The worst experience in customer service ever. I wasnt exactly sure what I was looking for basically getting visual ideas of how to furnish an extra room. This older Asian man kept on trying to sale us used old furniture that had been sitting outside for god knows how long. It was extremely nasty, had stains everywhere and it was just plain gross 😝. Then he took us inside and tried to sale us a futon that was bright yellow and when I didnt agree to purchase it at a great $99 price he told us theres the door, GET OUT!! Mind you it was the side door of the shop. So rude!!!

Great little find in Killeen. New and used furniture not overpriced like most places. Found exactly what I was searching for. Glad I checked it out.

They always have what you need, negotiable prices. Delivery services are great! My dryer broke, was replaced and delivered so the old one they got rid of!

I give two stars because of the price and he offers same day delivery, but it’s not okay to talk to staff and customers with entitlement . we spend our time and money to help the business grow and there’s no gratitude.

Loss of a single star for on the respect but well knowledgeable of furniture and as a refurbishment and discounted furniture store not only prices where more than fair but fairly large selection for what i was looking for. Bought a coffee table and kitchen table. $75 coffee and $120 for dining table w/4 chairs. Small cracks though marble but the set is sturdy. Nothing of this store is new all refurbishment.

Some rude Chinese man brought me to tears today. I have NEVER been treated so badly. We saw the store on our way home, and Ive been wanting a new entertainment center and an office chair, so we decided to stop and look. My husband waited in the car. While I was browsing, he walked up behind me, scaring the crap out of me, and said Hey, lady, what do you want?! in a rude tone. I told him what I was looking for, and he pointed to one and said Here. This one 20 dollars. and I told him I was looking for a different style like the ones up front, and he told me the one I liked was 60. I really was interested in it, and I told him let me go ask my husband in the car if he liked it. Then he asked, Are you browsing or looking to buy? and I told him if my husband liked it, then I wanted to buy. He repeated the question, and I told him if the price was right, I was buying a chair today and maybe the TV stand (I know those cost more than an office chair). He got VERY angry, and yelled, Just tell me the truth, are you buying today or not?! and then stormed off. I walked out of the store in tears. I dont care if the chair was a good price (it was one of the fancy business chairs that retail upwards of $300), I will NOT be buying from a man like that.

The owners are a lil kooky, but I always end up getting my furniture there. Its cheap but good quality. Worth it, but you have to have a sense of humor and not be easily offended. Ill go back for sure. Always do.

I wish i can give this place no stars I went in looking for a mattress an the owner who was Chinese was so rude he kept trying to sell us a mattress but didnt give us options we didnt even say no he told us to leave an not to come back horrible experience def. Not a way to do business we bought couches from him yesterday witch now I regret ever giving him my money I usually dont leave reviews on places but people should no not to shop here!

TL;DR Found a good chair for cheap!Was on the hunt for an oversized reading chair, and checked most of the small business furniture shops around Killeen. Stumbled upon this place last minute, and instantly saw a chair I loved with a price I could agree with. I did have some concerns of the cleanliness of the place, as well as the interactions with the staff based on all of the other reviews, but proceeded with caution. The owner offered us a flat rate deal for the chair as well as a lowered delivery fee. After getting the chair home and cleaning it multiple times, I believe it to be clean and free of any bugs (not that I actually found any to begin with but you never know) and will keep my fingers crossed. I can understand the complaints of other reviewers, but I believe that its possible to get decent quality furniture at a low price from this location. Just make sure to thoroughly check it over before buying.

I went to purchase a bedroom set. I thought I was getting a deal until I started to notice after a week I looked under the mattress and seen they used a piece of plywood and some 2x4s to set the mattresss on . Now it is leaning to the side. The owner also told a cost then I looked at my credit card statement and seen that he over charged me 40.00. I think the owner has real problems. If you are looking for furniture just go to another place so that you get treated fairly and can understand what hat the people are saying.

