time the server handed it to us and quite difficult to even eat since it was essentially liquid in a cone. Not satisfied at all, disturbed the owner would immediately blame a past employee for a bad review, and will not be returning.

This place, in my personal opinion, is a great place to visit and sort of just take that long-deserved break. The ice cream in general is delicious. We were walking, and suddenly we see a free sample of strawberry ice cream. It tasted wonderful, so we went and bought some. Very fun and interesting to watch them freeze the ice cream. There is a nice range of flavors to choose from, and from what me and my family have tasted, theyre amazing. Its a nice, humble, little place!

Don’t mix in any of the toppings and very overpriced. Spent $15 for a cup of ice cream with about half of a cookie and one brownie bite sitting on top. Very disappointedEdit: owner reached out offering a free scoop for our disappointing experience. While we had left town and couldn’t take advantage, it was a nice gesture and we understand his/her explanation, so we’ve added one star to our review.

$6.50 for basic ice cream

This really is something different. The on the spot liquid nitrogen flash freezes the ice cream, preventing the normally occurring crystallization. This gives for a super smooth creamy texture! Something only truly understood by trying it yourself 😉 To top it off, the only warm thing sitting in between the ice cream is Phils welcoming friendliness!

We arrived 13 minutes before closing and were turned away by the child employees.

I got the chocolate krispy. Served me my icecream melted with rice krispies on top. Didnt realize it was so melted till I got the first couple rice krispies out of the way and by that time it was barley even cold. I basically drank my icecream. Tasted like a melted frosty. My husbands though, perfect. He got the PB&J it was delicious. I probably should have gotten them to make me another one but I was already half way done so whats the bother.

My family and I were wandering around Duvall one evening thisJuly and a gentleman offered us free samples. Wow... he got us hook line and sinker. We all ordered ice cream and it was some of the best ice cream I have ever tasted. We had a great chat while they were making the ice cream and it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Wicked Lick for an evenings ice cream walk or an after dinner treat. Good memories of our holiday.

Nitrogen Ice cream!! The taste was very different and loved them. You can add toppings which makes it even more delicious. I tried the strawberry sauce topping on a vanilla ice cream and it was amazing. The way the prepare the ice cream is a great experience to look at. Duval Street makes it even more a better place to visit.

When it is hot at Key West you really want something to keep you hydrated and at the same time remind you of the tropical island. They have it right here and very affordable prices. Highly recommended.

Had to try, dispite the high prices (for natural ingredients - which I appreciate). The Icecream was good and VERY smooth, however (I believe) this may cause a faster melt. I expected WOW and received smoothness.
