The customer service at Toyota of Killeen is always great, if not exceptional. The people are friendly and professional. The service techs are knowledgeable. My vehicle is always returned clean and in a timely manner.
I wish I got a better deal, being active duty, paying in full and being on time for my appointment. But that was in the past in the past, letting it go. Just not letting go my car, still have my 2005 Prius.
I never leave reviews but this was absolutely the most lazy money pit service department I’ve ever been to. Car was sent to them for a simple repair/install and diagnostic. Got the vehicle back with issues that I didn’t have before. These issues are common like interior lights not working (pretty noticeable). They even attempted to charge me for a part that would ultimately not be needed. The simple fix was 1 $2.99 fuse. Instead of finding this solution they just went for the first expensive part. I’ve own Toyotas since I started driving and this place is by far the worst place. DO BETTER
Took my truck( with an 8:15am) appointment time to replace my fuel pump and was told it would be a 3 hour service. It is now almost 5 pm and I called to ask about my vehicle, I was told I would get a call back but never did. I went to Toyota to ask, and was told that an appointment “is only for you to arrive and drop off your vehicle” not for the vehicle to be worked on at that time. They stated that my vehicle would get put in somewhere in a slot throughout the day. I saw my truck barely with the gas tank being taken out at 4:45 pm, then why have me drop off my truck at 8 am?The staff also made it seem like we did not know what we were talking about and was rude. I would not recommend.
I had an appointment for 7:45am. Got there at 7:30am to check my car in. I waited until 10:40am before someone finally saw my car. What is the point of an appointment when they can look at it whenever the hell they want. If you are taking your car there be prepared to wait hours before they finally look at your car.
Ive gone to the Waco Toyota and wanted to try the Killeen store due to Wacos advisor team and feeling like I wasnt being taken care of properly. First off, Killeen has a very clean and very organized facility. Their staff was more than helpful and even gave me a list of ways I can take care of my vehicle in the future which I absolutely love! I only went there to get an oil change and tire rotation but they gained a long term customer. I will definitely be buying my next Toyota from this dealership.
Waited 2hrs for scheduled service. It was an hour and a half before someone checked in with me, and that was only because after an hour of waiting, I asked for a sit rep. I understand the situation they were in, but I do not appreciate being neglected.

I had my scion towed here for a ECM reprogram at the request of my mechanic. At drop off I stated the car was disabled and asked if they could check for other problems also, I was told it would be $160 for reprogram and $55 for diagnostic unless additional labor time was needed but I would be contacted to accept the charges before done. I was contacted by them the next day stating that my car key needed to be replaced and reprogrammed before they could determine issue but not sure if that is problem or not. So I declined the services, at pick up they made me pay $140 for this! They didn’t do a complete diagnosis on my car! This was stated verbally. Why am I being charged 140 for you all to tell me absolutely nothing and did not do any work on my car. Please beware of these companies taking advantage of people during a pandemic.
I made an appointment for 11:30 am today...I had to wait an hour and a half to get the oil changed...the waiting room was totally full. They did not service my car for 1 and 1/2 hours before they finally called me. THEN WHEN I WENT TO PAY WITH MY CREDIT CARD I WAS TOLD MY CARD REJECTED THE CLAIM AND IT WAS NOT A GOOD CARD. I was totally humiliated with the way I was insulted by the clerk telling me my card was no good. After I demanded that my card was good she charged me herself thru her computer and the charge went thru without a problem.Besides my time and insult I went thru with this dealership I would highly recommend going to Don Ringler in Temple if you really want to be treated with the respect you should have!TOM
Appointment at 9:15 after initial checkin did not speak with anyone until 10:30. Might be done by 10:50 still waiting.

You need to be on guard and question whatever they tell you. They told me I needed to buy a new battery. When I got home I checked and it just needed water. Im still running on the same battery 6 months later.
Store was very clean. Staff inside and out are great also .... I believe rocco is best of the best foe sales staff. Service needs to losten more to complaints than what a code says about a vehicle