The asian man who runs this place literally just chased my fiancee and I out of the store with a hammer! I told him he was rude because he almost ran into my fiancee as he was passing us. Another customer mentioned how rude he was also. As we were walking out he started yelling and following us outside and had a hammer in his hand and lifted it in the air towards us as if he was going to attack us! The man is obviously unstable and is lucky we didnt call the police!

Worst customer service ever! LITERALLY WAS TOLD. I DONT THINK YOU HAVE ANY MONEY I went tf off. And left the store will never ever return. Would not spend a penny I found on the ground there.

Rudest place ive ever been inside of and also called. They are very rude and have the worst customer service ever. When they took me to the back where the man and woman was fighting while helping me he told me a used fridge was $299 cash today now give me. I said I cant afford that he says get out. Smhhhh.

Went there last week for an office chair and negotiated to $40 but I declined. A week later I came back to see if the offer was still available. After mentioning the previous offer he said No way. Get out! So I decided to leave but as I walked away he yelled a new price followed by a Get out of my store. Being confused, I continued to leave as another sales representative tried to negotiate with me but I explained I would not give him my business after he told me to leave. I was then followed out of the store with a tirade of swear words. I highly recommend this store if you want to be treated like crap and get into an arguement. Otherwise avoid this place and let a terrible businessowner go out of business so something better can take over.

Owner or scam artist? He attempted to give us sales discounts and various markdowns under the guise that the owner would be back in an hour and prices would go up. Saying he was the manager and the owner was coming soon, he actually motioned some sales would be like in his pocket and not registered inside.We did settle for a two piece sofa set but at ring up included delivery when he said it would be free. My card was run and cancelled when noticed his over charge. Then he tried to credit back, which the bank will put a hold on now. Now Im left with insufficient funds, but he continues to run again with my balance showing zero, no money available. He gives me his cancelled receipts and tells us to leave check bank, which I have done while there. He gets rude, anxious and yelling at his own employees. We call our bank and they say there was too many transactions for the system to give a accurate update other than showing a zero balance. We return and ask him who is identified as Yoon the Owner on his card, to verify with his bank. Twice his employee called pospurchase system and each time received differing stories. Yoon was so frantic he told us to leave, he was yelling to customer service reps on the phone and before we left threatened his employee who was only helping him, with firing. Situation was not resolved with any parties and Im still at zero balance and no furniture.Worse ever service, incompetent owner, and finaticly hyper sensitive. Watch out for Yoon and The Savings Store Furniture establishment.

The Asian man in the store was EXTREMELY rude. A black female asked if they had a catalog and he began to berate her using expletives. I, myself, felt very uncomfortable and decided to leave several minutes after. Judging by what others have said, this man does NOT deserve to conduct business within our community.

The first time i went there i was with my mom and she doesnt speak english but she was trying her best to ask the guy about a entertainment center she liked. When she asked the chinese guy (owner) he was giving her an attitude and being rude as hell. I had a very rude Chinese man named Yoon his card states he is the owner and a black guy showed up ok cool so they were supposed to look at all my items and then buy them the Chinese guy stated all my items where crap and i had just bought them from lowes homedepot and other stores not even 6 months ago and the owner stated my washer wasnt working i was washing clothing in my washer she stated it wasnt running the black man that came to my house with the old Chinese man heard my washer running and told him it was working the Chinese man stated to put my washer on the spin cycle i told him i just started that load and i wasnt going to mess up my load of laundry that is washing then the old Chinese man then got very angry then stated that he wanted me to pull all my Landry out of the washer so he can see if it was runny after i stated no he got very aggressive and i told him to get out of my house worst service ever

I follow suit with other customers review. Once we mentioned that the price was out of our budget he asked us what our budget was. We told him $100 and he proceeded to tell us to leave and go next door. Very rude. Got in our personal space squeezing past us in small areas.. very uncomfortable environment. Thankful I had a friend with me.
