Quality work! Friendly people!The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is that my car was very dusty inside from the sanding before painting! My trunk, flormats, all was a mess with sanding dust!But the work looks nice. Overall Im satisfied!

I spoke to a guy that actually did an awesome estimate but they obviously are way too busy to deal with me. I took it to be more of a family organization than a BUSINESS. I was quite offended the way a guy brushed me off as if he didnt want to deal with me. James was awesome and I believe a young man named Eric did my estimate but there is an older guy there that seemed like a Trump supporter he cut me off, he was rude and barely could stay on key with a conversation because there was a lady that looked like she was old enough to be his daughter smiling in his face. He was unprofessional as ever!!!!! Ive always noticed police cars being repaired there but I wouldnt go there!! Id rather deal with professional people than not be able to be served because Im not privileged . I was so disgusted by this old creepy guy!!

I would totally advise anyone who needs body work or any kind of work done to go see DND. They are very professional, very nice people and they do very very good work. I will be going back when I need any kind of work done on my car. I really appreciate them they came clutch when I needed it the most. They are DEFINITELY worth your business.

D and D is absolutely amazing! I took my vehicle in because the corner of my bumper was popping out. I was told I needed a whole bumper. However that they could put some glue on it and it would hold. Which is exactly what my husband wanted to do, if not for being deployed. It was so nice to know that they weren’t just going for the most expensive fix. The staff was great the guy that fixed my car explained everything to me and showed me what was broken on my bumper. The front desk employee was very nice and helpful. I found a great auto body shop that my husband and I trust. We will absolutely being returning!

My paint job was very nice it actually matches my car.

Did a amazing job with my husbands Dodge Ram!! Matched the paint perfectly and they had wonderful Customer Service!! Will definitely be using again if needed. Highly recommend them for all your body shop needs!

Edit: The bumper popped back off on the sides after my husband bottomed out on a parking curb. They quickly popped it back in place and didnt charge a dime! 100% recommend!------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------If you have any repairs or auto body work needing to be done, I highly recommend D&D Body Shop.Caliber Collision was quoting upwards of $1600 to repair my front bumper after a seriously minor fender bender. The wreck did not even crack my flimsy plastic bumper.Took the vehicle to D&D body shop, they repainted the bumper for me, repaired a couple cracked/broken snaps and had me out the door for $200.My car looks brand new and it was repaired at OEM standards!

I can’t give this place enough of a good review. Typically body shops are rude and over charge, however when taking a panel to them to be painted their prices were almost half of any other competitor. The owner, James, was a super nice guy and very personable. He believes in helping people and not ripping them off, and the quality of work was superb. I hope the best for his shop, and if you want quality/timely work go to them.

Very poor customer service from female working there. The manager puts his employees over customers which is unacceptable, any one can be a customer service representative, I did it for 3 years before I pursued a different career. Teach your employees customer service if you want your local business to last. I’ll never step foot in the place again for any future auto body repairs. Be warned...

I took my husband truck to be worked on, and as soon as I entered the lady smiled and welcome me. She explained that it would take a couple of hrs for the work to be completed. She offered me a ride home and also to pick me up when done. The second lady who was there took me home and was very pleasant as well. In the afternoon I received a call letting me know that the truck was ready and to not worry that they will just take it to me. I was very surprised for all the great service that they provided since now a days not many businesses have good customer service. I sent pictures of the repairs to my husband and he was very pleased with the work.Great customer service and great work = Outstanding business.

These guys definitely know what they are doing. Car looks and feels just like how I drove it off of the lot. I would have given a 5 star but it took about 35 days for my collision repair, not too bad if you ask me.The owner James allowed me to take my car and pay him the deductible at a later time. He was very personable and an overall happy gentleman. The work did take a little longer than expected but when getting your vehicle repaired patience is key. I would recommend this location over other places because it is easy to get to and they do quality work.P.S. The owner is well connected with insurances, dealerships, and has a vast knowledge of the work he takes on.

Great service. My van doors could not open. They charged me a minimal fee. Service was very fast. Receptionist picked me up n dropped me off at rental location as I thought I would need one. Great service and the for opening my doors.

23 December 23, 2015I want to thank D&D body shop for wonderful early Christmas present. After a long anticipated wait…I received my 1997 BMW today. The paint job is absolutely stunning .It looks like it did when I first picked it up from the showroom floor at the dealership. Additionally, the cost for the job was very reasonable. That was money well spent. I have to personally thank the owner for living up to his word. He assured me that he would oversee the work to make sure that it was done right, and he did. A first rate job in my book. Thanks to him, I will have a very jolly Christmas this year. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.Was informed the vehicle would be ready 2 weeks ago, then was told they had no car idea why that would have been said it would be another 2 weeks. Two weeks go by and we call asking the status of the vehicle, which we were then told it would be finished that Friday. Waited for a call that we never received and called them ourselves. We were told it would not be done until Monday (today), so we called around 3:00pm and asked the status once again. We were told it would be done today and they would give us a call. It is now 5:51pm and they closes and weve still never received a phone call to get the vehicle. Multiple times weve had to reschedule appointments and change the way we got to other destinations because of the lack of communication they have. Ive even had to walk to work three times because of this situation. Feel highly disrespected and disgusted with the professionalism of this company.

