Never can they just simply answer my question, I have had my work tablet In and finally they told me the drivers were bad. Five times to be exact and they should have replaced it the first time. So not happy with best buy at all. Spent $3k in one day only to have such problems
Found a new fridge to surprise the family for Christmas at a great price. They even delivered, set the new one up, and hauled away the old one! They were quick, efficient, and extremely professional. I was able to also get 18 months of interest free financing for it!!! Plan on buying my new stove from here too next! FYI: The stainless steel one is cheaper than the black stainless steel. Needless to say, I got the stainless steel one, which looks amazing in my kitchen!
Walked in with a few things in mind, was greeted with a friendly welcome, and after a few minutes of looking at some items I had unsolicited help with a great attitude. They didnt have the exact product I was looking for, but checked (without me having to ask) and showed me what options I had for them to order. A great experience overall here 👍🏼👍🏼
RUDE!!! JUST ABSOLUTELY, RUDE! Spent $300, my friend spent about the same. We were treated like an inconvenience when we asked for help. We were given chicken neck attitude when we got in the correct line, but they didnt want to help us there. They wanted us somewhere else. I dont read minds, I read posted signs. AMAZON is taking over for a reason. Customer Service is becoming a rare commodity. Especially when you hire people that couldnt care less.
Its got electronics you know like electronics this is a good place to get them because they got them and you know if you like electronics places that dont have GPus but have pictures of gpus they dont have and you really love this place it is a lot of fun and washing machines also. Its uhhh the total package

We returned a Hisense tv because the sound quality was worse than my iPhone. The guy who was helping us a short dude with a Chicago flag and glasses was questioning us in a rude way why we were returning it. Yes you need a reason to type it in, but don’t ask us a million questions when we already told you why we’re returning it. Stop acting like you have an amazing career and belittling us for returning it. We’re buying our tv elsewhere now because you’re rude.
Had a warranty on my sons PS4 controller 🎮 and although they didnt have any in stock I was provided with a Best Buy gift card to be able to order a new one. Friendly and fast service. And remember to always get a warranty on your electronics. ❤️
Was looking for a drone and a gentleman helped me out was was extremely knowledgeable about all regulations regarding drone flying and all the specs on all the drones. He even had pictures to show me on how his drone took pictures and I found that really cool. I wish I remembered his name but just ask around my best description is tall and has short curly hair wore a hat and has a mask on a lanyard. Thanks man I love my drone
They have a wide selection of most electronics you could want and they keep the store clean. I actually had a cashier once walk me to a different area of the store to show me additional products when I told her I what I was buying was not exactly what I wanted but it was all that was available.On the down side the Geek Squad wanted to charge me like 100$ to flash my BIOS which I thought was insane. That takes about 30 seconds. Ended up going to a computer repair store and they did it for free.
Absolutely worse experience I’ve ever had with Best Buy! I came in for help on my lap top that they have pushed back 2 weeks now, so Im 2 weeks late starting MEDICAL school. And thy basically said oh well it was done online there’s nothing for us to do… but there associate was the one who told me to do it online… horrible customer service

Crystal waited on us asking if we needed help. I told her I was interested in ear buds for an android. She was very knowledgeable showing me a variety ..she didnt try to push me into buying but reminded me if they didnt work out to bring them back within a certain time frame...Id suggest this store to all...
Went in to pick up a TV, once I got into the TV department an employee with his hand full of stuff stopped and asked me if I needed help. He ended up just helping me from start to finish. Shout out to him.
Good luck getting approved for their credit card. Who do they think they are? Amex? I have 100% on time payments for anything over ever financed via credit, work full time, and still cant get approved.
Very friendly staff. I was able to find the product I was searching for and was in and out within 5 minutes. Masks are not required but are encouraged for those not fully vaccinated. The parking lot is huge so you wont have issues with parking.
They explained everything and even have training from the geek squad.. so kool. Thank for your help just with I could get my Dell reader to work on my Google chrome book for work n school. Thank you for your help.
Not happy with the sub contractor they sent to mount my TV. I returned to get it rectified and stood behind the counter for 20 minutes while the guys attempted to fix the problem only to discover that i didnt need to be there at all and the entire time I was standing there was pointless. So I left with them telling me they would send me an email showing me what date a tech would return...never got the email so I had to go back to the store and go through the entire process again...just not well organized.
Sad what Best Buy has become. Poor customer service and have little product on hand. You can see the end is near for these stores.

