Patrick and Nicole are some of the BEST, most trustworthy mechanics you’ll have the pleasure of coming across! They are always honest and open to ‘breaking down’ any problem your car is having so that you have a full and complete understanding. They have worked on my personal vehicle numerous times and always do a great job. You can rest easy knowing that your car is in good hands when it’s with them! I 100% recommended visiting this location, my experiences with these two personally have been nothing short of honest, quick, and professional.

I took my BMW to these people for a oil leak and some how my air suspension stopped working while auto euphoria had it. I was told at first by Mario that the rear bags(Air Springs) would not air up and they might be torn, I told him no they are only a few months old. Then later he tells me its the air compressor for the suspension, I told him it shouldnt be that either I replace the compressor when I replaced the air springs. He get the mechanic Patrick who tries to explain the system to me that I already informed them I do have knowledge of how it works. My suspension stopped working while you (Auto Euphoria) had it so you should have fixed it. Mario tells me he will order the relay and check the fuse before we move any further, so I leave my vehicle another day for them to do this. The next day Mario call me to tell my vehicle is ready and I ask did they fix my suspension, he tells me that they changed the relay and checked the fuse and that the mechanic(Patrick) checked to the suspension compressor and that it was receiving power but was not coming on. I ask very specific question are you guys going to fix this, Mario stated to me-we did not damage this part and you said you just replaced the suspension compressor it should be under warranty you can get another one, we are not responsible. Ok I pick up my vehicle and get it home but before I start doing anything else I pulled the panel where the fuses are located and check the one for the suspension compressor and it was blown, I replaced the fuse and the suspension compressor came on. The mechanic (Patrick) lied about checking the compressor, if the fuse is blown the suspension compressor was not getting power. Total lack of Integrity with this company, if you people to trust you be honest. This could have all been avoided by just doing what you said you would do, I have lost all trust in these people and would suggest to everyone dont use Auto Euphoria and if you do check their work. I will not be taking anything else to them, you lie about something so simple you know they will lie about bigger more expensive things.

Mario and Patrick are experts at what they do! Were fortunate that they are honest and dont charge us for locating the problem. In my situation (condenser needed to be replaced) they looked at it, ordered the parts, and it was ready, before I needed it the next day. And the cost was lower than I expected. What more can you ask for?

I have a 2004 Corvette that I purchased new. This car has been babied from day-one and only has 25,000 miles. In the pass I have done all the work on this car. But because of a bad back I had to find someone locally to repair a broken shifter cable on my Corvette. It was recommended that I contact “Auto-Euphoria.” Without reservation of thought I can say that they did an excellent job. As a first time customer here, I was impressed by the level of quality and passion of the place. The mechanic that worked on my car was awesome. He gave me a play by play as he went through the work. The head sales rep Mario, kept up with communication by walking me through what they did and explained the pictures provided by the play by play. Hands down the best mechanical service Ive ever had in my life, period. After bringing in my vehicle for some suspension work and being quoted 3800 at a local dealership, I went to here and worked with Mario. He and his team provided incredibly quick, professional work with me and kept me up to date along the entire way. They let me come and pick up my vehicle an hour after closing to accommodate me and my work schedule, and were fair and honest the entire way. Ive been taking my Audi S5 there for a little over a year now. I usually work with a gentleman named Walt and he has excellent customer service skills and ensures that the job gets done right at a competitive price. I have had my vehicle service there and its much more convenient than driving all the way to Austin for a service.I recently was working with the gentleman named Adamwhich helped me to get a stage 1 APR tune for my vehicle. The technician that was responsible for making the magic happen name is Joseph. My car is a lot more responsive and more fun to drive now.They also found that my alignment was off and was able to perform the alignment this past weekend.

I would like to thank the staff and Adam for his professional and exceptional customer service. He kept me posted reference the issue (brake and tires). He is the example of an exceptional service giver, an asset to your company.

Im new to the area and was apprehensive with having a new place work on my car. I took a chance on these guys and pretended to know absolutely nothing about cars because their prices are far better than the other European Auto specialty shops in the area. I thought for sure they would take advantage of a naive, new customer. When it came time to approve the work order, I thought to myself, here comes the upsell and scare tactics... I was pleasantly surprised to hear their honest opinion of what my car required to be on track with my own assessment. They didnt try to upsell or scared me into anything I didnt want or could afford. They even had a suggestion list of what needed to be prioritized so I could safely drive out of the shop and still make the repairs in phases.I definitely recommend them if you have a European car that is out of the factory warranty.

Went here today to get the oil changed in my Volvo S60. Walked in one guy was on the phone with what seemed like a personal call, the other person in the office acted as if they didnt even see me. Waited for 5 minutes still no service, walked out never to return. You cant be in a customer service business and not give service.

I was referred here for a wheel stud replacement. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the staff and promptly helped. While waiting in a cozy area, I was continually asked if I was good, if I wanted bottled water, etc. The stud replacement was done in a timely manner and the staff sent me on my way. Will definitely return if needed.

Had Steve as my Technician to help me figure out what I did wrong on a motor build and why it wasnt starting. Figured it out for me and fixed it. Gave me advice on other little tips on what to repair or replace. Mario was great over the phone keeping me posted and asking how I wanted to proceed and giving me details about the whole situation. Great shop! Probably will come back

I came in with a voucher from a tire company and ended up needing other services. Adam and his team were very respectful. I appreciated their expertise and also the fact that they physically showed me the things I needed done on my car instead of just telling me. A tow truck delivered my car after business hours and Walt actually stayed late just to process me so I wouldnt have to arrive first thing in the morning. They diagnosed the problem really quick. They worked super fast considering the amount of work required and they kept me posted throughout the repair. The work was fast, price was fair and the service was very friendly. Walt told me if I had any issues arise from the work done that I could come back to have it addressed at no charge. They stand by their work. Ive had no problems, my car runs great. I took my Vehicle in to be Service. They told me I needed a oil change, and other fluids change and shocks needed on front and rear it cost me over $1,700., which over half of that fee was Labor Cost! Which I feel it cost to much for Labor for the work done and the short length of time it took to do the work! I was over charged!!

First off had a lot of issues with the last shop I took my car to. I noticed as I drove it home it wasnt the same. I decided to try Auto Euphoria next and let me tell you. AMAZING JOB! They identified and repaired issues timely and efficiently. They saved me money for certain items when they could and I was very happy with the results. My car is driving amazingly now and all the issues I have had with it have been remedied. I wish I had taken my car to begin with to AUTO EUPHORIA. Driving my car after everything was done was well as you can imagine.... Euphoric! After getting everything started, Walter then insisted on giving me a ride home (I was going to walk the two miles). This place knows there stuff when it comes to Audis. The ins and outs. Even pointed out a few issues that the prior inspection missed. My favorite part of the whole experience was unlike other shops they like to show you the issue and throughly explain future issues that could arise.
