Best service in town! I had a logo I needed put on a truck (two doors and tailgate on F-250) and they got everything put together, printed out and installed within an hour. Considering I was on a tight time crunch, words simply cant express how greatful I was that they were willing to help me out, same day, in and out. Had a small job that needed done quickly - Sebastian was extremely helpful, along with the rest of the crew, they made it happen. Work quality was great and done quickly. Will be my go to place for large and small needs.

We purchased two large plastic banners and four magnetic door signs from this business for our business. The banners were, in a word, perfect, but only after two weeks of back and forth on the design specifics. The magnetic door placards, however, were an entirely different matter, and it goes to customer service for both the placards and the banners. First, for the design of the banners, this is supplemental to the base charge, or what you start with. Changes add up, even if they are not your intentions for the design. We were unaware of that at the beginning. For very simple changes in design we felt that we were having to go through a sales representative to get our ideas to the actual designer. This took up valuable time and was exasperating, having to explain what we wanted to up to three different people. [The back and forth definitely could have been managed better.]. The first set of placards stayed on my wifes car where they have remained with no issue--the car is one year old. On our ranch truck, which is eight years old, weve now lost two full signs off both sides of the truck, on now, what amounts to all steel four doors, because we had to have one set replaced--they simply blew off the truck. Were not simple folks. We followed the instructions that we were given, (on the second set), and they still blew off. What you would think would be an easy replacement, well, it wasnt. Were not calling this business back for a replacement set and I will tell you why we arent, and why we do not plan on patronizing this business again: We had to prove that we did not receive installation instructions with the placards on the first set. The management also wanted to inspect my truck to make certain the doors werent aluminum. Drive my work truck all the way into Killeen for this purpose? You have to be kidding I said to my wife? I felt this was unwarranted it was ludicrous. I feel like Ive trusted this company with my personal information. Why would I make it up that our placards fell off the truck? Second, thankfully one of the employees that issues the placards had the integrity to explain to the manager that he had failed to give us the mounting instructions. So, a smaller replacement set was issued, (at my request, hoping the smaller ones would stay on the truck better), with mounting instructions that we followed to the letter. They lasted all of two weeks with minimal usage at speeds under 75 mph on clean steel doors. My truck is a Chevrolet. So, the question remains: Why would I call back? Answer: Im just disgusted that a seemingly simple product does not live up to its name, and quite frankly, I dont have the time to argue the point of trust with (evidently), a systemic problem at this business--poor communication.