I’ve been to this location 3 times already to buy headphones.Every time, it takes an employee about 10 mins to ask if I need help and another 15 mins to get the proper employee for the section to help me. I’ve walked out every time.Very slow customer service and poor restocking. I recommend ordering online, it might be a lot faster.
I purchased a refrigerator and salesperson was exceptional. Today our time slot for delivery was 7am - 1pm. The installer called to let me know he would be there at 12:45 or so. He walked up to the door, never rang the doorbell, stood for 32 seconds and left. Wont return calls or messages. Store location not accepting phone calls at this time according to their answering service. Customer service line is a 30 minute hold and then automatically hangs up. Of course theres really no point to the review, Best Buy couldnt care less.
Love seeing the Animals. Would love to see more shows done thru out the day. Water prices should be lower specifically for the heat wave we been having over 90F over $3. Overall make sure to bring snacks and or drinks cuz everything is pricey. Wish they would understand that if they would lower they would sell more but think they hold onto the statement that they use the money for the animals. (Which I believe they do) but still there prices need to be revamped
Best buy has fallen off a good bit. I understand the overhead cost for stores in the online shopping world these days, but that isnt an excuse to not stock most laptops on display. They had 3 laptops in stock and the rest had to be ordered online. Most people that go to a store to buy an item expect to go home with it that day. If they planned on waiting for it to come in the mail, then they could shop online anywhere and expand their options. Im sure its a cost effective business plan, but ultimately I bet it hurts their sales. Best buy appears to only be good for TV and appliances these days.

And in recent events of my life I am on a journey to travel the United States I stopped in as usual to find a product I was looking for and Best Buy had it. The customer service was fantastic and I can always rely on the products at Best Buy when I buy. Thank you for the outstanding customer service I await the day to come see yall again!!

Bought a radio system online. Researched what I needed for my vehicle and paid 400 dollars for the system but unbeknownst to me I had to pay an additional 205 dollars for the radio to synch with the steering wheel and backup camera on the SUV. When I bought the system the item advertised said that it was steering control ready, backup camera ready and satellite ready in which to me an average Joe type that the component and wire set up is already present or at least a plug and play location to connect too. Instead I needed to buy actual parts and wiring kits for each piece that needed to be connected to the radio and pay separately an install fee for each item that needs to installed. The installer Roy was great and professional and did a fantastic job getting everything in but Best Buy did not have a good selection of available radios the 2X I went to shop their prior and was told it would be easier to go online to order what you want and build the radio system from there and how you need it to perform. The website only gives you the radio install prices but not the cost to get the radio to plug into your existing hardware. That is very crucial for a customer to make an informed decision on where to buy a product and wait for a month to get an install appointment.
Super fast curbside pickup! The have the best warranties on all electronics. I mean its best buy where else are you going to get your gadgets 👍
I would give you NO stars, but I cant. I purchased an 82 TV, wall mount, and installation service.....easy. Salesperson was great. I was in and out of the store in 15 minutes with a confirmed delivery and install date. I got a confirmation email and call the day prior to the install date. My scheduled time was 7AM-1PM. I waited, and waited. I checked the online delivery status several times.....We are on the way, see you soon. IPM passes, no delivery, no call. I call my local Best Buy....they dont answer the phone, they direct you to their website. The website message says my delivery is on the way. I wait....no delivery, no call. I look up Best Buy customer service number and call......30 minute wait to talk to an associate, then another 20 minutes to get an answer. I was told that my phone number was forwarded to the delivery driver, and I would be contacted soon with delivery information. I waited, and waited. Its now 5PM, no delivery, no call. Since the local store does not answer its phone, I drive 30 minutes one way to get some information. The manager does some checking. To make a looooong story short, I find out that my TV was still at the store and had not even been picked up for delivery and installation. When I was going to be notified of this is anybodys guess. I sat from 7AM until 5PM....no delivery, no calls.....all the while getting a message from their website that my delivery was on the way. I got a full refund, returned home, then ordered (online) the exact TV, mount, and mounting and installation service from a major retailer for $100 less. Thanks Best Buy for a lovely day..
Prices are very high, for the up to date products. People now buy by what is up to date with technology. I was sold a product and was not told the general age, and the sales person was not knowledgeable on what I would need for long term use of the product.. The Camera dept needs to go deeper to give the customer a user friendly experience..
Bought our refrigerator here along with some security cameras and other electronics. They usually have a pretty good selection of things but this last visit, several sections seemed under-stocked. We’ve done delivery, curbside, and shopped in store. Delivery went great, curbside pickup was fine, but our in-store visit, they had a line wrapped around and down the aisle with two cashiers, both very slow. Took forever to check-out...