These guys made my car look brand new after it had been vandalized and most of the hood had scratches and needed new clear coat and paint in some areas. Dont go to caliber collision or paceline, they will try to over charge you, $800-$900 for a simple buff and paint job. This shop charged me significantly less than that and did impeccable body work - all done in about 8 hours! While caliber collision told me it Id be without a car for 5 whole days!

Went there for a estimate to get my 2008 Ford F-150 to get painted the same color it already is all white, and to knock out the little door dings and scratches, and let me tell you the owner James personally walked outside and did the estimate with me and told me that it would only cost $2500 and I was honestly shocked. Prior to going over to D & D Body shop I went to Maaco and they gave me a estimate of $4948.98 which I personally thought was over priced in my opinion, so I went to D & D Body shop right after and I was very pleased with the work I saw there and with the estimate. I will be dropping of my truck there to get painted for sure and I will be posting pictures after the job is complete and I expect nothing but the best from them.

I will tell you this much, I originally had plans to write review after this work. Normally I would go thru insurance but since I wanted other work done I decided to go this route. Went on vacation for 1 week, got estimate of work, wanted to drop vehicle off day before I left. Couldnt cause parking lot was too full. No big deal on that part, was given a date to drop off. No problem there either. Came back vehicle hadnt even been painted after having for 1 week. Waited few more days, called again, given few more days. Went to shop asked about completion date. Told 1.5hrs would be done had a few dings to repair still, detail vehicle inside/out. Went back to shop 4.5hrs later see truck has 2 dings that are painted but not repaired. Girl in office attitude all wrong to be in front office greeting customers. Truck is dirty hand prints everywhere, over spray on truck and she looking at me waiting for me to point it out to her, you can clearly see white spray on dark plum paint. Bottom line if you want cheap poor quality work done with poor less than 1 star customer service this is your spot. I wouldnt recommend this place for my worst enemy. Fool me once shame on me. Definitely will not happen again. Went here cause shop I normally use only handles insurance claims. This was a shopping cart damage to drivers door in HEB. Figured I would get all other door dings repaired as well. Picked wrong place to get it done. Thats all. Search/read reviews of some of the people that use the business before you spend your money.The attitude I was getting from this chic was further infuriating me. Poor poor poor. Check around first unless as Mgr put it to me, is a rock chip really that important. If I brought it to you to be repaired then it must be..are you serious.

This place is the worst place ever! From the rude staff (female), to the poor job repairing my vehicle, this place was a disaster of a choice . There was actually more damage coming out of this place, then when it went in. No accountability, no management of people, or knowledge on how to run a legit biz. Make a wise decision, and stay away from this place. There goes more money out of my pocket to have someone repair their mistakes!

They did impeccable work on my F-150, they fixed 2 huge rust holes, price was great & my truck looks brand new.

Edit: I changed my rating to 1 star after just now calling to speak to a manager and got rejected. The worker that picked up the phone told me there’s nothing she can do and laughed when I expressed how frustrating this has been. She then went on to tell me that she has no idea where my car is or if it will in fact be ready tomorrow.Man,I can’t express how frustrated I am with this entire experience.I dropped my car off on March 30th in the morning and wasn’t given a turnaround time for my vehicle. I figured it’d be a week or so because of parts needing to be ordered etc.The gentleman that helped me understood my situation, and knew that we didn’t have a rental car.I emailed last week and was told that my car would be ready mid-week but was never told if it was last week or this week that it would be ready. Then, I call on Monday April 9th to check on the status of my car in which I was told it’d be painted Tuesday, April 10th and I can pick it up Thursday April 12th.I call yesterday, April 11th to check on my car and was told it was getting painted… key word… GETTING painted.I stop by the shop this morning to pay and pick up my car and I was told it wasn’t ready, so then my husband calls at 2 PM this afternoon and is told that it’s not even painted yet.I don’t understand why I have been told 8 different things, and why I have followed up with this whole process and never received not one phone call with an update from you.Highly upset with this entire experience. I am grateful that you were able to help me with the cost, but I am not at all satisfied with the lack of communication and the continuing incorrect information being told to us regularly.I NEEDED my car today.

If I could give these people no stars I would. The lady in the office is rude and has no customer service skills at all. When I got my car back from them the inside was filthy and it was not before hand. You could not even see out the windshield there was so many hand prints all over it. I I have never received my car back from a body shop dirtier than when I dropped it off.
