Its hard to say something nice about a car mechanic that is close to a Army Base because this town likes to rip people off but Big Ricks Shop is the opposite its a honest shop. He services my tuned streets cars and my daily driver truck as well I wouldnt trust any other mechanic.Also he is always busy and slammed because he is that good and his prices are fair so be prepared to drop your car off and leave it there to get your work done. You can also bring your own parts to the shop hes done some aftermarket work for me before.

These guys are GREAT. I had an issue with my truck and they got my vehicle right in (immediately!) and they fixed it immediately too. It didnt cost me an arm and a leg either. The pricing and parts charges seemed very fair and reasonable. I am very pleased with the work they did and I will definitely be back for upcoming repairs in the future.My coworker had recommended them and I will most certainly recommend T3 to others as well!

I dont doubt that they do great work. However, Ive visited this shop TWICE willing to spend whatever was needed to get my car in better shape. Each time the guy told me that he was busy, or short staffed... never even attempted to try and get a time frame he was available, etc. Oh well! Other shops around here definitley want to make money!

The owner of this shop is a straight shooter. Others have given negative reviews but this shop cant be held liable for faulty parts as they do not manufacture the parts, they only install them. If his business is busy, he will be honest and tell you theyre busy. They wont try to replace parts that dont need to be replaced and are always looking for the most frugal fix for the customer. I feel they are one of the last honest shops in Killeen.

Back last April I was experiencing engine misfires so I took my car to these people once it got bad and my engine light was flashing. They replaced the coil that had went bad and all was well until yesterday ( exactly 10 months later) when the misfire happened again. I take it to another auto shop and they tell me that the coil I had replaced earlier was faulty. I thought it was a different cool but no it was the same one. I dont think Ill be returning to them anymore. Also I forgot to add that 1 week after I had my coil replaced by these people they didnt tighten it and I was misfiring again but I had someone take a look at it and it was loose. The prices of this place isnt bad but I would be careful of getting a part replaced because it could be faulty and not last very long.

Did good work, noticed strut mounts were bad and needed replaced. Ricky said that the control arms are bad and needed replaced, but that it wasnt an immediate need. I like that they only wanted to do the work needed for the car to be safe without pushing another expensive repair.