They were so amazing! We got there 5 minutes before closing, they made it known they were out of the product we were looking for right at the door, but also let it be known they just got a truck. They checked around to see if what we needed was available, once confirmed, they were able to give us the exact location of where we could find it, and had us out before closing! Great job guys!

This best buy gave my computer to someone else picking up a totally different system. The response given was that they simply dont know how that could have happened. Oh, and the shock that the other person didnt return my new computer for the old laptop they left behind.

Curbside service, I am in love with it now. I may never have to go inside and wait in lines again. The staff was helpful and brought the smaller items to my car. I was able to pull up to the curb to load my larger item. Friendly, helpful, and just all around pleasent. I will be doing business there again.

I bought an open box apple pencil. I connected with my ipad and I figured the charing port has some cracks and seems almost broken. I visited the store, and they helped me kind and very nice. It was my first time to having this issue but they are kind and helped me! I visited several stores but this Best Buy Killeen one was one of the best shop experience!
We wasted our time driving to Killeen only to be told we could not transport our TV in a Ford Escape and the TV fits. The manager is also not responsive to the needs of customers.

Never dealing with the Best Buy in Killeen, Texas again. Placed an order for a refrigerator on the 30th of May. Selected delivery for the 16th of June. Received a text and email that the delivery and installation would take place today between 12-3 pm. Called after three to figure out where they were as I made sure to move the old appliance. They stated j made the appointment for the 23rd of June. I cancelled my order. The delivery person called me and asked if I received my appliance not even five minutes after I cancelled my order. Said it was in the warehouse for delivery in the morning. He went to pick it up in order to deliver it and it was gone. I caught it on a deal ($750.00 off due to the Memorial Day Sales) and now I will have to spend more in order to get the appliance from professionals. Ridiculous!!!

Since the covid-19 crisis I find myself using the curbside pick up here due to the fact that finding help inside the store is next to impossible. The young man who helped me last time stopped on the way back retrieving a key to open a cabinet for a product I wanted to buy. I made it known I didnt have much time and yet he stopped to help another customer in the middle of assisting me. I finally had to walk over and get him to finish with me and then go to another customer. There seems to be a lack of critical thinking skills these days at this store.

Quick easy stop. I wanted a washer and the worker at appliances was fast and knowledgeable. Based on previous big appliance purchases if they dont have a big appliance they can get it within a reasonable time frame.
Worked with a young lady named Kaydance in the phone department. I had a very serious issue that my cellphone provider was causing me. Kaydance sat there for over three hours with me to make sure everything I needed and wanted was taken care of. She was the sweetest and most patient even though it was a very frustrating situation. She even made sure my kids were taken care of and entertained. I will continue to go to this storejust for her.

Went here to buy an otterbox for a new phone due to old one dying during a food pickup. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was impressed but the check out line was filled with people needing information instead of checking out. I dared not to say anything but it appeared that the store was understaffed during a customer slam. So great staff just not enough people at work.

I went in today to purchase a home theater system. No one greeted my family or even acknowledged we were there. I finally tracked down some one after 15 minutes to help. I asked simple questions about a samsung vs bose and the employee got annoyed. I left and went to best buy in temple. Way better service.

We were having a difficult time and the store seemed to be short handed so there was a wonderful associate Ryan stepped in and answered our questions and helped us check out since there was only one more associate checking out and a line wrapped around he took on two registers at once.As he’s helping out a rude associate Tommy comes over and rushes him and tells him “you shouldn’t be over here that’s not your problem and hurry up”.Ryan apologized for the rudeness of the other associate. I really hope the Tommy individual was not in any management position because he defiantly doesn’t seem like a team player.Thanks for your help Ryan.
Great place. Large selection of electronics products. We bought protective glass for our smartphones with a lifetime warranty for screen protection. Today we came to change them, an employee Madison helped us restore the receipt, since we lost one and perfectly replaced protective glass on our smartphones.
